Our stss at The Grange was excellent. I could not fault the room, or presentation. Having said that. —. I do have one complaint. — on arrival, we rang the bell, and were greeted with. "yes", — we explained who we were, and were immediately told that we were an hour later than we should have been (we told the lady on the phone, when we booked, that we hoped to arrive at about 11am. ) She went on to say that she had been waiting to go out, and as our payment card had been declined, she assumed that we were not going to 'turn' up! We explained that we had hit traffic, and so later arriving than expected (check in time not until pm. ) Our payment duly taken (no problems) and all was ok. The way we were spoken to was NOT a good start to our stay.

Such a lovely place. Seventy five pounds for a whole penthouse suite. Excellent location. Very impressed and pleased.
