Stayed in the regent guest house before our cruise, I would like to thank you for being so accommodating, my husband has coeliacs disease and requires a gluten free diet, the girls could not do enough and even offered to get him more breakfast (he doesn’t need encouraging lol).
They were very informative with a map and places to eat in the evening as this was out first time in Southampton, the rooms were a good size, clean and very comfortable beds (too comfortable if I am honest) also very quiet.
Will definitely return when we book our next cruise.

Stayed the night before our cruise. Such a friendly welcome couldn’t have been more accommodating. Nice and quiet and slept really well. The freshly prepared breakfast was 11 out of 10. Just a short drive from the cruise terminals would definitely stay again. Thank you.

I have stayed here twice now whilst my husband was in hospital and it was home from home. All the staff were so lovely to me and the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.
Hubby has to have more surgery so I will be booking up again. Can’t go wrong with this lovely B&B.

We booked last minute. The friendly staff were very helpful, and the room was clean & comfortable. A high street of restaurants is only a short walk away. There is parking outside, and even if this is full, there is plenty of on street parking.

Lovely friendly place. 1 lady greeted us very welcoming, booked us in and then the following morning served the breakfast. The whole place was clean and tidy. My only thing stopping 5 stars was the foam mattress it was too soft and the sheet didn't really fit it.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Car park space available. The bed was very comfortable, everything brand new and clean. The area is very quiet but with some restaurants walking distance. Prices are affordable. I do recommend it.

It's a secret place. My local friends never knew about it. On arrival a nice welcome. Room was better than we expected. It was great. Quiet warm spacious. Breakfast in morning excellent. Good variety. Would recommend it.

Stayed 1 night August 2017, The reception was warm and welcoming. Personal attention and pre-arrival communication was excellent. Staff were very polite, helpful and constantly thriving to please. Close to shopping center and eateries. Most important to mention is that the rooms were enormous, airy and spotlessly clean. Bed was fab. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and varied for all tastes — superb. Free Wi-Fi signal was strong +++++. Will definitely not hesitate to return.

Where guesthouse really means a great place where you feel a real guest. Super service, all brand-new without losing character, excellent team works here, Wi-Fi good and fast, and super fresh breakfast. Absolute recommendation.

A perfect place for an overnight stop, clean, airy, lovely bathroom, very helpful receptionist, on site parking. Breakfast as good as anywhere I've ever stayed. Very well placed if you are joining a cruise with everything you could wish for. Only one very minor quibble… Double fitted sheet on a king size bed.
