Worst caravan park ever stayed on we was here for 4 days numerous caravans was broke into and completely wrecked including are car being broken into causing lots of damage never received so much as an apology absolutely disgusting.

Putting this out here as I don’t want people to have the same awful experience I am now facing. So just a heads up that anyone who wishes to book a holiday with @BlueAnchorLeis just be aware they have the worlds worst customer service and also their affiliate company of @BAGoldenPalm Recently got scammed through a third party who were advertising a caravan for rent that they said they owned on the site. Prior to booking I contacted @BAGoldenPalm to confirm that the info was right and that this person did own a caravan on site and this was confirmed by 2 members of staff that they did own the caravan. I proceeded with payment of £350 since discovered that it’s a scam. Spent the last 10 days trying to contact both @BAGoldenPalm and @BlueAnchorLeis been faced with excuse after excuse as to why no one is getting back to me to try and help me solve this and also so it doesn’t happen to others. As I have been told my a member of staff that these scams happen daily within this company. I have had my calls ignored and am still waiting a response from a senior member of their team. Stay clear if I were you.

We had a family holiday at golden palm resort at the end of July and we could not fault a thing, the club entertainment was fantastic, the pool was really good, it wasn’t expensive at all it was just average, the kids loved it that much that we have booked to come back next year 😍

Great place for kids plenty to do and eat.

Quite a smell to our caravan on arrival, poor entertainment in Club Tropicana so passes were a waste of money. Bingo going constant very repetitive, I feel like there could have been a lot more for the kids going off. Quite noisy on a night in the caravan. People outside could hear music from the club etc, maybe expected but not ideal. Basic. Was average wouldn’t return though 3 days out of our 5 was enough. We spent most of our time out and about off site.

Great little break away friendly staff, fantastic entertainment definitely returning soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay here. The caravan was gorgeous and spotless! The pool was really good and the kids absolutely loved it. The facilities are like nothing I've seen before — absolutely everything you could want and more all on site. The club is brilliant with top notch entertainment and plenty of facilities to keep the kids happy. Will definitely be back again. We didn't want to leave!

So very entertaining! Well what can we say! The Entertainment Team were all absolutely amazing, full day & night programme for the kids was by far the best entertainment I’ve ever experienced in this country at a family park. The soft play was a lovely addition, the pool was excellent and the selection of food takeaways and crazy golf in close proximity was an added bonus! We will 100% return again next year!

Rented private for the third time, plenty of things to do. We didnt do Trpoicana as we have dogs so went to Smugglers pub, very dog friendly. Supermarket reasonably priced for a holiday park, only did fish and chip take out, staff very fast and friendly. 1time we have take Granddaughters (9 and 16) only down side was Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect … so kept them busy the old fashioned way 😁

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fantastic for children's entertainment its our 2nd time on this resort and both times we wasn't disappointed 😀 very highly recommended.

Friendly staff, brilliant club nice place. Changed alot over time been holidaying here for past 30yrs and 50 years my mum and grandparents.

We have just come home from our stay, we all loved it and our children especially. They can’t wait to come back! Food at JW’s was fabulous, entertainment on at the club Tropicana each night was great. The children’s programmes were brilliant with the superstars who are all outstanding at what they do! Brill place to stay with children and to keep them busy! ⭐️

Caravan was spotless can’t fault it, bedding smelt amazing. However the facilities where all filthy, the area near the kids soft play smelt so bad I couldn’t even sit there. Jws bland over priced food, and filthy the floor was covered in food no staff picked anything up, I had to clean our own table. Arcades also smelly. Food options were very limited unless you enjoy fried greasy food around the whole site. Woken by noise at 2am that took over an hour to be stopped. The only saving grace is we didn’t pay much for the privilege and you Definately get what you pay for here.

Retend a caravan months ago thru Caron roper. Caravan was in a disgusting state when We arrived. Really smelly, not clean. We were extremely disappointed especially when having asked for a deluxe caravan. Caron refused to refund our money and We had to book another caravan. Thanks Tony swift for helping us out. If you really want a clean caravan, avoid Caron by all means!

Biggest tax dodging unfriendly place going. CASH ONLY everywhere. Vile staff, dated rubbish facilities. Perfect for chavs. Best thing about this place is the laundrette. Booked a week, endured 3 days, never again.

Great entertainment and amazing bar staff and kids entertainers.

We have just got home from a long weekend staying in a caravan on golden palm with our 2 children, we all absolutely loved it! The caravans are lovely, spotless and very well equipped. Staff on site are very friendly and always happy to help. At night we had passes for the Tropicana club on site, well worth it as there was entertainment every night and the play areas in there are great for children of all ages and the staff are brill with the kids! All round 5 star and we will definitely be back.

I am biased as I do have a caravan on this resort!
It is a very nice site with all amenities nearby. It has all the family seaside atmosphere without the noise of Ingoldmells… but… fantasy island is only a short drive away or bus ride.
The staff are lovely and helpful.
The only thing I would like as an owner and rental… is to be able to supply club passes to guests… but these are easy enough to purchase on arrival.
I hope all who holiday here, have a lovely time and return again.
