Brilliant place lovely food Kevin and pat the owners are so accommodating.

Very clean, nice friendly staff, good english breakfast. Close to everything central.

Fab place position of the b&b perfect for family's and couples and friends of all ages. Rooms really clean staff fan and brekfaste lush will will def go back again.

Very good close to all the blackpool entertainment shops bus routes and beach one of the best hotels we have stayed in very clean good food and quick service recomend it to couples and famileys we will return again soon x.

Friendly owner, the staff very nice. Good breakfast. Nice room good beds. The shower was great. The bar was lovely and the prices was good. All in all I would recommend it to anyone. Ps close to all the attractions.

Such a fantastic place to be staff are very helpful and owners are so lovely to. We go back thee every yea I is so close to the shops and the tower and all the other attractions food is wonderful too.

Just spent a weekend here with my family. We had booked 2 x family rooms (double bed + 1 single) and ended up with a bonus of a bunkbed in one of the rooms. Ideal when the youngest grandchild ended up in the double with me and hubby relegated to top bunk for the first night! Location is fantastic for the attractions of Blackpool. A few minutes walk to Coral island and the town centre, and a massive carpark nearby (£15 for 48 hours). Check-in was straightforward and we were o…ffered assistance with our bags (but we declined as we could manage).
Both rooms were spotless and the bedding had a wonderful fresh smell.
Beds also in good condition and not lumpy/bumpy mattresses like some places we have stayed in. There is a surprising bar downstairs which was a little gem. Prices very reasonable. Breakfast was served between 9am-9.30am which is a bit late for us. A trip to Starbucks early on helped, along with a couple of cereal bars for the kids. Might be better to offer continental breakfast for the early risers. Food was tasty with an assortment of cereals and then a cooked breakfast to order. Everyone was friendly and we had a good time. Ok, so it wouldn't hurt for a bit of updating and not a 5* hotel, but for what it was it was fine and we would happily stay again ourselves and recommend to others.

The best place I've ever stopped with the best staff I've ever met, will be going again next year if we can get cat care. Thank You from Tab, Colin and Ruby we really had a great week and our minds changed from the last B&B we stayed in. Cant wait to come back x.

Tab and Colin — room was lovely and very clean, staff and owners really friendly and helpful, the full English was of a high standard for a b&b we had everything we needed in our room and at breakfast. We have had our views changed about staying in Blackpool as our last experience with a different b&b tainted our views. Now, we will come for a short break next year. Can't wait to re-book for next year. Ruby age 9 — This bed is really comfy and the sheets and duvet is really soft and mattresses is really nice and soft for me thank you. I feel like this is a princess bed, breakfast was really nice the sausage was totally cooked in the middle and I love the lady because she brought my coat for me as I left it over the other side of the room. It's really worth what we paid. And it was really quiet and got to sleep really easily. Thank you from Tabatha, Colin and Ruby for making our stay the best we've ever had.

My husband and me stayed here for a couple of nights over half term it was a booking through wowcher, lovely little hotel close to all attractions, staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

We went on 13th of august till the Friday its woz a really good week going again next year.
