Not the most beautiful from outside but thr moment you enter, very warm, welcoming the owner are fantastic and the room are neat with lovely beds… I will definitely recommend it.
From the moment the door opens we were made to feel welcome and at home. This B+B is absolutely spotless… smells so clean and fresh… beds immaculate and comfortable with very comfy plump pillows. We had a fantastic nights sleep. Modern interior and beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. Shower gel and hand wash provided. Pure white fluffy towels. Owners were very friendly and could not do more for us, in fact going above and beyond. Clean modern carpets throughout. Close to the sea front. Flat screen TV. We were room only and didn't have breakfast but the dining room was spotless. We have stayed in Blackpool for 12 years and have stayed in most of the B+B' s… this is by far the best. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely B&B hotel, comfortable, modern, clean and quiet. The owners were welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable.
