Nice hotel room and pool with terrible communication regarding pool times and age restrictions. Customer service was sporadic at best. Terrible treatment facilities. “Therapists” were horrendously untrained in nail care or client interaction. My 10 year old daughter, who we found out shouldn’t have had a treatment, wasn’t even talked to for the 30mins (should have been 45 mins). Thankfully the receptionist could see what a terrible job had been done on our nails with thick, unfinished slapped on colour & gave us a refund. Less than 24hrs later and it’s flaking off and I’m still trying to get blobs of glue off. Avoid the treatments. We were not surprised to learn they don’t seem to get repeat business. The housekeeping staff were amazing and friendly and were an asset to the hotel.

Nice rooms nice bed that's the good stuff out the way. Service shocking had to wait 15 before someone came to the bar to serve drinks. Put food order in at the same time main turned up before starter. When starter did turn up it was cold. Breakfast coffee machine not working. Self serve buffet breakfast was room temperature. That's my review of my first 14 hours here only 3 nights to go.

Had a nice relaxing weekend here over the Easter bank holiday. Lovely clean and well decorated room. Good food. And a day enjoying the health spa. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. And not forgetting the swimming pool. Nice healthy workout for the weekend. Going back for a facial and body massage. Also not forgetting the leisure workout. Keep fit amenities. Recommend the mercure for a spa weekend and fitness program.

We enjoyed out stay here. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the steam and sauna room. Nice relaxing weekend. The room was good. With a nice evening meal and breakfast the next day. The staff were all very friendly. Well done mercure dartford.

Walls are so thin, you can hear everything, worst night sleep I’ve had in a long time. Damp on the ceiling and cracks in the tiles, rusty pool railings, very poor food options, breakfast was very expensive. Otherwise great.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are amazing… big, bright and well decorated. The bathroom was huge too. The food is a little expensive, breakfast was great. Pool was a nice bonus but it is freezing!

Was an enjoyable stay; one problem of noisy neighbors but after complaining to the front desk we was moved to a different room. Would have been nice due to having to switch rooms through no fault of our own so late at night if we was comped a better room than booked. Dinner was lovely and well worth what we payed; breakfast was standard fare.

I had a lovely stay here. My room was well decorated with comfortable beds and a good TV. The bathroom was nice and everything was very clean. The breakfast was brilliant and lots of it.

Stayed as overnight guest, room very comfortable and spacious, excellent gym with great selection of equipment, nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Steam room not working during my visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a tasty.

Came here for 2 nights for a relaxing spa getaway. Well worth the price which was good. Smashing on site facilities and enjoyed the spa and steam room. Only downside was restaurant for evening meal I thought was costly but have to remember it is London. Will book again though.

Lovely stay over Christmas. Staff were friendly and helpful and a good choice for breakfast. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The hotel has the best gym I ve visited in a hotel.

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff. The food is good though the portions are a little small. The music is also good though too loud for my ears ;-)

What a lovely stay my daughter and I had at this hotel yesterday. Room lovely and clean modern and good shower. Room was lovely and warm. We had a spa break which was great and we has a massage which was excellent by Rosie and Ellie. The food was excellent and the breakfast was unreal the choice you had. Lovely staff. I have stayed in plenty of hotels and this one is very near the top for choice. Well worth the money.

Very nice place and hotel looks decent. Attended course/conference there so did not stay overnight. Close proximity to race track was a bit on problem when you are having training, as constantly hear motorbikes. Food was terrible and I really got bad stomach after first day lunch. On second day, you had two salads which were on the 1st day. And they did look like from previous day! Overall based on my limited experience. Training, conference — YES but take own lunch…

Amazing spa! Took my sister and best mate for my sisters 31st birthday we had a ball. The staff was friendly spa lunch was tasty and Massage is relaxing: Ellie from a great staff members polite and helpful. Great day. Will defiantly book again.

Great location for brands hatch. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good pool and gym facilities on site. Breakfast was a good buffet in the morning and the dinners we had in the hotel were good size portions. The bedroom was comfortable and clean as you would expect. Nice racing memorabilia around the hotel.

