The woman has a terrible attitude, upon arrival there was a mix up with one of our rooms and she was very snotty and sharp despite the mix up being the owners fault as he had quoted and agreed to put an extra bed in one of the rooms this was not done and then she tried to charge us extra despite this being the quoted price when I phoned and booked. And from then on she was rather rude and snotty with us. On the Saturday night we wanted drinks in their bar but no member of staff on just another to say to ring the reception bell for service the gentleman came out and served us drinks and was friendly and polite but then he left the bar so when we needed more we had to ring reception bell again and then the lady came out both times and seemed as if she cudnt be bothered to serve us. If she didn't want our money she should have said or closed the bar and she should have been more friendly as we were spending our money there no hospitality or manners, windows were filthy and have no safety locks on. The breakfasts were lovely no fault and bedlinen was clean just the attitude. And upon checking out they sent a waitress to take our keys from us could not even say goodbye themselves. This was our second visit as our first visit it was great they were friendly and the gentleman couldnt do enough to make you feel welcome but this time was terrible. But the lady spoke very nicely and kindly laughing etc with other guests (male group) but didn't even say good morning to our group (large family) overall terrible experience which was disappointed as we had had a great visit before. Will not be returning again.
