Old and dirty hotel, to be modernized and disinfected. Hot and dirty little rooms. Modest breakfast. Not to be recommended at all.

Clean, tidy, good value hotel with comfortable rooms. Convenient location for Earls Court area, local Tesco store and tube stations.

Staff is very helpful. I recommend going there.

For the price charged and the place close to a bunch of interesting places a bargain. Rooms are small and not in the best shape, but clean. Unfortunately my room was on the road side, and there is some traffic.

S**t place. Not recommended! I was there for 1 night and it seemed like a nightmare. The bathroom was dirty and the floor was like after WW2. It is cheap, but if you add £30 extra you can get a better room to another hotel. If you are going there, and you don’t know where to park don’t ask the staff because they will send you to Pembrooke car park, and you will find your car borken or damaged.

Everything ok. The staff very friendly.

Excelente trato, muy amables y atentos. Desayuno correcto y habitación limpia. El único inconveniente fue que la habitación era algo ruidosa. Por lo demás totalmente recomendable. Además, su ubicación cerca de un gran supermercado y a 5 minutos de dos línes centrales (Central y Picadilly) hacen que sea un hotel muy recomendable dn cuanto calidad precio.

This hotel is just perfect for the money. Ok, it is an old Victorian building, and you really can't expect top notch everything there, also the Lift is too small for somebody like me who suffers from chronic Claustrophobia… BUT…! I have been in London's hotels that are 5 to 8 times more expensive, in some of them you're never greeted with simple Good Morning and you do not get Fresh & Clean Towels every day as a norm! Well, this hotel has hands down the most polite and helpful staff I have ever experienced in London, we got Fresh Towels every day, and the ammount of soap, shampoo an the Toilet paper is already stocked in your room for a longer stay, so you do not have to remind Personel like in many other far more expensive Hotels every single morning to do so. Also, we were really surprised when we found that a Room keeper has spotted our bottle of Wine and left two Wine Glasses — that is how you win customers! Breakfast is very simple, but also very good — you really can't expect A La Carte menu breakfast for the price you pay here. Also, take into account that 200 meters on the right, there is a huge Tesco store, and some 300 meters on the right, there is Earls Court Road with tons of restaurants, shops and a Tube station — District line Hub and Picadilly. Bus Number 74 stops practically in front of the Hotel, and Landmarkwise it's a 15 of Central West London. Upon check out from the Hotel, we received a nice small presents for the trip back Home.

I stayed here with my partner for one nice fantastic location 24hr Tesco 2 mins away polite staff great room better then some 5 stars I’ve been in really big clean equipped comfy beds will definitely be staying again!

Reasonable quality/price ratio. Good location for peple willing to sightseeing. Dont expext luxury conditions but the staff is very nice, breakfasts are ok and only rooms could be refreshed.

Good location in Chelsea, close to the underground and supermarket, good furnished and quite small rooms, very basic breakfast.

Been there in may 2016 -dirty, dirty, dirty -room did not have nightstands lol -mushrooms everywhere in the room -unpolite staff. find something else seriously.

The experience at the hotel met our expectations. The staffs are organised and polite, the room is very clean and the decoration warm. The breakfast is simple but complete. I recommend it to everyone!

I didn't pay much for the room but it was apparently discounted by half price and I would have been pretty upset if I'd paid the full amount. This is an old victorian building which feels worn and tired, without any real effort going into making it a nice place to stay. The carpets and furnishings are shabby and my room was tiny even by London standards. One thin pillow was all I had and no shower gel, just tiny circles of soap. The staff members were pleasant and were in fact the best thing about this 'hotel' that actually made me ashamed as I couldn't think what the guests from overseas must think of Britain after staying here. Not a great place, even for the cheap price.

The structure really is essential, and a little old-fashioned. The rooms (at least the singles) are small, on the other hand the bathroom is relatively spacious, both are clean. The location is great, close to transport and supermarkets. Breakfast with limited choice but decent. 4 stars mainly for the availability of the staff changed me the room (the first to go back to reception, overlooking the main road, was too noisy) and that gave me a little bag with water and treats at check out!

I would like to write to this structure, but I see impossible.

Place in a great location close to the Centre. Rooms small but spotless. Helpful staff. Whenever I'm in London looked like you're still here.

The general structure is typical of this part of London.
Great location and very close to the subway.
I don't understand the reviews below average; the hotel exactly mirrors than advertised in lowest terms. The rooms are tiny, less-tiny size, prefabricated modules, barely-livable with airplane bathroom included, with or without window. Just wish the price is fluctuating depending on demand and availability.
In a nutshell, if you find the room for "great" (15 m2 with window) to 30 pounds in total, take it without remorse and remember: it's all excluded and EXTRAS except the room, a towel and air conditioning.

The hotel is fine, clean quiet and really great value for money. The only issue I had was that the room was far too hot. I was on the top floor and even though I asked reception to turn the heat down twice, it made no difference to the temperature of the room and the window was locked shut so I couldn't even cool the air that way. I suspect that the air con for it was broken because my two other colleagues also on the top floor were fine. Without this, I'd easily give it 4 stars, but you stay in a hotel to get some sleep and in this visit I got almost none due to being so hot.

Great hotel if you travel alone for business. All modular. Only thing you pay for is the room. Then all affordable. Sterlian 1, cleaning towel £ 5, £ 5 TV room/day, Wi-Fi 5 pounds/day.
Convenient if you are always out and you just need to sleep. There are no facilities such as tea/coffee … but there are machines at the reception
The location is in 1 area a few steps from the underground. With a brisk, enjoyable in ornate and inn London, arrives at the Center.
To recommend. Avoid taking the rooms small and windowless:)

Room wanting to acceptable but too dear to be 4 meters by 2. Often problems with Wi-Fi, and breakfast decent, not too filling.

Strongly Recommend Not to book. No window means located in basement. It makes me feel in dungeon! The room is extremely tiny so barely open my suitcase when I stand beside. Also stuffy and smelly in the room of course. The worst thing is there is no phone connection in the room because it is in the basement! Huh! No service! You can't use your data even though have unlimited data package. Otherwise have to use hotel Wi-Fi with extra charge. What a mess! They notice surcharge for Wi-Fi and TV remote control only on homepage. But that's not all about. You should pay for everything except toilet paper! Should pay even for towel! No matter how long you stay. We stayed 8 nights with one towel ha ha! At least they should've notice every items they will charge on homepage.

The hotel was an excellent choice as it is very conveniently located in Zone 1 and the hotel stuff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent choice and will definitely reconsider, going back to London.

+ Very central + Next to massive Tesco + 5 mins walk from Earls court + Lift (very small) ++ Receptionist is very helpful and cool (dude with American accent) — Rooms rather look like boat — Traffic and morning rush hour noise, not that great — Continental breakfast only.

Hello ive been there in 2004 with a school trip. And I have to say it was a great time in the city. But the same thing can not say for this hotel. The breakfast was awful and it was like a prison cause the rooms are very dark also in sunny days. Look for other hotels.

Well how do I begin? A very small room I could reach out and touch both wall. There was a very unpleasant smell. I was horrified to discover the dirty, filthy bathroom, the toilet had not been cleaned from the last guest, there was s#@*t all around the bowl and bits of toilet paper all over the floor. My worst nightmare was realised. As for a good nights sleep forget it!, there was a loud droning noise all night. The so called breakfast, I didn’t bother going back, once was enough. With only a choice of toast or cornflakes accompanied by really awful instant coffee. My advice is to avoid this place.