Bought a package of spa, dinner, one night, breakfast and massage. We paid 179 pounds for the package. All went good, almost perfect, room clean, pool very good. Dinner was included in the package, two persons could spend 25 pounds each it means 50 pounds for dinner together. Amazing! We enjoyed the dinner, food was perfect, waitress lady was friendly. Glass of wine, bottle of two beers to go. When we left the restaurant, lady on till told us to pay 20 pounds… excuse me? For what? We spent only 25 pounds on food from budget, 20 pounds for drinks, it means 45 pounds of 50 pounds budget. She said, the drinks are NOT INCLUDED IN BUDGET! When I told no one informed us about it, she went: they should tell you this on reception! No one told us about this, even no one in the restaurant told us this information! Me and my partner were so upset and angry. We paid. It was for a first and for a LAST time we spent our time in this hotel! Never again. Cheating on customers ist not the right way how to keep them! Except this cheating on us, we really enjoyed everything else in this hotel. We always do the short breaks during the winter time. But we will never come back to this hotel. This experience was not about the 20 pounds… this was about honesty and relationship between the company and the customer. Think about it.

This is a great Hotel for Track Days at brand Hatch, nice right out side the track, you can hear the sound of the track from the room, Food not so good, 1 star for food.

Comfy rooms but the bed was a little hard (and I really like a hard mattress). Breakfast was really good.

Good for business travellers, had a bit of a revamp recently. Food in the restaurant isn't brilliant but ok if you don't want to go out in the evening.

Stayed here to attend an event at Brands Hatch. The location couldn't be closer, about a minute walk from the entrance of the hotel gets you to the track. Good Motorsport theme in the hotel bar and aspects of the room. Room was clean and good bed, although had to move due to external noise, but was quickly fixed with a new room. Breakfast was really good, help yourself to choice of hot English breakfast, pastry's and fruit etc. Didn't try the spa or function rooms. Happy with my stay although they do seem to hike the prices up when there's an event on.

Nice hotel handy for brands hatch also also business stays. Not tried the facilities but room were nice and well presented. Small amount of paint touch up in shower and the view is of a roof in some rooms but other than that no complaints. Staff are also friendly.

A very lovely nights stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and there are some great facilities at the hotel including a fantastic gym. The breakfast was great and a relaxing nights stay was had.

Although our room was clean and comfortable, our experience from the receptionist was apalling, we arrived late after a wedding, so in the morning we needed to book a taxi to take us back to our car, we phoned reception at 10.25 am. And was advised our taxi would be 5-10 min, on arriving in reception to check out, at 10.40 our taxi driver said he had been waiting nearly 45 minutes for us and that reception had advised him to charge us " waiting time" as he had been booked for 10.05. We were at first confused as our phone log showed we hadn't called our friend until 10.21 to check where we had left our car … at this point the Receptionist became hostile and unwilling to help, the taxi left and we felt stranded … she kept repeating that we had called her at 10.00 am this was impossible, we didn't know where we were going until 10.21 … just at this moment another Taxi driver appeared and said he had been waiting for us since he was booked 10.28… clearly there had been an error on reception, we felt humiliated in front of other hotel guest, this is not acceptable and your receptionist needs to be possibly retrained on her customer service. And Taxi calling ability.

This is the second time we have stayed. Located in the driveway to Brands Hatch. Ideal for track days etc though I suspect the room rates go up significantly of race days. Friendly & helpful staff. Dog friendly for a small additional charge. For walkies there is a large park and woodland adjoining the hotel. Modern, well maintained rooms. Food is okay with good service. Room only option so you can have a cooked breakfast if you want for £10 (Feb 2017). Good choice of cooked, cereals or continental (note — there is a greasy spoon half a mile away in the village if you want something cheaper). Nice pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi. Didn't use the gym etc but they are available free to guests as well. We will be using this hotel again.

Nice place with fine foods and a cool swimming pool.

Most favourite circuit in the UK with excellent opportunities for spectators. You can see 4 corners at the start if watching the GP track and even the entire track if they are using indy. The grandstands behind the start finish straight are good, or the grassy island on the second corner is also a great place to stand.

