My sisters and I go to this hotel for Sunday Carvery on special occasions as we come from Nottingham. My mum has special dietary requirements and they generally manage to accommodate her needs. Today my sisters and I were disappointed that there is no longer a Carvery. The pate was not a taste sensation it tasted soiley. We didn't complain at the time because we didn't want to upset mum. The dinner was nice though warm. We have had so much better from you before we had Dad's funeral here which you did excellently. It may have just been a bad day for you. You have done better. Another successful stay at Kenwick Park Hotel Visited several times in the past and once again not disappointed. From a warm welcome at reception throughout our 2 nights stay we were treated with respect by everyone one we met. The golf was enjoyed and the spa and pool area could not be faulted We are looking forward to returning soon!

They have quite a nice and relaxed golf club and spa set up. I can see why my golf club came back for another visit. The lodges also look very qood.

This is a fantastic hotel, located in amazing grounds with a 18 hole golf course and full spa and leisure facilities. Great location for visiting the east coast, Lincoln & Boston. Nice restaurant with friendly staff, will definitely visit again.

Nice hotel with fantastic spa and leisure centre. Decor slightly outdated in some of rooms. Good parking and good location for other attractions in Lincolnshire area. Nice food however a bit more choice would make experience better. Average drinks price for an hotel. On our visit steam room was out of action but still didnt ruin experience of spa and leisure centre which is fab.

Only stayed overnight but apart from never learning how to operate the mirror light in the bathroom I had no complaints at all. Staff friendly and helpful. Would/will stay there again.

It would have been helpful to know that swimming lessons took over the pool later in the afternoon and then I could have swum earlier. Good spa facilities although a shame the steam room was out of order. Very good back massage. Traditional afternoon tea good although more sweet than savoury. Quiet and several pleasant areas to relax. Thank you.

Hotel has fantastic potential with well kept gardens and huge hotel space. If it was done up like the gym and spa beside the hotel it would be absolutely fantastic. Rooms are a bit tired, beds aren't overly comfortable. Breakfast was the biggest let down of the lot. We went for breakfast 8.30am first morning. Everything had been sitting in dishes for hours. Sausage was dried out and hard the fried eggs made me gag. Beans had a good layer of skin on them from not being mixed occasionally. Bacon Luke warm some parts over done others very under done. Young lad on breakfast couldn't have cared less when we arrived. Manager wasn't much better. No salt in the shaker etc. Little things and the quality of food really let it down massively. Haven't eaten here for dinner however, which may be very good, but judging on the first morning (to the extent I skipped it the following day) I wouldn't be too sure. Shame really, bit of money on the rooms and a touch up at breakfast would improve the scoring a lot in my eyes.

Very nice hotel and excellent leisure facilities. Wish I was there on holiday and not just passing through for work. Food choice limited but very good.

Stayed as overnight guest, room very comfortable and well presented, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely atmosphere and location. Excellent spa and gym, top selection of equipment. Worth staying again for the leisure facility alone. Breakfast was OK, nice selection but quality of produce could have been better. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars not 5 was the Wi-Fi was not that fast and a bit hit and miss when in the room. Overall good value and I would definitely recommend and stay again. Well done.

Second time here. Great friendly staff. Nothing is too kuchen trouble. Relaxing atmosphere and comfy pleasant and clean rooms.

Nice hotel and very convenient for what I needed. The hotel was very busy the night I stayed and it would have been helpful if someone had suggested I booked a table for dinner.

The spa is incredible, had a full day there and afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and the treatments are worth the money. Had an evening meal which had a great selection and good value.

I do not recommend the spa. Bad customer service and absolute waste of money. I decided to have a facial and it was the worst facial I have ever experienced. Started by them telling me and my cousin we were late when we had the time written down for us. Made us both feel very uncomfortable and very un professional the way the receptionist spoke to us. They then showed us to our treatment room, put a product on our face with no massage and left us there for 25 minutes! When returning to the room they quickly wiped off the product and asked us to follow them to reception. I asked to see a manager about the way we had been treated and questioned the treatment and was told they the manager would contact me. I rang the next day and the manager was not available! I didn’t receive a call back. Absolute bad customer service and a really awkward experience!

Went to check out the facilities with my better half and was quite impressed. Curious to see what it looks like when the redevelopment is finished!

Make sure that if you are staying in this hotel that you do not stay in room 301, particularly in summer. We recently stayed in this hotel for a wedding. The wedding itself was a really lovely day but unfortunately the room that we stayed in was poor, particularly considering it cost £99 a night on a special wedding rate. There was parcel tape holding the bathroom door handle on and the base of the chair in the bedroom falls off if you sit too far forward. The bed itself is dated as you can feel some of the springs coming through. As with alot of hotels, the rooms are hot, particularly in June, and without air conditioning it is necessary to have the window open. However, this room is right next to the kitchen extractor fan which is incredibly loud, think of a constant truck sound and it is similar to that, and goes on until about 1:30am in the morning and starts again in the early hours. The only benefit is that it does drown out some of the noise of the kitchen staff preparing breakfast. The other issue is that, if you put the bathroom light on then the bathroom fan continues for at least 30 minutes afterwards, adding to the noise levels so as one stops the other continues. Needless to say we hardly slept a wink. The shower is also very poor. The water goes on and off and the only way to wash is to hold it vertical right next to your skin and you may get enough to rinse. The breakfast is adequate, similar to most help yourself breakfasts.

Booked double but given twin, when asked to be swapped given a family room which was very tired… the cook (was certainly no chef) doesn't know what medium rare is and the only wine you could get by the glass was house hmmmm Don't come here for a weekend away but does happen to be close to Cadwell Park and feel safe leaving the bike outside. Think that says it all, the only good thing about this place is the car park feels safe… and one if the waiters was freindly.
