This is a fantastic option for those who want the experience of their own apartment with the back up of a hotel. There is a concierge and room service if desired, but since apartments are a block away we only used room service twice in the week we were there. Location is amazing, apartment SO quiet. My only issue in the smaller two bedroom was lack of storage and closet space, particularly in the smaller bedroom. But all in all it was wonderful!
