Excellent staff. Especially Sammy, nothing was too much trouble, if he could help he did. We had a great stay thank you.

No view out the window. Can't open the window so having to run the noisy aircon. TV is small and missing main channels. Room is clean and what you would expect. Plug points by bed which is always a plus. Shower pressure not as piddly as most Premiers.

Great rooms at a cheap price! Air conditioned rooms. Very friendly staff. Greeted by a lovely girl at reception who gave amazing service! Thank you :) Great value breakfast. Free parking. Table table on site. McDonald’s/co-op across the road.

Well worth a stop over. Sunday carvery would have been worth it, had we known it existed and had they not run out of vegetables early. Shame!

Staff was very nice hotel was very warm our room 120 was 27 no windows to open had to have fan running all night up at 4 30 because of heat no air con was working youd think a company of this size could afford the air con bill.

Nice set up here. Lovely young lady on reception made us feel very welcome upom arrival and was remarkably polite. Most hotel receptionists certainly aren't… Rhonwen operates the same way in the breakfast area. Top marks, ladies.

We had a very nice meal, food was cooked nice the waitress was very helpfully restaurant was very clean staff made you welcome I have no complaints just a thought there was only on waitress perhaps one more waitress would be nice.

Room was nice, service was excellent. Room could have been a bit warmer but wasn't unbearable. Slept well.

Breakfast for 10. Not too busy first thing. Food as you would expect at this price point. Friendly staff.

Staff were extremely pleasant, even offered to carry my bags upstairs despite being half my size! Food was just what you'd expect and great price as usual.

Had a decent nights kip. Clean and tidy. Quiet. Easy parking Reasonably priced. Right next to the restaurant. Had a waitress named Laura who was very helpful polite. and mc Donald's is right next door also.

Food was very nice although dessert took a while to come. There was also an issue with the heating, but not so much we didn't enjoy our meal.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff and close to a co-op suite alongside a McDonald's restaurant. There is virtually no noise despite being adjacent to a dual carriageway. The only slight remark is that there is no lift to the first floor so it may be a bit problematic for those with lots of luggage or heavy items to carry.

Excellent location with a mcDonalds and Co op next door. Plenty of parking and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Nor a bad Premier Inn at all. I would disassociate it from the pub/restaurant attached to it if I owned this one though. The food and service was of a very low standard.

Was cheap and cheerful, food was really nice, a pub menu I had the pate for starters fish and chips that was cooked well and sausage and mash, but that wasnt as good.

Usual Prem Inn offer. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Quiet rooms and easy to find. Convenient petrol station attached to a Coop and McDonald's on site.

Clean, tidy and friendly staff. I cannot comment on value for money as Premier Inn use am algorithm to adjust pricing based on local demand, so prices can be radically different from one customer to the next, even though the room is identical. Suffice to say, for £50 it's fair value, at £60, it's marginal, but wouldn't disappoint. However, £70 or over… consider other places. On the down side, the TV in the room was the cheapest, smallest TV they could provide, not happy about that. And, I should add that the the stations did not work reliably. Nothing as annoying as trying to watch a movie on a crappy wee TV with intermittent reception! On the whole, this is a good hotel with friendly staff and good service, I would recommend this place.

The Premier Inn is conveniently located just off of the M23 making it ideally located if you're visiting either Manston or nearby Minster. The rooms were fairly standard for a Premier Inn, meaning they are no thrills but fairly comfortable. The staff where generally very polite however check-in was very slow. On the whole this is not a bad place to stay if you're just looking for a reasonably priced room for the night. If you're going away for a vacation however, you might be better off looking at some of the more up market hotels in the area.

Good location near several seaside resorts, has a petrol station and co-op next door. Usual premier inn goodness made better by friendly staff!

Very good size room, bathroom was a bit of a squeeze as the toilet is too close to the bath which is not a comfortable experience. But bed was very comfortable and staff extremely helpful.

Attended a family luncheon at the Smugglers Retreat at Minster. Allowed to choose where to sit. Waitress was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Ordered drinks and then main courses. Did not have to wait long for the food to arrive. Food was well presented and hot. Waitress made sure we were happy with everything. Booked a table for the following weekend on the basis of the great service received.

Went for a meal with friends and had a lovely time. The barman/waiter who looked after us was particularly friendly.

This is such a great hotel to stay in. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable to sit in and relax and the beds are lovely to sleep in. The staff are wonderful. So friendly caring and very thoughtful. I always say today the care has gone out of caring but not at this hotel the care is very much in the caring. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to do for you. The cleanliness is second to none. A hotel is only as good as the staff that work there and the staff at Ramsgate Manston are the best. Home from home. Would highly recommend.
