Beautiful quaint place! We got like a large master bedroom with king bed, very spacious, nicely decorated, clean large bathroom, food is good! Had a passion fruit cream brûlée for dessert that was to die for! Service is wonderful! Highly recommend this place!

Arrived yesterday after an early rise and 6 hour drive only to be too restraunt not open. Nearest eatery 10 minutes away. Too tired so had to settle for bag of crisps.
hardly any sleep. Room was beautiful but because the door didn't fit heard every sound from bar and reception. Heard someone come in earlý morning and start counting money and using till!
breakfast was really nice just a shame was to tired to enjoy it!
establishment should fit a sound proof door!

We held our wedding reception here and I cannot thank the staff enough. The venue is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the food to the decorations everything was absolutely perfect and was a truly magical and memorable experience. We enjoyed every moment and I highly recommend the hotel.

I held my wedding recently at the Blue Keys and it really was the best day of my life! All the staff worked extremely hard to make everything perfect for me, especially Maisie who dealt with all my bridezilla moments brilliantly and set up all my DIY decorations beautifully. All the guests commented on how amazing the hotel was. Rooms and food were exceptional. Massive thank-you!

I liked the place, it is at a good location and quiet. Furniture and arrangement of rooms are nice. They are completing a renovation too.

Nice hotel, well decorated room, good breakfast. Only drawback no aircon but it was hottest day of year so far!

Fantastic to visit such a breast feeding supportive business. Thank you so much for making me and my 5month old little girl feel so welcome. We attended a busy wedding reception there last night. Baby was distracted by all the excitement of the party, so I asked the lovely lady staff member if there was anywhere quiet we could sit and feed. She then showed us to a beautiful hotel room upstairs that was not occupied, put the heating on and told me to take as long as we needed. And the room was there for us to use all night when needed. Excellent thank you from a happy mum and baby.

Seems like a lovely place. They have a system to let you in after hours that works well, especially if you're stuck in traffic. The location is good, near the park. Free guest parking and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast excellent. Rooms are large. Could do with bigger duvets on the twin beds, as a guy I hate getting cold every time I move in the night. Not quite 5 stars but no negatives.

Lovely hotel close to the docks when cruising. Colin was amazing very helpful and friendly.

Booked room for Roy Chubby Brown at Guildhall and the show was cancelled at lunchtime. Asked to rebook room for when Chubby was there, as had no use for it and they refused. Poor at best considering they now get paid and then let the room out again. Very poor indeed for sure considering we would have booked a room when show rescheduled. Pity as looked like a nice place. Was testing the place for many business bookings which would have followed if we liked it.

Staff excellent. Nice room. Very impressed with the hotel. Food outstanding.

The room was clean and well prepared. The entire hotel feels like home and the staff are helpful and friendly. I would recommend getting a pint at the bar at least once!

Lovely hotel very friendly helpful staff they even carried our bags from the car to our room really nice touch, great food, room lovely and clean and an awesome shower would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again, well done guys couldn't fault it at all.

Awesome place, very comfy beds, dinner was spot on, nice parking, very welcoming staff, solid 8.7/10 would recommend to others and definitely use again if I was down that way.
