Called at the wrong Premier Inn as this one was awfully signposted. I eventually found the hotel but the room I was booked into was not pleasant, with brown/red marks on the window which I hope was chocolate and not dry blood, also suffering from damp and no cover on the duvet. Swapped rooms (the guy on the desk was great) into another room which is much better. If you have a sat-nav you should be fine, if like me however you’re on foot, good luck finding the hotel… I won’t come back to this one when the other two are within walking distance of the Centre too.

Very friendly staff. Clean & tidy room. Excellent for Trafford centre.

We booked after a long haul flight — we were welcomed in by all the staff. Enjoyed a lovely home cooked breakfast and had a great sleep. We woke up refreshed and ready for the journey home. A big thank you to the staff for accommodating us — much appreciated. 5

Fantastic location, safe walk to the Trafford centre, great for access to Lego discovery centre & sealife. Staff were all lovely, brewers fayre staff made our stay! Simon in particular was a fantastic host both days for breakfast! If he's not the manager he deserves to be! 5 stars from us!

Really one of the best premiere inn's I have stayed at, staff where really friendly and helpful. Bed good Food good Shower was good TV worked Black out blinds Walking distance to the Trafford centre.

Great service from staff. Food is cooked so well and tasty! Trafford Centre behind the hotel which is so great! Returning definitely and would recommend.

Good, reasonably priced lodgings for the night. Right next to Trafford Centre if you're into that sort of thing!

The hotel is ok — its Premier Inn so you get what you pay for. However my annoyance was the Wi-Fi — worst premier inn I've ever been in for that. They should be embarrassed, it was that bad.

Rooms done to a good standard. Access to many restaurants nearby. Small car park.

Whilst not a 5 star hotel, I can't think what else the hotel would have needed to have done for me to give them 5 stars. The rooms were clean and tidy, plenty of towels and toiletries. Having stayed more recently in Radisson chain of hotels, I'm using that as a benchmark. We stayed mid week, so while the hotel was not at capacity there were still plenty of people staying overnight. I could hear them come and go but not in their rooms. The beds were very comfortable, which I believe are their own 'Hypnos' beds. The remote control for the TV had flat batteries and they were replaced immediately. I wanted to iron some clothes and so asked at reception, an ironing board and iron were sent to the room within minutes. I really liked how the Samsung TV would let me stream content from my phone and tablet to the big screen. The location is ideal for the Trafford Centre, literally a 2 minute walk with no major roads to cross. Booking well in advance secures the lowest price. Staff were very polite and courteous. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future… which I will!

Really good hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Reasonabley priced. Well worth a stay when in manchester. And right next door to the Trafford centre you can walk.

Clean room with all the necessary facilities inside and attached to the hotel is a restaurant which serves breakfast etc. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the Trafford centre. Great value for money accommodation.

Great place for breakfast especially with the kids eat free options. The play centre allows you to enjoy a coffee in peace also!

Staff booked me in, as normal. Very efficient and welcoming. Location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to the motorway and even closer to the Trafford Centre. Room was initially good, but was let down by details. Heating didn't work, so had to make do with an oil filled electric radiator. Light in the bathroom didn't work. Soap dispenser was so close to the sink, you had trouble getting your fingers under it. Just not up to the usual high Premier Inn standard.

Ideally located next to Trafford Centre. Rooms were typically Premier Inn. Cosy and modern. Brewers Fayre next door was excellent value. No issues whatsoever.

Premier Inn up to usual standard Friendly staff, good restaurant on site, comfy bed and value for money. What more could anyone ask for? Just lost 1 star because of needing a bit of an update in bathroom-nothing you couldn't live with though.

Smaller size premier Inn. Rooms to usual standard. Beefeater restaurant attached which is where you served breakfast. This has a good soft play for little ones while you eat. Very close to Trafford centre and arena for shows. Nothing too fancy, but not too pricey either :-)

Little worn out but nice enough. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Rooms need a facelift. Breakfast was adequate but had obviously sat for some time, ordered poached eggs and they were perfectly cooked. Staff were a bit slow in the restaurant.

Returning to this hotel after many years. Looking tired now. Noisy guests (unavoidable). Staff friendly. Food good. TV looking it's age. No toilet brush. Free Wi-Fi suitsble for my needs. Perfectly happy for the price paid.

Great location for visiting the Trafford Centre. Had a room on upper floor, alot of damp around the window which I reported to reception, otherwise good place to stay with onsite restaurant and Frankie & Benny's round the corner.

Rooms out of date. Comfy bed. Receptionist was no where to be found for a good 10 mins.

Stayed 2 nights close to a training venue for my job. Staff were friendly (apart from the miserable bar staff). Food was good and rooms were comfortable.

Quiet hotel. Reception staff were lovely. Location is perfect! Good size room and really comfy. Would totally recommend!

Positives; Comfortable bedroom, staff that were there on shift were very nice. Location very good for what we needed. Negatives; Unfortunately, not enough staff on breakfast. Everything was running out, cups for tea, glasses for juice, and breakfast not hot I am sorry to say. Maybe you should consider a buffet breakfast. May stay again but would probably find somewhere else for breakfast I'm afraid.

What a great place! great staff in both reception and house keeping, the place is exceptionally clean. The staff happy to give you extra refreshments as needed and very friendly! The Coach House Brewers Fare which is adjacent, is also great value with excellent staff and an amazingly good breakfast. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the UK

Stayed overnight for work. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. It has a brewers fayre restaurant attached ao if you've been to one of those before you know what to expect. Decent pub food but nothing fancy. Breakfast was the usual full English plus continental selection. I'd have no reservations about staying there again.

Good overall but seemed like it could do with updating, room numbers 40 plus were right down the other end of the hotel which meant a long walk to get to my room, the room key (yes an actual key) was attched to a huge fob, No air-conditioning and the slowest kettle I have ever seen! Nice to have the option of onsite dining but with the Trafford Centre so near, it's hard to justify using it.

Location was great, right next to the trafford centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Stopped a few time here. Always seems nice and clean and fantastic for the shopping center.

Came here in September 2015 for my 21st birthday, absolutely lovely clean hotel and friendly staff that couldn't do enough for us! Can't wait to go back next year x.

Very friendly staff both in the premiere inn and the brewers fayre. Would recommend to everyone.

We arrived just before midnight, check-in was easy and the room was a generous size. A comfortable mattress with hard and soft pillows were available. Wi-Fi is free for 30mins should you need it. I simply can't fault it, for an overnight stay, for the price, this is excellent. Breakfast was served in an adjoining building (Brewers Fayre) where we enjoyed a great breakfast.

Nice place and after you watch your films plenty of shop and food places.

A lovely room with plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was clean and comfortable, and the room was a nice temperature. The evening meal at Brewers (which is connected to the hotel) was quite disappointing, but the breakfast more than made up for it and the staff were very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we intend to return later on in the year.
