The room was clean and personnel very friendly. Will definitely come back when in London. Close to the Airport.

Practical, functional, no-frills accommodation. Really courteous and friendly staff. Meals can be self prepared, kitchen open to guests. You can have a light meal anytime of the day — a first for me. Good location if you plan to stay close to Heathrow Airport to catch a flight. I recommend this place, will stay again.

Super service, price/performance also good. Only the aircraft noise disturbs a lot. I was there because of nice football play at Twickenham Stadium and that's what the hotel was great for. For a family holiday, though, I wouldn't visit it.

Very nice staff. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good and very clean as well. So close to the airport. The easiest way to go is by bus.

We arrived around 5:30 p. M. On Thursday August 21 and left Sunday morning (August 24) to attend the international convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at Twickenham Stadium. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were clean every day of our 3-day stay. There was a fridge in our room, which was a thoughtful and unexpected additional facility which made our stay all the more manageable. TV and Wi-Fi were also available (although not widely necessary in the circumstances). Staff encouraged us to help ourselves to all of the available cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. And were prepared to cook breakfast to enable a prompt start to your day. Our wedding anniversary was on the Friday and was enhanced in no small part by the kindness of all at the Heathrow Palace. Thank you guys.

Brilliant! Just need a non Muslim Cook to cool bacon for breakfast otherwise lovely place.

I was disappointed by their service. First of all I was booked in at the address but when I turned up was moved to some other building far away from the guest house and I was told it was an annex. I could not believe the quality of the room. So many electric wiring hanging out every where. It wasn't safe for me and so I left the place after a night.

Despite being booked in an ensuite and it was written on the confirmation. When I got to the hotel I was told I would have to pay more than what was agreed upon to be given an ensuite.
