What can I say but amazing amazing staff, amazing room, amazing service, amazing location, amazing value I will definatly be back in a few month. I love this hotel you have a customer for life with me.

Clean tidy room, very friendly staff, convenient for my requirements. Good value, comfortable bed.

Easily one of the best places for customer service not just in hotels but anywhere. Every single staff member above and beyond consistently for more than two years of visits. Highly recommended.

Premier Inn staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Room was well prepared and clean.
Downside was the Beefeater restaurant, front of house staff were pleasant and helpful couldn't fault them however the porridge ordered turned up cold and undercooked and a long wait for bacon and sausage to be cooked added to the poor experience at breakfast.

An over night stay with family. You’ll need to keep the windows closed to keep out the traffic noise so a bit stuffy.
Very good value eat as much as you like breakfast.

Always hv a good stay here when we vìsit our friends. Very friendly staff … and at Beefeater too.

Had a great stay with my husband & our 2 year old daughter at the Premier Inn in Hereford. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the Beefeater's every morning! The staff are really friendly, eager to help wherever possible … Rooms are quiet & spacious & really clean. Definitely rexommended.

Very comfortable and wecoming. The cocierge was really helpful but not "over the top".
Theadjacent bar/restaurant "The Starting Gate" is equally as good. Would definitely stay here again.

Fire alarm at 04:30 in the morning. One member of staff on with an apparent skills gap in fire evacuation. Shocking display of organisation and co-ordination in such a potentially desperate situation. Elderly couples still pouring out of the hotel 15 minutes after alarm had sounded. Apparently it was hair spray that set it off… hmmmm more like a drunken reveller thinking smoking is still ok in hotel rooms. Get it right next time premier inn… or it could turn out to be far worse.

Very pleasant stay, the rooms are very clean and Mike on front desk offers outstanding customer service!

Staff were lovely, was able to check in efficiently. The room was clean and our stay was very nice. There wasn’t anything wrong with staying there. Stayed in Longford premier inn, Gloucester.

A lot has changed for the better in the last few years since last visit. Fans in all rooms now but temperature still too high. Unable to change thermostat from set temperature of 24.5° during heatwave. Blackout curtains excellent. Rooms spotless.

Very long walk to room, good space but room needed refinishing. Very polite and accomodating staff who I couldn't fault. Could benefit from air-conditioning.

Nice hotel with welcoming staff. Very clean and maintained. Breakfasts are served in a restaurant literally on the same parking lot. Typical continental and English breakfasts to be fully ready for the day.

The room was up to Premier Inn standards with the exception bathroom was smaller than other Premier Inn I have stayed at. The Beefeater next door, where breakfast is taken, really needs a bit of a makeover. The carpets are all rucked up and an elderly or young child could easily fall over. The food at this one was not bad. They seem to be lacking in staff as having to wait around 5 minutes before someone appears to show you to your table.

Had two good nights here. The bed was really comfy and the room was spacious and clean. They even had a meal deal offer for breakfast and evening meal which was definitely good value for money.

Friendly staff, beds comfy, shower good and rooms very clean only downside not enough tea and coffee although u can get more from reception.

Would have liked more control of the heating in my room and dissatisfied that the hotel management did nothing in the way of gritting either the car park or the access incline last night /this morning. The food in the Beefeater was very good but service left something to be desired. Unusually no Costa Coffee machine. But would I return yes. Would I recommend it, yes.

Poor acoustic insulation. The bathroom extractor fans are very noisy. You will hear that and everything else in next door's bathroom from your bedroom. Not great if you are a light sleeper. A nightlight in the bathroom would be useful.

Lovely. Very clean room, very well presented. Restaurant needed more staff. Very long wait for drinks and food. No one at desk when we arrived and we waited 15-20 minutes before anyone came to show us to our table. Food quite good when it did arrive.

Good location. Just out of the centre. Good sized rooms. Clean. Pub next door at reasonable prices. Breakfast over priced which is the only down side.

We arrived at 2am very tired we were met by Gareth at reception. Gareth was just exceptional. He made our stay also exceptional. He just osses personality a fantastic asset to the hotel. Fantastic place to stay. We will be back it goes without saying. Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

The only things that saved this from being poor were the lovely staff that were polite and helpful and the fact that things in the hotel were clean. Dining here is just awful — breakfasts a shambles as staff cannot keep up with demand. My wife walked out fed up waiting over 20 mins for food to come out the kitchen. Standing around waiting for food is not your normal Prem Inn standard. Our room was clean but tired — it was refurbished and not a new room — odd drain type smell from drains on occasion and the heater all yellowed with age — nowhere to hang your coats up and lights not working by mirror — kettle plugged in by mirror which seemed odd as steams up mirror so cant make a drink whilst using mirror… we will not be using this Prem Inn again.

Our first visit and totally enjoyed our three night stay. Helpful friendly staff with nice clean spacious rooms. On the outskirts of town so to far too walk into Hereford. Plenty of parking although the hotel does get busy but, we had a nice quiet stay.

I'm disabled and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The "disabled" room wasn't quite as easy to navigate as it could have been, but that's because it was exactly the same pattern as a normal room, with a sliding door but an awkward turn into the bathroom. Aside from that everything was great, would definitely recommend.

This hotel is advertised as being air-conditioned. It is not. In addition to the fact that you cannot open the windows more than 1 inch their black out curtains prevent any air from coming in the window. The air-conditioned amenity needs to be removed from their Edward to a Tisem it.

Lovely hotel conveniently situated on the outskirts of town. Reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, rooms well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beefeater opposite served good food, breakfast was everything you could wish for. Again, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again for sure.

