No customer service, not interested in who booked to stay.

Checked in and went to get our things out of car. A load of dogs of the owners came out tried to bite my 6 year old son. He is bruised on the leg and my mum got bit getting them off! owners not in the least bothered, currently sat in hospital waiting to be seen as my mums arm is twice the size and dripping with blood.

The most welcoming and lovely home from home environment would recommend to all my friends, great place great place mitch and Jay when I'm back in Blackpool I'll be staying here. Thanks for having us. Booked next year already loved the bar too — с Mitchell Campbell.

Just back from a lovely stay at Sharn-bek, lovely hotel, lovely warm atmosphere, great location. No issues! Well recommended.

Amazing hotel! Very cheap with wonderful customer service. The staff were lovely all the women that worked there. We forgot to take a picture of our room but we stayed in the family room 4 of us and it was very spacious with good facilities. Quite old fashioned decour but very cosy and clean. The bar is great and cheap for drinks before hitting the town. Situated it a good location near the south pier and 1 minute from the promanade and shops. Mini car park at the back which gets hectic but everyone leaves in the morning so it's fine. Breakfast was delicious, got an full English, and cereal. Can't complain for price! Overall amazing stay would defo recommend!

Stayed the weekend and the hotel was lovely and all the staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Stayed in Blackpool a few time and this is by far the nicest and cleanest and the breakfast was good too.

A small traditional seaside hotel with a warm welcome. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good food. Would definitely stay there again.

Welcome, our room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. Facilities were good and as expected. Breakfast was efficient and tasty. All in all we would definitely recommend this B&B and would definitely come back! Well done ladies and thank you.

Stayed yesterday the 1st Oct we loved it great welcome, great food and even better hosts thanks Linda for a great stay.

The staff were brilliant, really helpful, great with the kids, helped park the car in their carpark, good advice on local attractions. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. However, the room wasn't quiet what I'd hoped for, walls a little thin so could hear folk coming in and chatting after a night out. No bedside table or light and the TV signal was pretty useless. It was all very clean and tidy though so all is really OK. Perhaps I was expecting too much for the price but I didn't think Blackpool was that expensive.

We go ever year for my sons birthday, this year I took my best friend and son to, we love love love this hotel all the staff can't do enough for you, rooms are spotless with television kettle and if u need a iron or hair drier all you have to do is ask! The breakfast is amazing orange juice unlimited tea and coffee, cereal and unlimited toast and jam and then a full homemade cooked breakfast, we will never go to another hotel again and this was our 4th year going… Lovely Pauline and Glen and everyone xxx.
