Stayed in this hotel with my wife last weekend. It is a lovely hotel in a brilliant location in London. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. Room was comfortable although small. Breakfast was continental and self service. Any contact with staff they were friendly and helpful. The tube is across the road which makes all areas of London accessible although great location just to walk the city. Only negative which was not hotels fault was my wife left her hat in the front reception area and somebody took it rather than hand it in at front desk.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights as part of a group of 10 celebrating my friends 50th Birthday.
We were treated very well from the minute we arrived until we left.
The staff were all extremely helpful & couldn’t do more for us. The rooms were lovely, comfortable & very clean.
We had a continental breakfast on the first morning which was very nice with fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries & warm croissants. On the second morning we had a freshly cooked full breakfast which was delicious. I would definitely return to this first class hotel.

Stayed here with my teenage daughter, and had a lovely time. I’d been once before with a friend, so was keen to return. This second visit did not disappoint. Lovely room, upgraded to a club twin. When we checked in, we seamlessly booked a table for dinner. Lovely room, good night’s sleep. Lovely fresh breakfasts. Great service.
Really handy for a concert at Cadogan Hall.

Nice place. Very convenient to shopping and most tourist attractions. Beds were very comfortable. Ask for a room to the back off the main square if you want quiet.

Great hotel, very clean, great location and the best staff.

The position of the hotel is a great asset. The rooms are cute, even though our was a bit small. I loved the details though, the colors, the bath products and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely bar. Chilling, atmosphere nice and calm. Lovely wine cheeseboard truffle crisps.

My second stay at this lovely hotel. Staff, rooms, breakfast, location, all is super, super good. Can’t wait to be back, as true feeling is “home away from home”. Thank you!

In the square where the hotel is located there is a lot of atmosphere.
In the hotel restaurant you can eat and dine great, with good value for money.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. Small rooms and unfortunately the house keeping were late two days of four. 4 pm and the room was not made yet… after a long day walk. Too bad.

Gorgeous hotel located in a beautiful part of London. 1 minute from Sloane square underground. Rooms were small but very nice. You do need to watch The shins in the side of the beds. Bathrooms were nice and the shower was lovely and strong. Rooms have Nespresso machines in the which is a nice touch. The French Brasserie attached downstairs serves wonderful food for breakfast and dinner.

Small rooms, knock your shin off the bed small Very noisy at the front of the hotel at night given it’s right in the square. Not a great common area in the hotel. But great location and right beside the tube station.

The location was perfect and overall a good hotel. Safe and the right amenities for a few days in London for our honeymoon. Staff downstairs and on the phone were very polite. Upgraded our room and we had a great view. Small rooms, but that’s expected in London. We stayed in August and they were renovating the lobby, which was not an issue. We even bought the cute Teddy on our bed. Barista was not as friendly as staff. Pretty coffee/common room. The reason I have to give 3 stars is because the carpets were not very clean. In our room, there was a line of dirt/filth between the baseboard and carpet. It did not bother my husband, but I have severe allergies. Not sure if they have been replaced or thoroughly cleaned in some time. Still smelled of smoke in parts. I had to take Benadryl every time we were in the hotel. If the hotel updates its carpets, it would be an easy five stars. However, as an allergy suffer, it was very difficult to stay in.

Convenient location, good service. The rooms are small, but nicely decorated and kept up. Thick towels, a strong shower, nice sheets and pillows. Nice place to eat downstairs. I stay there every time I'm in London.

Beautiful hotel with refined decoration. I recommend the rooms with bow windows that overlook the square as well as the breakfast in the restaurant "Côté brasserie"

I found the hotel very dirty. Also reported to the management. Low quality breakfast.

Brilliant central location. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a superior room. It had fantastic views over Sloane Square. It's situated yards from Cadogan Hall. The noise pollution was fairly quiet. The reception happily and conveniently looked after my luggage after check out.

Nice Hotel with very kind staff. Love to stay there as some nice dinner venues around the corner. The rooms are relatively small but clean and nicely furnished.

