Very clean, great service and easily accessible by car. Only recommendation — for self catering it would benice to have salt and pepper as part of std setup.

First time I have had afternoon tea. And it was very nice. Lovely sandwiches and cakes. The tea was lovely and the prosecco was delicious. Plenty to eat. And very pleasant friendly staff. Service was very good.

Great hotel staff location etc etc stayed here twice now.

Just tried to check in and been turned away because no photo ID even though all the info on the email has been crossed out and front desk said that we had done that. So had to pay more to stay somewhere else and evening has all had to be changed! Very mad and will never book here again!

Upgraded us to a 2 bed with balcony because of a delay in check in. The double bedroom was a bit small but overall the apartment was spacious. Good location but could do with a few home comforts — pictures on the wall, colourful cushions etc, it’s a bit plain. Good for a night out in the Northern Quarter.

Nice, clean, fully equipped, spacious apartments in central Manchester. Overnight parking for £12 a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely stay again.

La Reserve is simply fantastic. GReat value for money. The apartment was spotless. Fully equipped… 2 tvs! 1 in d living room and the other in the bedroom. I booked through a third party site and they stated on the booking that I had to pay £250 & £350 security and damage deposits on arrival. That’s a lie, I only had to pay £100 deposit. So please don’t let that false deposit scare you off. Also the booking site said there’s no parking. Another lie… they have underground parking and there’s a parking lott just behind the hotel. My stay was truly fantastic and would definitely return for a home away from home escapade. The only downside was the hard to figure out oven/microwave. Each apartment has a laundry room too! So cool. Thank you, please continue to maintain your beautiful establishment.

Very central, close to the train station. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Very enjoyable for a short stay.

My husband & I booked one-bedroom apartment and the room so nice clean and also they allocated us on quite high up floor and the view for balcony was nice. Only a minute walk from Manchester Picadilly station and 5 minutes to get arndale city centre. Money value.

Very Nice Hotel. Rooms was very clean and had all the essentials. Nice selection of beds per room as well making it great for groups. Also very close to train station and Manchester Nightlife.

Booked an afternoon tea for my sisters baby shower via Groupon. There were 7 of us. I called in a week in advance and asked if they could put a few balloons up and they said they’d sort something out. On the day, we were pleasantly surprised with a room of our own and the staff had put up balloons, banners, party plates and napkins and made the room all nice and pretty. It looked beautiful and you can tell they put quite a bit of effort in. The manager came in to greet us first. Then hot scones came out. Then the 3 tier food stand came out. Plenty of food. There was an unlimited amount of tea and the staff were extremely friendly with letting us try different teas. Well recommend. Would go again. There is parking right outside the hotel, also.

Generally speaking, friendly staffs, good facilities and great location. One receptionist working at night is very willing to help. Sometimes the marks on doors and mirrors are not noticed by the cleaners so the marks are not wiped off. The towels are very clean though. Rooms are not sound-proof. The bedroom is so small that the gap between the bed and the closet can hardly allow an asian of normal size to pass.

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff were really polite, the green tea in the room was the best I've ever had! Rooms were clean and spacious. My only niggle was that our kitchen seemed a bit delicate, plus I couldn't find the cutlery (but I'm bad at looking for things?! )

We stayed in a 2 bed roomed service apartment, on the 2nd floor overlooking the basin car park. The room was a little bit of a bizarre layout, but we'll sized for a small family. Well equipped and friendly staff. I wouldn't describe as premium, but also not budget.

Came to collect the groom's (friend) family before heading to the wedding venue. Didn't get to see the rooms but the parking situation is horrendous. It is £10 EVERY TIME you enter but it's valid 24 hours or till you EXIT. This should have been clarified at the booking time otherwise the booking would have been made for the Premier Inn opposite this hotel.

Arrived to a room that stank of smoke. Asked to change rooms. Was asked if I was telling them it smells or if I'd like to move. Moved rooms the other had 2 singles and a double when we booked 2 doubles. Back to reception. 2 maids took over 20mins back and forth trying to change our room into a double and eventually succeeded. Late check out was unavailable. Lift smelt of weed. Other than the the apartment was clean.

