Very helpful due to my vehicle parking and other information. only thing letting it down was the house keeping (cleaning) wasn't great in the room to be honest. stayed in alot cleaner.

Staff are sound and friendly. But the drinks offer is not good. There's no draught options and didn't have enough bottled of the drink I wanted.

Fab two nights stay with great breakfasts, with fab chooses especially when catering for kids.

Nice rooms but don’t ask for another pillow because they have none… in a big hotel like this. Or I just can’t be bothered to go to the next floor up to look for one…

Clean, tidy and all the basic requirements. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room with free bottles of water! Staff were nice and polite and catered for all our needs.

Arrived exhausted. Greeted by cheerful helpful staff. Allocated clean fresh accommodation which was air conditioned. Great night's sleep followed by very acceptable breakfast. Thank you Premier Inn. You got this right.

A welcome rest from a long days travel. Staff were professional and helpful. Rooms well kept and air-conditioned. Really enjoyed it and the breakfast was spot on too!

Free parking at the back, comfy beds and nice clean modern hotel. There is a petrol station across the road too which was handy.

Just an overnight stay when visiting The Heron on The Lake. Everything you could wish for, great mattress, very clean & wonderfully dark when the lights go out. I agree about the pillows being too soft but even I can live with that!

Fantastic stay. The family rooms are very spacious (102 biggest) so good we stayed extra! Breakfast was great too. Can't recommend enough.

The breakfast is amazing. It is all that you can eat for 8.99 per adult. Kids are free. All hot food and cold food it available. The staff as great and very helpful and even people not staying at the hotel can enjoy the breackfast.

Great place friendly staff. Clean comfy rooms. Food is available in the resteraunt. Very convienient for petrol station which is across from the hotel. Rail station 5 mins away.

Nice, clean and well placed hotel. Stayed 3 nights for training in Hook. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Only had breakfast which had a good selection but would have liked to see more "healthy choices" than cereals and bread/pastries and the ordinary full English. For dinner we went across the road to The Station; Nice food and drinks and very close to the hotel.
There is a petrol station across the street, free parking at the back (just tell the staff, no need for ticket). Less than 5 min behind the hotel there is a bird pond with a great walk/run path.
Going back to hotel in a couple of weeks.

An excellent Premier Inn. Yes, I know that the brand follows a formula but the staff here really stood out for their friendliness and keenness to help during our recent 2-night stay. As others have written, it's a pretty new property and well maintained: our room was in perfect condition. We have always found Premier Inn beds supremely comfortable and this was no exception. A more than decent little restaurant and continental breakfast was very good (didn't try the full English) ; again, while this meal is basically common across the brand there are variations between properties and this was a fine breakfast. Croissants would not have been out of place in a seriously upmarket hotel and porridge was top notch!

Impeccably clean room and comfortable bed (only let down was the overly soft pillows) in a warm, air conditioned family room which was lovely and quiet. Staff were very professional and friendly. Opted for the breakfast (kids eat free with each breakfast paying adult) which was fabulous with so much choice, tasty and very clean restaurant. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus. Would not hesitate stating in a Premier Inn again if this was first impressions. Reasonable room rate too.

Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Location is as good as you can get for a night out in Fleet and overnight parking is free. Breakfast is pretty average.

Whatever you do, dont stay in a disabled room unless you have no other choice. Short beds with a split down the middle, weird flooding showers and noise from the stairs (this was room 1). Other than that, nice staff and other rooms are fine, usual PI standard.

As with many Premier Inn's, the staff are helpful, courteous and look out for you. The rooms, while being new rooms don't have the full size televisions. Additionally, the staff in the restaurant appear to be relatively new, something that will hopefully be a short time problem.

Ad ever it was good value for money. The room and bed were both clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a very good selection. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean, reasonable Wi-Fi, friendly staff, free parking which are all good invitations for the price. The breakfast was good value and quality too.

We stayed here on Friday night and then last night again… On friday when we arrived there was a problem with the toilet in room… It wouldnt flush, staff were fantastic and upgraded us to another room, staff are friendly, if we ever go back to Fleet we would book here again… Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Premier Inn hotel. Newer style rooms, very modern. The room I had was very big. Restaurant on ground floor. Car parking is free for guests.

