Terry & Mandy the owners of the hotel are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Blackpool.

Had a really good two night stay. Very impressed with the room, cleanliness first class as was breakfast, will definitely be going back. Terry and Mandy are excellent welcoming hosts.

So my son got a job just over a week ago. They’ve now decided it isn’t working for them and let him go. Making him work twice daily for an hour or less a time. Child exploitation. Stating he needs to get whatever done within the hour so they don’t have to pay him more. So so rude and disgusting. Do not let your children work here.

Just come back from the Segantii, had a lovely birthday weekend with great friends. Clean rooms, lovely owners. Fabulous breakfast a bit out of the way from the centre, but the tram line is in walking distance and cheap. It cost us £5.50 for all weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

We made a reservation with segantii. Unfortunately due to unseen circumstances we were unable to go. They charged us half of both room for doing so, which was not OK but it was in the contract… now logged on to my back and they have taken more money out of my bank so full total of both rooms. This was not in the contract. We even tried to move the date to save us losing money and then the hotel got full cost of the rooms. Just no response what's so ever. Don't answer the phone don't answer emails. Would therefore would not recommend this hotel.

Terry and Mandy who own it are the perfect hosts, very welcoming. Great home cooked breakfasts, clean rooms and a well stocked bar… what more could you want? Would definitely recommend… ✌️✌️

Absolute Joke! Ran by two of the rudest people I've ever met. 9 young girls kicked on the streets because one of our party complained about the mouldy milk in the room she attempted to make a cup of tea with. The date was Feb 2018 We travelled all the way from Bristol! Getting woken up at 4.30 what sounded like a party going on in the rooms. The rooms were filthy, awful breakfast Avoid like the plague!

Avoid this place like the plague! Absolute disgrace, me and 9 of my friends got kicked out this hotel because I told the guy what I thought of the hotels cleanliness! Out of date milk in the room, and filthy dirty. Wallpaper hanging off the walls, dust and dirt everywhere. Hairs in the beds, broken blinds. I would not let my dog stay in this dive. The man that owns the place ‘TERRY’ and his rednecked wife were so abusive. Snatched my friends phone off her and broke her bag.
All because he didn’t like being told how gross his rooms were this place needs to be shut down. Oh and not to forget the wires hanging out of the walls, how is this place still even open? Do not book this hotel it’s filthy. They chucked us out at 10:20pm when we were in the middle of watching a show after they had thought about what we had spoken to them about. Do not book!

Reasonable stay. Breakfast not bad. Weird thing was they had a bar but never saw anyone serving so ended up going to local shop to have buy beer, then sat at the front of the hotel to drink it.

Great value for money. Location is superb and ideal for families. The owners are fab, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast excellent with Mandy running around serving and Terry cooking away. A great touch is Terry comes out of the kitchen and welcomes each table individually. Room is good value and what you expect. Clean and modem. New beds and great firm mattresses. Good range of drinks in bar, with pool table. Front of premises so cosy with log burner, where you can socialise with other guests. Thank you for making us so welcome, and look forward to our next stay. Mark & Family.

Rating under 1 star. I booked to come here for a weekend brake with the family. I rang to pay some more off my hotel bill to find they had added more money on. I wasnt impressed. Caused a lot of stress. Defo wouldnt be booking with them again.

Excellent hotel. The best part was the full English breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were made to feel welcome right away. The owners are friendly, Rooms are tidy and comfortable. We're looking forward to staying again.

Owners are really great as well as the breakfast. If you put 2 black puddings together with butter, it looks like a giant Oreo. The toast lady is really great too; as more frequent then the Trams. Wish the Wi-Fi and the TV remote worked though!

Fab hotel great value for money. Clean, cosy, friendly and comfortable.

Such lovely friendly people had a wonderful stay highly recomend.
