Lovely bed n breakfast the host are very polite and carnt do enough for you and it's very clean will deffo come back here.

Would recommend highly whut a fantastic place to stay the host was dense whut a lovely woman cant do enough for you with big spacious rooms to live in on your stay total privacy for all your family to stay look her up first before you go to Blackpool just across the road from the splash pool and around the corner from the big coaster cant wait to go back.

Excellent hosts rooms very clean also food is excellent just returned from a weekend stay will be back soon for sure all in all 10/10.

We are regulars at Berkswell and we couldn’t recommend it enough. We bring our baby boy here and are particular about where we stay with him but the owner Denise is fantastic with him and we’ve never been made more welcome anywhere else. We love it and love Denise!

Been staying there for years and have been looked after really well. The veggie breakfast is gorgeous. Place is lovely and clean too. And not to forget, it’s always lovely and warm during Blackpool’s signature weather!

Warm welcome on arrival even no they were busy decorating after there recent flood. Had a lovely drink n chat in the evening very nice couple to chat with.

We have stayed at the berkswell hotel 2 yrs on the trot now, it is very clean & tidy, rooms are lovely, & the couple that own the hotel are very Friendly, & nothing is to much of a problem. Can't wait until next year. Thank you.

Denise offers 5 beautiful holiday apartments with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. Immaculate throughout. By far the best I have stayed in Blackpool. Denise is a wonderful host. Genuine and friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely stay here. Nice to be far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you can enjoy during the day. Lovely clean well decorated apartments. Literally opposite the sandcastle swimming pool and only 20 min walk to the tower. Blackpool’s seafront has been massively improved and as a whole is very clean. Look forward to our next visit. Perfect place for children. We stayed in room 1.

Proximity to pleasure beach was excellent.

Lovely owners couldn't do enough, excellent breakfast, great location, great for families and couples.

Just returned from a week at The Berkswell Holiday Apartments (Apartment 3) and cannot fault anything! The apartment was spotless and well equipped and in a great position less than 1 minutes walk from the promenade and lovely and quiet. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was superb There really is nothing negative to say and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We would definitely come back again. and Denise was the perfect host. Many thanks Padi & Vicky Finn Plymouth.

Would definitely recommend, denise is so warm and friendly made us feel so welcome. We literally had to walk across the road to get to the sandcastle waterpark, and pleasure beach is just round the corner. The apartments are stunning. Thank you so much xx.

Stayed at berkswell apartment with my wife sis in law and brother from the 7th of July for a week the host Denise was nice and funny to talk to she does everything she can do to keep her guest happy would defo go back and stay again would recommend that if it looking for a cheap place to stay her place is the best in blackpool.

Me an my son had a fantastic time here couldn't ask for more Teresa an Phill the owners were more than welcoming I would say make this a priority stop if in Blackpool.
