Super staff, so helpful and friendly. Such a bonus to find Premier Inn are "bike friendly", allowing us to keep bikes in our rooms. Would happily use again if I am in the area.

On a par with many much more expensive hotels we have stayed at, and better than some! Excellent standards of service and clenliness; superb breakfast.

Really good rooms with only a 5 min walk to town.

The first thing that came to mind was how friendly the staff in reception were, secondly the quality of the room was fantastic. It was more than home from home.

Very friendly staff. Nice size room with a nice ‘hard’ bed and pillows — just the way the wife and I like it. Disappointed that (like most hotels) the window could not be opened. Biggest grumble was/is the lack of signage in being able to find the hotel in the first place!

Great Premier Inn. Lovely for overnight with a family. Only drawback is the Beefeater is too busy and staff rushed. Veg dipper side, the crudites were limp and we waited far too long for everything. Waiter was new and he was struggling. He said the 50% off deal draws the crowds, so those of us paying full price took the brunt. Hotel itself gets 5 stars though.

Room was nice and spacious with lovely facilities. Very competitive price considering it was NYE. Only downside was the lack of storage space but as I was only staying one night this wasn't an issue.

Quite central with good parking. Lovely big room with modern facilities. Restaurant and staff were excellent.

Caters for disabled people. Our room had a wet room. It was marvellous. All access ways were wheelchair friendly.

9 quid for beans and hash browns is ridiculous.
One shit burger in the dinner menu for 11 quid not on saver menu.

Lovely stay, convenient for Hertfordshire town. The woman on the check in desk was very helpful booking us in and getting us a taxi booked. Clean and modern room, the only issue was the air conditioning was noisy, and needed to be on all night, as the room got warm quickly. Would stay again.

From arrival very helpful. Room very clean. Bed is very comfy. Good selection tea and coffee and milk in room. Nice hot powerful shower. Highly recommend.

The room was good. Comfy bed. Big towels. My only criticism is that breakfast was all booked out so we couldn't get in. Now off to find somewhere on the high street to eat.

Well placed, friendly staff very kind & polite & helpful. Having the "Beefeater" ajoining it is a bonus especially for families with children. We have stayed there on a couple of times & found the rooms clean & comfortable.

Modern, clean, roomy. Security is good (need key card to use stairs or elevator), has bar/restaurant attached where they also serve breakfast. I'll stay again.

Have stayed at many Premier Inn's and most have been excellent. However, this one obviously suffers from a lack of staff. The bathroom had not been cleaned and was grim. The receptionist was very friendly and apologetic and went off to clean it herself as there seemed to be no other staff. This is a fairly new hotel but is already showing premature signs of wear and grubbiness, again probably due to overworked and insuficient staff.

Very average. Housekeeping really need to do a thorough clean of this place. The toilets are dirty and the taps limescaled. Note this hotel has air conditioning which cannot be set at under 19 degrees and in some rooms is very noisy — the receptionist moved me to another room. The staff are nice but very young and overworked, especially in the restaurant where there is no proper table assignment. The food wouldn't trouble a picky 1980s child and the breakfast is OK but nothing special.

A great new building with plenty of parking, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The attached Beefeater was great too and service was quick and friendly and both the hotel and restaurant were spotless.

After being put here for temporary accommodation after my roof and ceiling collapsed I can't not fault the staff at the premier inn or the beefeater at all. All friendly and have gone out of their way to make me 'feel at home' highly recommended.

It's a great place to meet up for breakfast. Good value for money and pleasant staff.

Fantastic three days there all three rooms we booked were outstandingly clean, hotel staff excellent extremely welcoming and helpful, would defiantly recommend and would defiantly go back!

Excellent nights sleep. Good room and good service. Just a shame that breakfast ran out an hour before end of service — attached restaurant not the hotel.

This is a new Premier Inn in Ware and it is very nice. Friendly staff, good rooms, close to town and the train station. The attached Beefeater is also nice and very smart.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and bed. Loads of parking avalible.

First of all parking was free and we were welcome by a friendly receptionist in the newly built and spacious check in area. We were checked in promptly and they explained how to use the key. The room was for for 2 adults and 2 children with all beds being very comfortable. I was surprised by the presence of a bath and shower (baths are great if you have diddy ones). Plus free Wi-Fi was the cherry on the cake. Overall I couldn't fault a thing about our stay, thank you very much :-)

The hotel was very clean and tidy and all required facilities were available. Free parking and Wi-Fi were an added bonus.

The rooms are large and bright. The attached restaurant is good. Only I could not book a room via the app or the Internet site in England. That should be changed urgently.

Rooms nice, and updated. Big tv's, and nice beds. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Staff are lovely, and pub next door has excellent good and is easy on the wallet/purse. Also great hotel!
