Wonderful hotel and staff and the food is brilliant ten out of ten.

The best hotel ever! the staff are so freindly and helpful the location of perfect would not change a thing about it. i highly recommend going to this hotel. the town is the nicest one on the island and is well worth a visit!

Very nice hotel excellent food & beautiful views.

Very nicely appointed hotel with very friendly staff. However although the breakfast was good the evening dinner was disappointing The starters were dried out and very unappetising. The lamb and beef were tough and I think the carrots broccoli and cabbage had been cooked by just pouring boiling water over them. They weren't even Al dente they were raw. Desserts very mediocre.

Wonderful hotel. Our grandson was taken unwell the staff were amazing. The lovely cleaners/maids had a lot to clear up carpet bedding plus they offered to wash our soiled clothes…
Each day all of the staff would make sure we were all ok. Charlie a young waiter would get our grandson to eat breakfast and his dinner… he had a way of doing this in a very clever way which we truly appreciated. Everyone of the staff and the owners were amazing. Treated like family. Five star plus…

Lovely family run hotel who looked after our large group of muddy cyclists with smiles & patience. Would love to come back here when the weather is better.

Love it here! My family and I have been coming here for about 5 years now. Network of friends, great staff, amazing food. Great location, only a few minutes from the numerous amusements below the cliffs. One of the best things about coming here, is that you know all the staff and most of your fellow guests. Would recommend coming here!

Rachel is the loveliest! Recommended an excellent meal in town at the Village Inn, even lent us her umbrella. The rooms were adorable, the bar cozy as anything, and breakfast delightful. The most excellent service all round!

I love this hotel and would 100% be going back for another stay. Service is friendly and helpful with out being intrusive. It's reasonably priced. If I had to nit pick our room was a bath only. Otherwise rooms were well presented and clean.

We have been coming here each year for our wedding anniversaries, Rachel and her staff are very welcoming and professional. A very nice accomodating hotel with lovely food and lovely sea views.

Good location with wonderful views, the food is great as well. Staff at hotel are friendly also. The rooms are clean and there's plenty of condiments (not like some places where I've been) where I had to ask for more sugar and tea. There's two pools 1 outside and one inside. Both are clean. There's no lift at the hotel but there's not a lot of steps to climb.

Fantastic staff who made us feel extremely welcome. Really comfortable, clean facilities. Great location easy access to Shanklin with a beautiful coastal walk.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble. My husband went to the morning park run in Ryde but they saved him some breakfast even though service had finished. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Very Comfortable Hotel. The Morning Sun streams into the Lounge and tempts you to take a stroll in the Garden. Great Views over a Silver sea from the clifftop. Great experience! Cheerful Staff. Good food and service.

Booked 2 twin rooms for this weekend via Expedia which showed 6 rooms available. Received an email saying the hotel had cancelled the booking. Called the hotel. Unsympathetic and then hung up on me. Make your own decision about whether you can trust a booking with this hotel.

Lovely hotel, with beautiful view and bright and sunny bar, restaurant and garden. Decor lovely throughout, pool and sauna are great. Food was very tasty. Good size rooms, very clean with all home comforts. All staff friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you for the warm welcome Rachel.

Small rooms adequate for a short stay. No shower in our room. Beautiful bathroom comfy bed in a week heated room. Food and service was to a high standard.

My husband and I stayed at the Brunswick for our anniversary last weekend, the staff couldnt be more helpful, from the time I booked it right through to checking out, everyone was so friendly, and we felt they couldnt do enough for us to make us welcome. The evening meal was delicious, and a good selection. We sat in the lounge area after the meal with a glass of wine, and was very relaxing. And the breakfast was varied and very filling. It also helped, as we had booked with a special offer, so we would definatly recommend this hotel, and hope to stay again.