Brilliant hotel overall nice bar and seating area when you arrive, really nice apartments with plenty of space and equipment for whatever the stay is.

Conveniently located within a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean and quite. Quick check-in and checkout.

Rooms where lovely, nice glass tables perfect for bugle and skinning up. Got lit on lethal concoction of class a's and alcohol. When we got back however the receptionist kept knocking on the door, it was fine however as I was playing "Metallica one" on my portable drumkit.

Clean comfortable room, lovely staff. However, I have been trying to use the provided laundry machine, but it does not dry. I have asked repeatedly for repairs. They hang the bathroom towels over the toilet paper every single day even though I move them.

Great location, nice staff. Really dark weary and dismal room, make sure you get a room on the canal side.

Great location, very friendly staff and a fantastic room / suite. We stayed for 3 nights and the kitchen was ideal for being able to come back to the hotel and have a cup of tea and a snack before heading out again. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had no complaints at all.

I spent 2 night in one bed room apartment. The place is very luxury.

A very nice apartment hotel. Great location. It's within walking distance to most places, for most people without being noisy. Got a gym for those who wants to keep fit whilst travelling aswell. They also had daily cleaning which (unfortunately) isn't that usual for these type of hotels, so that's a big bonus.

Terrible customer service. Stayed for two nights wasn't told about lack of hot water. As I had a late check in I had a Luke warm shower that evening and in the morning. When I got back to the apartment the issue still wasn't sorted. Was told to move rooms. Front desk person gave me a key for another guests apartment. Having emailed the hotel a week and a half later had no response. Very poor customer service standards. While apologies from staff we're sincere there just seemed like there was no motivation from the team.

Just stayed here for a hen night & it was spot on… really impressed when I walked in, staff were really friendly & made you feel very welcome… one lady in particular (little/dark & loud) was fab! Loads of fun & even bought the hen a shot from bar! Rooms were excellent… very clean/modern & comfortable… definitely recommend this place for groups.

If it wasn't for the poor service I would rate it higher. They missed informing me to pre-order breakfast. In my second stay they gave me the wrong key. These are only irritations but the frustrations lie in the in-educated reception. Good rooms but don't rely on the reception for any information.

Rooms were well furnished and appealing, but the service was absolutely diabolical and almost ruined my weekend away. After staying in the apartment the first night completely fine, upon arrival on the second night they refused me entry and wouldn't even allow me up to my room to get my personal belongings. I'd paid a lot of money to stay there and they tried kicking me onto the street with no where to stay. I was one of many paying customers that wasn't allowed entry and was spoken to in a demining and disrespectful manner, by the owner of the apartments. You'd think he would appreciate that hundreds of pounds I spent on attempting to have a high end enjoyable place to stay. Even though we had rented out 2 five person apartments and there was 10 of us all together, they kicked my 17 year old girlfriend onto the streets of Manchester because they didn't believe she was staying their either, even though they had no problem what so ever with her staying the previous night. Absolutely appalling behaviour from all the staff involved and will not be staying there again. Please if you decide to stay here have a secondary hotel booked as you won't be allowed back in once you've left!

Great apartment/hotel. Stayed here for work with a colleague. Lots of pubs and restaurants about and reasonably priced. The apartment itself was brilliant lots of room and very clean. Ironing board etc provided. Couldn't fault it. There's also a nice modern bar downstairs with very friendly bar staff and reception staff were also excellent. Higky recommended!

Pathetic staff. Do not appreciate bangs on my door in the morning due to the staff not knowing when guests are checking out. I will not be back and highly recommend to stay else where if etiquette and a professional team is what you expect. Disgusting and doesn't even deserve 1 star.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were nice and friendly, they gave me and my girlfriend a free up grade from a single bedroom apartment to a two bedroom one. The room was superb, clean to a high standard would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Manchester.