Great staff good rooms beef eater next door local shops easy walk road works can be a pain other than that no issues.

Nice quiet premier inn despite being next to a busy road. People on reception were very pleasant. Only downside is if you don't drive like us it is a bit out of the way.

Great premier inn BUT if you want your customers to leave extra happy; the mirror in 28 needs changing. It makes the skinniest person look about 50 stone. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommended for a stopover.

First time ive ever booked a hotel away and we Had a lovely experience
Only 1 problem was the room size for 5 ppl in 1 room (2 adults 3 kids)
Any problems or questions we had staff helped straight away
Defently would stay again and recommend
One thing I would say thpugh if your a short person you might need to get a step up to the bed haha found them rather high.

Lovely stay. Room clean and comfortable. Location relatively easy to find. Didn't use the restaurant attached for evening meal but breakfast was good.

All very nice. No air con though, so it got rather hot during the night. Cooked food took a bit longer to come than excepted in the morning, but it was busy.

Fairly comfortable, but like most budget chains, quite vanilla. Breakfast wasn't great though. We couldn't sit in a group and we had to wait 45 mins for some bacon, sausages and cold beans. No use complaining; those that did got a harsh response. I would consider other dining options.

Usual Premier Inn experience, clean and comfortable. The company really do need to address the ventilation in the rooms though as it was too warm and stuffy even with the window open and it didn't help having a winter weight quilt on the bed.

Was a nice clean hotel. Room was roasting, had two fans and still too warm. First premier inn I've been to which did not have aircon. Other than that great.

Excellent spot, excellent service, spotlessly clean, plenty of parking. Needs Air-conditioning in rooms urgently in order to come into line with the majority. No problems at all, even the Wi-Fi is reliable and Beefeater service and food was great.

This review os about the breakfast hotel was nice just no air con had a fab and slept ok but £8.99 for a slice of toast this is the worst experience I have ever had for breakfast. I understand it subject to avaliblity but seriously! Items we asked for …
Marmite, syrup for the pancakes, eggs both boiled and fried, cocopop, musli, bagels, Greek yougyrt all of these were all gone. Was told basically All we're subject to avalibity and they had none or they were too busy and we would have to wait (eggs) no apologies. No clean glasses available and had to wait around for a few minutes to ask for glasses to have juice orange juice that was warm.
Massive que for the toast canvoyor belt, kids picking up items with there hands and putting picking utensils in their mouths. No supervisoin of staff and lack of staff. This has meant we left with having just a slice of toast meaning I am now having to go else where for breakfast. Absolutely appalled by your breakfast staff and lack of breakfast items available!

Great night at the premier inn Hereford (Starting Gate) stopped here for the passed 3 year for different events and different times of the year always very good but this time the room we had had a smell about it like a damp smell it was one of the old rooms and was on the road side but it did not make to much of a difference with the window open as had a few drinks and the bed is so comfortable and the curtains are black out ones and the breakfast it fantastic and the staff are very helpful one lady is great she been there years. When we good next time will ask for room 9 or 11 as these are new rooms and are the best thank you premier lnn Hereford. Just one thing need more room in bar to seat with friend have a few drinks.

Comfy bed and very clean room. Lovely bath. Spoiled by noisy group entering hotel and having a long and loud conversation outside the room at around 1am and woken again by elephants doing a tap dance in the room above at 7am. Parking was easy and the staff were really efficient and polite. Price was good for a Saturday night. Would stay again if in a different room away from reception.

Absolutely brilliant!, The rooms were clean and tidy and soundproofed by the look of it, The staff in both the hotel and restaurant were polite helpful and courteous at all times, The food is excellent as is the restaurant service I can highly recommend the steaks! They are delicious!, I and my partner had a great nights sleep at this hotel that should be used as a gold standard for the chain.

Was in a great location for me as was attending a wedding at Lyde Court. Service was fine and rooms were massive. Great bed and bathroom. Decorated nicely. Shower I think is a eco shower so pressure isn't amazing but fine for what anyone could need.

Location was the closest to where I wanted to be. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There hotel and room were fantastic. No complaints at all I would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Same as most Premier Inns but that's not a bad thing. Reasonable Beefeater onsite. The bathroom in my roof was the tiniest I have every seen with a bath in. Otherwise all ok.

Staff friendly, has undergone recent renovation so feels like new. Beefeater wasn't open but plenty of shops/restaurants just a 5 min drive away. Would come back.

WARNING DO NOT WORK HERE the place is staffed by man haters. This is factual so amy attempt at removing it will result in a HCEO visiting to get my wages. They pay so appallingly £450 a month tamper with timesheets fiddle hours expect you to work to the bone for no rewards and the manager has no concept of people management skills… Do youselves a favour and go elsewhere support a local business not this place.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, and very quiet. Overall a lovely stay. The only downside is the distance from town if you're travelling by public transport.

My wife and I have just stayed there the room had been refurbished and was comfy. But only one set of towels in room when we arrived. The booking was for two people. This is our fourth visit to a Premier Inn and each one the same.

Great Hotel. New rooms and very spacious.

Have stayed at Premier before and happy with my stay. However, this review is regards the ease of booking on-line that Premier provides. Simple, easy to follow, no hassle… done in a matter of minutes. Unlike another 'Travel' hotel whose on-line booking site took over 30 minutes; kept cutting out, then said my card was invalid. Gave up and tried the good old fashion method of calling them to book. At £2.50 initial cost, and 13 pence per minute thereafter… I hung up after waiting so long for an answer… it would have almost outweighed the room cost. Well done Premier — saved my bacon at the 11th hour.

Welcoming and helpfull staff, very clean and tidy with good food available in the Beefeater.
