We had 2 lovely nights in this breathtaking hotel. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the breakfast was 10* plus.
We'll definitely come back.

We have just visited for breakfast. Without doubt one of the nicest breakfasts and this will now be our regular weekend visit! From the moment we entered the staff were caring, friendly and attentive. The chef is amazing. I would recommend the eggs Benedict and the mighty oak breakfast. Amazing quality ingredients and fair prices. See you next weekend! X.

We had christmas dinner there yesterday and the food was amazing and staff were all lovely. Have been there a few times and they are so very helpful… thank you all for a lovely time yesterday.

A great hotel and bar on the seafront overlooking the magnificent historic harbor. Good priced food and drinks. This is a part of the Thorley Taverns group and has many excellent inns, visit the pub in Broadstairs for excellent sea food meals, all give you a great welcome.

Although the location is picturesque, the Inn is nothing special and terribly overpriced. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and in all honesty the room was pretty basic. The windows were single glazed and the noise was unbearable all night long. Upon checking in, we were given the room key and a few information about the parking area. The Landlady said that the desk was manned all night but I doubt that was the case:a really bad band played outside the pub next door from 19pm until after 23pm. As soon as they finished, the Club downstairs decided to throw a party outside on the pavement and the screaming and crappy music went on until 2:30 am. A Police van was parked down the street and four officers were outside the Club entrance but no attempt was made by any of them to contain the music nor the screaming. Nobody from the Inn reception intervened or apologize for the noise, paying guests should not be kept up until the small hours of the morning. Overall very disappointing staying, certainly not worth 75£ for a double room. I was wearing ear plugs and still managed to get only two hours sleep.

Exceptional 'B&B'. Genuinely lovely staff, all very hard-working, welcoming and seem to really care. Breakfasts were great! Rooms compact but have everything you need. We got a little wet out and about and coming back to the room and finding a Galaxy hot chocolate and some biscuits hit the spot. Thought the bottled water in the rooms was a great touch and lovely clean fluffy towels which you don't get in a lot of places. They had a soul DJ over the bank holiday weekend who was brilliant. If I find myself in Ramsgate again this is the first place I'll look for.

Very nice experience with staff, perfect breakfast and exercises with bar food. Really nice location, just in heart of harbour.

What a lovely place. The Oak is next to the harbour and beach, the food is really good, the people so friendly and our bedroom was much better than we expected. The Oak Hotel is ozr absolute recommendation. We love that place.

It is on the banks of the port, in a very dynamic place. It's a little far from the train station but close to the beach.

Great clean and comfortable will get room on the back as harbour side a little noisy with the night life.

Nice to sit outside in the summer. Food is good but on the expensive side.

Excellent seafood platter. Service friendly as ever.

The Oak hosted my Dad’s 90th birthday surprise party on Sunday 5th November 2017.
From the first meeting with Tracey, the event manager, to the end of this very special day, the venue and its staff were wonderful.
The food was lovely, the cost was sensible, the Tiffany Suite looked fabulous (thank you Tracey for inflating the balloons and creating beautiful tables), the receptionist joined in and assisted with the cover story to maintain the surprise, and the three ladies behind the bar were delightful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
My lovely Dad had a wonderful afternoon with family and friends and I cannot thank you all enough for making it special.
I would highly recommend this venue — and we will be back for his 100th!

The room are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and also in a great location.

The room we stayed was okay, but the bathroom was good. I was expecting a double bed it was two singles may be I mentioned 1 adult and 1 child and they provided this room for us. Staffs were very friendly. They had a fan and it was a hot day but the fan was noisy. The restaurant was good and good service there. There were some workers next to our window doing something in the late night was worried, but there was not much noise but I still felt it was inconvenience. Otherwise it was good overall.

Consistently good food, well cooked and presented. Staff are lovely always a. Filing and helpful. Special offers available some nights suggest ringing to check offers. Always good value. My only critisism is the smokers that sometimes gather outside but this is not the fault of the resturant.

Great place, very surprised that it says its only a 2 star. Really nice clean rooms, decent tc. Great location just on the harbour. Only bad side is you can sometimes hear the aircon fans.

Great value for money! Breakfast was excellent with both cooked and continental covered by room fee which was cheap anyway… initial service was a bit slow as receptionist had to 'book a flight' but apart from that room was clean and cosy. Parking ticket available for local multi storey at reduced rate. Good location.

Small friendly hotel clean and tidy warm and welcoming. Only let down was failure to provide food after 9pm after my 200 mile drive. There's a good chip shop down the road open till late. After now eating in the pub/restaurant I would not bother again staff not bothered about food not being to my satisfaction you can see why it empty most of the time.

Lovely staff, great breakfast. However be aware of where your room is located as some are very noisy due to the location of the night life that is next door. But I would recommend the hotel!

Very good hotel, simple, clean.

If you want to stay at the weekend in the hustle and bustle is right here. Live Music in the surrounding Pubs, great atmosphere. Room with harbour view and Central location.

Me and my wife took a chance to eat here as we had never eaten at this place, what a great choice we made though! Wifey had the Lamb shank with a good sauce and various veggies which she really enjoyed and I had a 10oz Rump steak with a blue cheese sauce, chip wedges, mushroom, tomato and it was one of the best tasting steaks ive ever eatan … Fantastic service from the friendly staff would recomend this Hotel to anyone, we will be back … Cheers.

The service of the restaurant is excellent. The food however is over-priced. Standard pub grub at London prices. This is probably the reason for free tables outside on a nice sunny day.

As a few of us working in ramsgate 4 a few months we chose this hotel. Very good all round the waiting staff were very nice and friendly even got wrecked with them on the occasional night out. Thought we could of had a better deal for the time we stayed and we kept being moved around hotel dure in the week which was a nightmare, dont have that problem anywhere we stayed before. Overall good. Ps dont upset the gray haired one on the reception cause you'll pay big time lol.

If its Good quality food at very reasonable prices you want then this is the restaurant you have been waiting for. Be aware the night we ate there the main restaurant closed at 7 which means we had to order in the bar but got the same food.

Friendly clean atmosphere.