Great circuit, it is very spectator friendly and everywhere is easily accessible. Have been visiting for many years now, they have a lot of events. Food is consistently good from all outlets, be it the Kentagon, Hailwoods Restaurant or Fast Lane, or any of the others. Good and free access to the paddock and pit lane, friendly staff and parking is aplenty, on the main fields, or South Bank. I would recommend this circuit to any racing enthusiast or even people with just a slight interest as it is very easy to get around. Only niggle is that ticket prices seem a bit inconsistent depending on the event, but that is probably on the organiser's terms not the circuit's. Well done MotorSportVision.

Fantastic track and great fun! I have done several track days here and keep going back because it is awesome. Looking forward to many more.

Ok hotel, but need a lick of paint.

Went there for the BTCC, great circuit with great viewing, I recommend Paddock Hill Bend, having been to both Donington and Silverstone before, I'd say Brands Hatch is the best, closely followed by Donington.

I did not enjoy my day with Motorsport Vision, Brands Hatch is very very strict on noise and my car was slightly over, despite being on a Corporate Day, I was stopped from using my new unmodified Lotus Exige V6S. The Noise Marshall was very be-belittling and talked to me as a naughty schoolboy — My day ended after an hour. Even Race Control just said it was tough — would never recommend these people & will never re-visit. I shall make sure that all my clients too know that this circuit is not for anyone wanting to take something more powerful than a go-kart.

I stayed in a family room which was basic but had everything I needed. It was a large room overlooking the actual race track which was being used by racing motorcycles however when the windows were closed I couldn't hear a thing. Food (breakfast) was good and location was only 20 minutes from Bluewater.

Never fails to produce a good day out. Tickets are very reasonable, food is good, although expensive, but to be expected. Indy circuit is great but gp is even better. Parking is a slight issue, especially when leaving but it is a small price to pay.

Visited the hotel, didn't stay so can not comment on rooms, service, etc… however it is very easy to find, parking is okay (could do with a few mor spaces) it is easy to find as it is directly after the turn off for brands hatch.

Cold. Miserable. Raining. Love it! Nice and close to the action. Love the bit through the woods too, which has a "mini Nurburgring" vibe.

Had a great time visiting this circuit with my disabled partner. Lots of good views of the track although we did get directed to the car park on the far side of the circuit and found it difficult to get to the paddock and start/finish straight with the wheelchair. However we didn't let that spoil our day and had a fantastic time. ** wheelchair users there are a lot of big steep hills at this circuit.

A really great atmosphere… Full of history but also relevant for now. A great day out for petrol heads.

Unique setting with lots of great views around the circuit. Facilities are ok. For a small price the South Bank parking is well worth a punt particularly for the experiencing of driving next tot he circuit and the infield. If it's a wet and muddy day the walk from Paddock to Druids can be a bit treacherous — there is a pathway to walk on but it's not great on those sorts of days.

Not bad… OK service and ok food…

Two nights booked for a wedding, expectations were high from the outside, inside not so good. Check in was at 2pm we were there at 4pm rooms not ready. Booked early morning alarm call both mornings didn’t get them. Rooms clean but showing its age, no air con, not good for the warm weather nights. Food and staff very good. Not worth the money.

Supposed to be a 4 star. Well on arrival, hotel looked good. Walked in reception, furnishing looked tired, room was clean and tidy, tea, coffee facilities fridge, which is always good. Went down to bar, ordered food, which was smoked salmon, creme fraiche, and crusty bread, got salmon horseradish and black rye bread, that was about £6.50, wasn't enough there to feed a fly, drinks are extortionate, one large glass of rose wine £7.00. Had lunch again, and for about £20.00, give or take a few pence, ordered a sirloin steak, chunky chips mushroom, and a tomato plonked on top, and a sauce, chunky chips it said, it was 7 pieces of potato cut into chip shape and piled up, they tasted like pure fat, when I pressed the so called chip with my knife, the fat oozed out, my friend also had chunky chips, which were real chips with skins on, tasted better than mine, pointed this out to waitress and all she did was say ill pass that on. Told reception staff too, nothing was said at all. Not impressed with this at all, wont be staying here again.

When on a 2 night stay at a good rate The service and food was excellent, the hotel was being painted maybe refurbished, We had a great stay would use again.
