We had a Sunday lunch. Never been in before and we spotted it as we walked past. Absolutely delicious. Great friendly staff. Don’t walk by. Pop in you’ll love it xx.

Excellent value for money drinks and good homemade food priced reasonably, staff are really friendly, nothing too much trouble, overall a very friendly venue in the town centre of Cleveleys.

We had my birthday party at the Regal last night, and it was absolutely amazing! Great function room, lovely tasting food and very friendly staff.
The barman and waitress was brilliant! Everyone had a great time, thank you to you all.

Came here tonight for karaoke and had a great time. Lovely building and great staff. Will be returning in 2020

Been a long time since I have been here but bar staff and general staff helpful would recommend trying this hotel out.

Stayed for an overnight stay The room was small and clean. Had plenty of storage space ensuite was a little on the small side.
Downstairs bar was lovely and the food was great and not expensive. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a good place to stay only problem was finding somewhere to park. Would definitely stay here again.

Decided to have lunch there today after a friend recommended the food. Food was very very basic, microwaved sausages, instant mash. Liver over cooked, very dry even though loads of gravy. Diet Coke tasted vile, like they've got the mix wrong. Staff were friendly though.

More of a Sports bar than a hotel. Pretty much empty at 9pm Friday night. There was nothing which encouraged us to stay beyond the first drink.

On a visit to friends in Cleveleys dropped in for Lunch food was nice price very reasonable/ service and staff was friendly would visit again nice cosy place ✔✔✔✔✔ another nice trip to Cleveleys and Drop in to Regal hotel for lunch again ☕☕✔

Just had a three night stay everything was lovely clean friendly breakfast fantastic all fresh. Stayed 5 times now. Will definitely be back.

Not keen on food here veg too hard and portion sizes average. Seems to be a very clicky pub not much interaction even from staff, They seem to only chat and joke with the regulars which is a shame because if your made to feel welcome it makes you want to return.

Really cannot complain, esepcially for the price. On first appearance it looks like the place generally could do with a bit of an update and looks like some work on this has been done and does make a difference. Despite first impression, I do not exaggerate when I say this was one of the comfiest beds I have slept in! The bed was a great size with very warm duvet (was winter when we stayed). The mattress looked near enough new and was so comfy and even the pillows were comfortable, which I often find is not the case, even in large chain hotels. The bathroom was a little dated but worked fine and had everything needed with large and clean towels provided. Guess it isnt easy to update everything but I am personally very happy to see money being spent in the right places. We didn't eat here but did have a drink in the public bar downstairs, which had a few locals in & had a nice atmosphere and good prices for drinks. For the price & how comfy it was this was a fantastic place in a decent spot. Staff are also very friendly and happy to help with anything.

Just been back for the second time this year. Lovely hotel, clean and pleasant. Great staff, very friendly. Nothing is too much bother for them. Lift there if required. Lovely buffet breakfast, meals available. Cant wait to get back.

Had a mesl there did not rate it at all the cup of tea was hotter than the food planty of meat in the pie but it was luke warm, chips were average frozen chips and lots of small hard bits, mushy peas were not too bad. But only warm not hot would not recommend it.

We were allocated a twin room which was clean but very small and dated. We booked this hotel on the strength of the reviews we found. Our experience did not reflect those reviews. The bathroom was clean but dated. The heated towel rail was not working and as the bathroom was very cold it was really needed. We reported this to the receptionist who said no one available until the following day to repair it. When we asked about it the following morning we were told the person who would have repaired it had been and gone by 6am. There was a very pleasant lounge available for Hotel Guests use but the bar never opened during our stay. We were told we could purchase a drink from the main bar downstairs and bring it back up to the lounge. This would have been very inconvenient to do, so we decided to use the main bar downstairs. It was rowdy and unpleasant that evening with very drunk boisterous customers. There appeared to be only one person serving in the bar and trying to control the situation. He stopped serving these people but as fast as he escorted them out of the front entrance they promptly arrived back through the rear entrance. We felt it was overpriced for the room we were allocated particularly as breakfast was not included in the price. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

Popped in for a pint and saw the menu so we decided to have lunch. Well worth it great food at very reasonable prices. Very friendly helpful staff.

The staff are very friendly the service is excellent room was very clean the only criticism I have is the plates were cold at breakfast so your delicious breakfast soon went cold, having said that we would come again.

Great atmosphere. Its my Uncles favourite pub in town so when we visit them its also on our "to go to" list. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Clean and tidy. The food looked great too!

It's a great hotel in the centre of CLEVELEYS, nr. Blackpool. Very clean, hospitable, good food, good value. Similar price to what I paid in 1999 in glasgow.

Stayed in a single room visiting a friend for his birthday. Very pleasant receptionist, good sized room, clean, cheap. Location seems okay. Not the most swanky hot but pretty good for the money.

Once again the Regal Coffee and Chat Group held our Christmas meal upstairs at the Regal Hotel and it was even better than last year which I really didn't think possible. The meal was divine and lovely and hot for us all. Cannot praise the staff highly enough they were so patient and friendly making it a wonderful afternoon for a very large group of people. I do not hesitate to recommend the Regal to anyone wishing to celebrate Christmas or a special occasion you will be spoiled rotten. Lastly, compliments to the chef and kitchen staff you are amazing.

My husband and I stay 2 or 3 times a year have always been very comfortable in the rooms which may I add are very clean. {cleaned daily}the food is lovely great choice on the dinner menu can recommend the lamb henry mmmm. Staff helpful and very friendly.

The room was very large but old fashioned. The bathroom was also large but could have done with a clean. All the staff are friendly but only about 20 years of age. No one came to clean the room or to change the towels. The breakfast is self service so you can eat as much or as little as you like. The evening meal is basic and the portions very small. The car park only holds about 5 cars and these are directly in front of the decking area, where people are drinking. I also emailed them about vacancies but never got a reply. The dining room and bars have been refurbished but not the hotel rooms. I think the price we paid was a bit overpriced for what you get.
