Nice room, had to park on street, staff were great.

Avoid hate this hotel and nasty drug infested area vile.

This truly is a lovely place the staff are very polite great set of guys and the restaurant next door is fabulous we were treated to a sax player on our first visit, and enjoyed a great meal last night too respect guys. Thank you.

Brilliant highly recommend it if I was to go back to this area would stay here they were excellent in everything you look for in a hotel and the restaurant next do best Indian food I have ever had.

Really really nice place. Stayed here for the weekend and couldn't complain at all. Excellent service from the hotel and CLEAN. Bonus is they have a car park at the back aswel. A few historic places near by aswel.

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Chatham and it's surroundings. Good location and car park at eer. M.

This is a nice place to hang. Also, they have a parking, even for a long van.

Incredibly luxurious, very comfy, enough plugholes to plug in every single device I have ever owned. The lighting behind the headboard was very boujee, lovely location, good shower, very pleasant stop.

The Charles Hotel is fabulous if I could give this 10 stars I would so 5 stars as the highest I can Give. All the staff are amazing they are so friendly and so very helpful they made our stay great. They even upgraded our room at no extra charge. Our room was amazing shower brillant and everywhere our room all of hotel spotlessly clean. This is one to recommend if you are looking to stay in Chatham. Myself and my friend want to say a big thank you to all. Also there is wonderful restaurant next door and they too excellent food and staff.

Was a beautiful room and very nice presented newly decorated rooms and very comfy beds but the only thing I dident like was that one of the workers come up to my room told me I couldnt have my windows unlocked because of smoking in the rooms or thinking people will smoke in the room what so in this really hot heat you aint allowed to have your windows open paying 82 pound a night to not be allowed your windows open and it also says free Wi-Fi on the website and theres not even the Wi-Fi code anywhere in the rooms so how can you or are you suppose to use it if theres no code in the rooms or anywhere you can put it into the internet to access the free Wi-Fi when theres not even a note of it anywhere in your rooms so there isnt free Wi-Fi really is there.

Defo the best hotel around that area. Quick service & decent prices. Shout out to the restaurant lads. Niceee munch!

I stayed 10 nights here and I must say the staff was fantastic. Being a new hotel they are still working out a few things, but I would gladly stay there again.

3 stars because of the slight noise from birthday party downstairs! Enjoyed the stay and so did my little one. I was given complimentary gifts due to the noise at night so all even. Would come again when there's no parties!

Great new hotel in a good location. We stayed for a weekend to attend a family wedding. Rooms are good size and very tastefully decorated. The sultan restaurant next door also serves excellent Indian cuisine. We had dinner there twice over the weekend and cannot fault the food and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the The Sultan restaurant.

Excellent Hotel! New hotel and I Loved the place as it was so clean and tidy with excellent service provided. They welcomed me really well and their restaurant was excellent too. Will recommend anyone going past chatham to check it out!

This place just opened and its looking amazing. Love the contemporary layout. Great thanks to Mo who helped me and missus through our stay. Good lad.

Booked a double room for me and my husband for the weekend to enjoy the sights in Chatham. Have to say, I was impressed with the style and service they offered here. Staff were great however bartender wasn't as good as the rest but we both still enjoyed the stay. Worth the money!