Location is great. Near the tube station. You can get basically anywhere. Room quite even if there is a lot of traffic down in the square. Staff nice and helpful.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, great location and the night life was awesome. The hotel restaurant had a great choice of food and it was prepared great also. Overall a fantastic experience.

Great location, good quality room and super convenient with the sloane square tube. Service was reasonable although we had one issue with not receiving a parcel we had given notice to reception the day before we were to receive it but alas it was turned back. We managed to cancel the gift online but just expected it not to be an issue. Otherwise would be a 5 star review.

Nice hotel with (typical for London) small rooms. If you book with breakfast, you only get a rather limited "express" version (good quality, though). New fitness room with decent equipment.

Only been here a few hours and am very impressed by the location, room, amenities and staff, Roman on reception was more than helpful, we have been upgraded, Complimentary bottle of Prosecco and chocolates delivered to our room, loving our Friday and we have the whole weekend to spend here, thank you.

Hotel located in one of the most luxurious areas of London. Some of the rooms are real goodies. In General I found it clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and with a good standard atmosphere. To take into account absolutely.

Hotel is nice and area is great but a bit pricey for the rooms etc you get, some being very small over looking enclosed walls and vent shafts. Try to request a room overlooking the square.

Great location, 10 minute walk from Victoria Coach Station. Comfy bed, great shower and around the corner from the gig venue.

Nice comfortable hotel but beware of rooms for woman with vanity and no real office for work.

It's nice. It's the greenest station I know. And I don't mean it's got a small carbon footprint, I mean everything is a shade of green. It's like it a set location off The Matrix.

Interchanges — Circle/District line interchanges very simple as both lines run on the same tracks and platforms. Fun fact — It's worth stopping here, getting off and waiting for the next train if you're interested in the lost rivers of London. The pipe above the platforms contains the River Westbourne. I do it occasionally even now!

Nothing exceptional about this station. It's usually easier to get the tube here rather than Victoria if you have the option.

Was looking for a less expensive option than our favorite Haymarket Hotel. This place fit the bill. It is beautiful, clean, the staff were great. The rooms were much smaller, but it was still a very nice hotel. I highly suggest the supreme double for kids, that was a huge room. We ate just next door for breakfast and it was reasonable and great food. The one in the hotel is a set menu, and we didn't really need that much food. I love that it is just across the street from the tube and that it is right by the best shopping in London, Kings Rd! Beware of bar on the corner! Very chic, very pricy.

Just stayed one night at this well located hotel on Sloane Square. Decent service, pleasant staff and reasonable rooms in a nice neighbourhood. We were upgraded to a larger 'Club Room', which was very pleasant. The hotel is not necessarily what I'd describe as a Design hotel, although there were touches of clever and tongue in cheek decor about the place (the painting of the unmade bed by the lift in the lobby). But the Club room we had on the 4th floor (room 402) had the most gorgeous window seat looking out over Sloane Square. The bathroom was huge and had both a deep roll top bath (which easily fit two! ) and a shower, which could have been larger. They have a odd blue light in the shower and water pressure and temperature left a little to be desired, plus there is little storage in the bathroom, which is annoying given it's size. The bed was very comfy, the linens fresh and soft and the view, as I've mentioned was great. The service was discreet but helpful and turn down in the evenings brought us hot chocolate (although no kettle or milk to make it with) and a smile. We'll definitely go back if we need to be in the area again. Would be interested to know what their smaller rooms are like.

Had a small but very cosy single room — my favorit hotel in the area.

Pretty small rooms, you need to pay extra for the internet. The receptionist was trying to convince me to order diner from home delivery instead of Chelsea Brasserie which is downstairs, saying it would take too long, home delivery is only 40 mins. I placed my order at her, but then she did not tell me for quite some time that they did not have the food what I ordered. Chelsea Brasserie brought the dish I ordered in 20 mins or so.

Lots of options in London Victoria, London Westminster, London Big Ben! Very good place for a trip to london.
