Good location and with modern rooms, good staff and ample parking at the back. Rooms facing the main road are very noisy as there is a set of traffic lights with traffic coming off the motorway more or less all night, I'll be requesting a room at the back next time. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order. Only issue I had was the hot water running out mid shower but this is a rarity for Premier Inn so hopefully just a goblin in the plumbing.

Stayed at Heaton park due to bad weather. Excellent reception staff and cleaners. Our room was lovely and very clean. Would stay there again because it is so convenient for the Motorways. Linda and Eric Goodison.

Good budget hotel. Friendly, clean, convenient. Spoiled only by non functioning Wi-Fi.

Always clean and comfortable. Now that they've learned to turn on the heating in the bedrooms before you check in, there are no gripes.

Very nice hotel, well done up. Freindly staff who were very helpful. It's attached to a beefeater which servers some great food as well. Also free parking.

Another great stay at Premier Inn. We always stay here when we come to Manchester. It's just off the motorway so you don't have to fight with crazy city traffic. A 5 minute walk away is the tram stop where you can get a return for £3 or a day pass for unlimited travel for £5 (the prices are going up in January). It has a couple of restaurants nearby, a petrol garage with a subway sandwich shop and a local convenience shop that also has a post office in. Everything you would expect from a premier inn. My only complaint is that the free Wi-Fi is shocking and drops in and out all the time when in use!

The staff were very accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed. Could not fault the staff at all. The room itself was clean and we had such a good nights sleep.

Standard Fare hotel nothing particularly outstanding the only real benefit is that the attached restaurant has very good range of food and stuff a pleasant.

Hotel up to standard with clean rooms Average quality restraunt. Small portion sizes for the money. Bar staff not professional trained for the job, but waitresses hard working.

Nice place for a short stay if you don't need to be right in the city centre. Hotel is on a busy road, but I had a room at the back of the building, so I couldn't really hear anything. Not sure what the road-facing rooms are like. Room was very clean and provided a good night's sleep. The two women on the front desk were very friendly and helpful sorting out a query I had with my booking. Would definitely consider staying here again. The only downside, like others have pointed out, are the slightly noisy floorboards.

Went a lunchtime 12.30ish to meet a friend. Waited at the bar, I was the only person there. No staff, moved to a different area just in case I couldn't be seen. One woman who was dealing with the food orders looked, nothing, then another lad who was also serving food said be with you in a minute. I was there possible 10 mins before I got served. Had I not been meeting someone I would have walked out. Now I remember why I dont go in there!

Clean, tidy and good service from the staff. Had breakfast in the adjacent Beefeater and it was outstanding. Self service to cereals and continental items. Cooked breakfast is to order and you can have exactly what you like. Can't fault it.

Staff were excellent, there was an emergency situation that they dealt with professionally, highly recommend.

Only popped into the beefeater pub for tea, it was really busy but we were seated and served immediately. The food in there is good quality, the restaurant itself is relatively new still so it'd in good condition. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable, very clean, required more milk, was given some straight away. Definitely go back.

Stayed here for a wedding. Good hotel. Decent access with parking and a restaurant next door.

Comfortable bed ideal for the Etihad stadium where we went to see a concert. Next to a Beefeater restaurant and has free parking.

Fantastic reception staff who have us aa warn welcome everyone we entered or left the hotel. Bar staff a little unprofessional but they also looked rushed off their feet every night.

3* hotel, and deservedly so, in all respects. Top, smiley staff. No hesitation in recommending Premier Heaton. :).

Absolutely 1st class staff, smiley and friendly. Large comfortable rooms and so clean. Addition of secondary glazing means oh so quiet perfect thanks.
