Wonderful host, beautiful property. Second time staying here over Christmas and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful old house, with so many original features. A warm welcome with lots of local information. Manby House is surrounded by history and places to visit, especially Donnas Nook to see the seals on the beach and the nature reserve.
Rooms are large, well equipped and cosy.
Can’t wait too book out next stay x.

Stayed here last weekend had an amazing room with power shower and four poster bed. Service was amazing as was the plentiful tasty breakfast. Highly recommend a stay here. I will be back.

Very tasteful b&b with a host who has managed to be the perfect balance of attentiveness, helpfulness and friendliness (too often b&b hosts want to chat for too long to try and take your attention from the actual accommodation but with Manby house the accommodation speaks for itself) we had the large family room and it is beautifully decorated with a lovely big bathroom and corner bath. The Wi-Fi is patchy but you get a reasonable mobile reception and it's a good excuse to enjoy the peace and quiet if you can't get mobile coverage! There is a spacious and comfortable lounge downstairs for rooms which are smaller and the dining room is set up very nicely for breakfast. We had to dash off early in the morning so we were given some ham, cheese and croissants to take away with us and we were even offered the plate to take as a souvenir. I highly recommend and I will stay again if I'm in the area again!

We stayed here just one night 4th August. It was magical. The house itself is beautiful, clean and tidy. We stayed in the family room and all 4 of us had the best sleep in a long time. The owners were both lovely. So happy and accommodating. Took pride in what they do and strive to make everyone happy. The grounds were beautiful and the owners told us so much history about the property and the area. Breakfast was amazing and the dining area made us feel like royalty. Several options for breakfast, all 4 had something different and we left with full tummy’s and big smiles. Will definitely return.

Had a lovely relaxing weekend here. The house is done out beautifully. Patrick is a great host. He recommended places to go & an Italian that does fantastic steaks. We had room 6 which had sofas & a raised bed area, it’s roomy yet felt cosy. It’s a quiet area but good for a base to travel from. Breakfast was with quality produce & Patrick cooked it very well. All in all a very nice weekend was had. Thank you Patrick.

Great location and good value for money.

Gorgeous old fashioned house. Host Patrick was genuinely one of the nicest people I've met in manby/louth well recommended to stay there. The breakfast too was top notch. Will return in the future.

The gentleman who owns this house helped us at a last minute request as we had travelled from Birmingham to a caravan not fit for hire. He discounted the asking price for us as we had a family, late in the evening, no dinner etc, and my two year old boy. A warm welcome and a pristine house as well as room. He accommodated a cot for us also at last minute. Room smelt of lovely fresh linen and considering it was last minute, he gave us breakfast included which was delicious. We took a walk around the gardens which were lovely and well kept. Thank you again for your service at such h short notice.

Lovely place clean tidy but the place has an issue with the heating.

Delightful B&B with real character, comfortable rooms and lovely gardens. Hosts Patrick and Linda could not be more considerate.

Really good weekend. Lovely B and B and they managed to cater for us with 2 children, a dog and 2 vegetarians. Lovely gardens and also enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at "the splash. " Will definitely return.

I rang up at short notice and received immediate understanding and managed to book a room for three nights. Patrick and Linda are great hosts, they are there if you need them but give you entire privacy. Dog friendly too. My accommodation was superb all you need from a B&B, large comfortable double bed and ensuite, TV, radio, internet connection. Breakfast very generous and they will happily supply what you ask for. Full English substantial enough to not eat for the rest of the day. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful B&B and will certainly be returning.
