Duvet, mattress, pillow covers were dirty with human hair. Luckily I took my own blanket and bed sheet which I put on the top of everything on the bed. There’s was no coffe, tea stuff. Toilet was dirty and our room was next to toilet so it was noisey for all the night and sink in the room was leaking underneath. Tiny TV was far away from plug. No reception. Experienced a horrible time.

Requested at time of booking that we would arrive at 12 also phoned up at time of booking to confirm and the lady told us that was fine. Arrived today at 12 with men outside hotel saying the rooms weren't ready because they were partying the night before so we're to go back, so arrived back at half 3 with no1 there except junkies saying they were hanging from the night before. A girl then came saying she had to climb out the back window so she would book us in took us to our room witch was a mess carpet was lifted, the sink was hanging of the wall, beds were dirty and room was all over manky. My 2year old daughter fell on the landing coming down the stairs and fell on top of a sharp knife lucky she was fine and no harm done. Went to speak to someone and no1 was around still haven't spoking to anyone regarding this. Tryed phoning owner but no answer. Place is a dive and won't be going back…

The people who run it are polite and helpful but the room was disgusting, the shared toilet didn't even have a hand basin in to wash your hands after using the toilet there was no toilet roll either, the room was dirty, the curtains were about a foot short and hanging off, mould on the walls. Didn't dare sleep under the covers there was stains on the bed sheets, certainly won't be coming back here.

Not very clean at all bed sheets/ covers was very dirty on all 3 beds, bathrooms was only 2 for 10 rooms and was not clean at all, the windows in room didnt shut at all so was chilly in the room, no coffee tea or cups with a dirty kettle, was like a family of refugees lived in there and was running around and banging untill 2/3 in the morning also the family who looked to be living there washed clothes and left on all hand rains and radiators in the hallways also losts of dirty rubbish bags in the halls with nappys pizza and othere rubbish just not a very nice place to stay will not be returning we left as soon as we woke!

Absolutely disgusting, staff are arrogant, with no respect for the guests that are staying there. The rooms were vile, obviously not cleaned, neither was the bedding. There were only 2 bathrooms for 11 rooms which were minging, also not cleaned. Never been so disgusted.

Vile, completely vile. Staff are arrogant b*****s and extremely rude towards customers. As for the room ive never seen something as bad as that. The bathrooms 2 whole bathrooms for 11 rooms, they were dirty and obviously not cleaned in months. The outside wasnt very appealing and absolutely rotten. If I was you I woukd not stay there ever.

Absolutely disgusting place. I advise anyone that would like a place to stay in blackpool to pay extra for a decent hotel! Wasn’t practical at all, ended up spending the weekend in a different hotel having paid money to stay here because it was truly terrible!

I stayed in this property at the weekend, could not wait to leave, should of paid us to stay there, water pouring through ceiling where my grandchildren and my pregnant daughter were sleeping, nobody around to tell, sheets of metal covering up holes in walls, it was absolutely freezing ADVICE DO NOT STAY THERE!

Great stuff clean rooms and toilet which is a big deal for me staff fantastic carnt do enough for you and very friendly will be recommending to my friends.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and her son manager could not do enough to help during our stay yes it's a budget hotel but we'll worth the money it costs to stay there will definitely stay here again.

Only the beds were cosey.

The place needs shutting down, had to sleep in my clothes because the sheets had not been changed and still got bitten alive by god knows what. It stinks of urine everywhere. Wouldn't even be paid to stay there. Random used razors in the communal bathroom and dirty sanitry towels scattering the floor around the bin. In my room itself all the furniture was broken and hundreds of midgie flies swarming about. You would need a miracle to get free parking or to get a paid parking space in the coach car park at the bottom of the road. My room had used baby wipes on The broken shelf and cobwebs everywhere. The dirty mattress was too hard to sleep on and amounted in 3 hours of broken sleep because I had to keep flapping away at the flies landing on my face. You can hear everything that happens in everyroom and awoke to the sound of someone taking a dump in the toilet. You can't have a brain if you're thinking of staying here.

It's a bin. It is very cheap and you do get what you pay for. When I arrived the owner answered the door wearing socks. I then thought there was a no shoe policy until I noticed the holes inn the carpet, he just could not be a****to wear shoes.

Fantastic b&b, great location good food, clean, freindly staff, helpfull, the owners are a scream, home from home.