Checked online, rooms available at a very good price, get to hotel, price over double that! After a long and pointless battle I give in to be told there were no rooms left! Go to car, look on website and hey presto… very good price there again AND rooms available… shocking!

This is what every Premier Inn should be like! It is bright, modern with it's own breakfast/restaurant area. These are usually better than ones in a pub adjoining. The rooms are the latest Premier Inn style with good air conditioning. Staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Good access to the M3. We stayed here and drove an hour down the road to Paulton's Park/Peppa Pig World and it was much cheaper than staying close by. All in all a great stay!

Stayed here for almost 7 weeks. Lousy cleaning and cleaning staff. They do not always clean your room. I decided to leave when I saw I would have to pay 4 star rates and I heard the cleaners say I was staying here for nothing. I paid them 3 star rates during my stay here but I do not think I received 3 star service more like 2 star.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 days. The hotel itself is lovely and clean and tastefully appointed. It has Wi-Fi which is freely available 24/7. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant, but the buffet breakfast was extremely nice: both full English and Continental and reasonably priced. Beautifully cooked eggs and sausages & bacon along with delicious sweets, cereal, toast, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee (even decaf! ) and a variety of teas. The porridge prepared by Christine (the chef) was exceptionally good. The staff are very, very kind and attentive from Dean, the manager to the receptionist Stephanie, Jose and Veronica. The hotel is located in a central area in Fleet (very close to the railway station and a beautiful lake), with plenty of shops and retail right within a few mins walk. However, what I found to be the best feature of the hotel were the stuff. They were unfailingly great, hard working — — answering questions, and addressing issues that came up. Also, I had my bicycle with me and the hotel is very cyclist friendly. We could have stayed indefinitely. Honestly, this is one the best hotels w've ever stayed for the price and my wife and I stay loads of times in hotels.

Our family had a lovely time this weekend thankyou to Veronica, Alexandra and Joseph you all made our stay special and our young boys loved there first ever stay in the premier inn. The room was lovely and comfortable and family orientated, we would definitely recommend this premier inn to family and friends.

We went just for breakfast this morning and really loved it! Friendly staff, Veronica was lovely and attentive. Lots of choice for food and at an affordable price. Clean and spacious restaurant and free parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend and will go again in future.

Didn't think this hotel came up to Premier Inns usual standard. Room ok but had to ask for second set of towels. Went into restaurant for evening meal. Ordered drinks and had to wait 25 mins for them to arrive due to having only one member of staff covering restaurant and doing check in of new guests. Then had to wait another half an hour for food to arrive. Food was mediocre and fries not cooked and almost raw. If we stay there ever again we will certainly eat elsewhere.

Whilst the quality of the premises, rooms and food was of the usual standard expected from this chain, I felt that the service was a little under par. There were two waiting staff on duty and although Veronika was extremely helpful, her fellow waiter wasn't. We waited 40 mins for our main courses to arrive (they were out of pizza and curry) and when they did my order was incorrect (chips instead of boiled potatoes with my salmon… as per menu). It was taken away and I had a glaring look from the chef through the open kitchen. I waited 10 more minutes whilst my son was eating his fish and chips (standard reformed piece of fish charged at £9.99)! Choosing our desserts we were told they were out of ice cream. Not usually a problem except that it forms approx 40% of the menu leaving very little else to choose from. My son chose the brownie (without ice cream) and as part of its preparation we witnessed the chef waiving around a large frozen block of brownie whilst chatting to the uninterested waiter (which they'd been doing for around 15 minutes, rather loudly and in full hearing of the restaurant, whilst ignoring his duties). I'm not usually given to complaining, however I do feel that the level of service and respect (or lack of it) for the dining guests and the missing items on the menu did cloud my stay.

Bare bones hotel in an incredibly depressing town. Positives: good breakfast; Pub across the street at which you can drown your sorrows; Knowing that there is a train station a block away with regular service to London Waterloo, meaning that you will eventually escape.

Fantastic new venue to Fleet, and we love it. Once month Hart Taxis marketing team holds a meeting at the Premier Inn, Fleet. The peace and quiet, along with great facilities and awesome breakfast make this a must for any local business.
