Horrible costumer service… we got in later than expected, and we emailed them around 3 that afternoon, then when we arrived, we called several times and to several of their numbers, and they did not answer. Luckily the premier inn still had rooms, or they would've left me out on the street after I had already paid. To make it worse, they have refused to refund me, and my bank is having to deal with getting the charges reversed. Horrible place.

Stayed here overnight with my wife. Great friendly service, rooms decorated to exceptionally high standard. Breakfast is first class and really sets you up for the day. Definitely the first place I will be looking to stay next time I am near Grantham.

A fantastic place to stay in Grantham. Meticulously clean and beautifully decorated rooms. The excellent English breakfast will set you up for the day. Would recommend to anyone visiting Grantham that they stay here.

An amazing experience. The house itself is meticulously decorated and feels warm and homely. The small touches dotted throughout the lovely bedroom, such as jars of sweets, hand quilted throws and large selection of teas made the stay very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and were more than willing to share their knowledge of the local area. Breakfast was lovely and the whole selection was beautifully laid out, despite only me having breakfast that day! It was also the first time I was able to have sausages on my trip as several vegetarian options were provided. The Wi-Fi was fantastic and the rooms were very reasonably priced. If you're looking for a place to stay in Grantham you really can't go wrong with the Park Lodge Guest House!

I am a well travelled person here and abroad, and decided to book this guest house after reading previous rave reviews. It is indeed beautifully decorated, cosy, and comfortable, with very friendly hosts who are very helpful, but not in an intrusive way. But it is more than that, which becomes evident when you step into your warm room. The bottled water, coffee, herb teas, chocolate drink, jar of sweets, mints, packets of biscuits, crisp bed linen and towels, television, bedside clock, and a beautifully appointed en suite. Enough to keep you going for a week, but no, next morning you find yourself in a comfortable dining room with a glorious breakfast menue. Take my advice and grab the opportunity now, as they could easily double their prices and it would still be a bargain.

I was so impressed with Park Lodge. The house is beautifully decorated throughout in Victorian style. My room was large, cosy and comfortable and every aspect of my stay had been carefully thought through so that I felt very welcome but not intruded upon. As a woman alone I felt very relaxed. The host was most friendly and welcoming and breakfast was excellent. Plenty of car parking and a short walk to town. It was perfect. Can't recommend it too highly. Thanks. See you again.

The place is really sooooooo nice! As comfortable as at home. Feel so wonderful.

Friendly welcome but not intrusive, Great room with all you could possibly need, great hosts, and great breakfast. Only ten minutes walk from the town. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again if I ever need to stay in Grantham.
