Nice development overlooking battersea Park and the river.

Modern, beautiful residential area with little amenities inside and an amazing park nearby. Flats are very expensive and currently there is no nearby tube station.

Very nice area keeped very clean. Now has nice restaurants close by.

Not the room I saw on line. Stinky, smelly and not clean. Felt like I was sold something that was not real. Now I am asking for a full refund.

Really glad we booked this apartment. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our girls weekend in London. Very comfortable and modern.

Rendall & Rittner are a disgrace and have made Chelsea Bridge Wharf a very unpleasant place to live.

Great place. Big, nice, clean. Couldn't have been nicer for the price. Will go there again. The French guy at the office was super nice.

Very disappointed in the concierge service. My elderly mother and I were visiting relatives in London and staying in an Airbnb in the Warwick building. We asked they assist us in securing a taxi to go 15 minutes away to Earl's Court. The company they used charged $50 American (we had paid 11p for a similar distance the day before) and in my opinion it was obviously a scam between the front office and the taxi company. After that we just used Uber as they are much more trustworthy.

My family and I had a fabulous stay. We came up from the midlands and we're really late for a party, the receptionist was so kind and helpful and booked us a taxi as we were getting ready without us needing to ask, he was so lovely, really made it for us. The rooms were great quality and so conveniently placed, even have a safe place to park your car. Will definitely stay here again.

Don't stay here, had a bad experience in this place. The customer service is poor and they're no help at all.

Stay away from this apartments! I'd never stay here again and tell my friends to stay away from this apartment. Receptionist so rude I asked the lady if I can see the management he answered was I can't she said she's not even allowed to give their email! It's no way 5* service
and you'll be charged if you use anything in the apartment! So I'd tell my friends to stay away from this I don't want them to get robbed!

I would strongly recommend you avoid this car park. I parked there recently and had my bicycle stolen from the roof of my car at 8pm on a Saturday night (still daylight). The attendant clearly didn't notice the criminal walking in and out of the car park nor did he see the incident despite the fact that there was a CCTV camera pointing directly at my car! To top things off when I returned to the car park on the Sunday morning the security guard was fast asleep. The company replied saying that CCTV is not 'watched 24/7' and despite admitting that the security guard was fast asleep they will not admit negligence. You park here at your own risk. You have been warned!

Just had bike stolen from this car park. We were due to take part in the London to Brighton Charity Bike Ride. Security Guard was asleep. Unfortunately would not recommend using this car park.

We had bed bugs and got bitten.
The balcony door would not close which made it rain on the floor. Also chilly in the middle of winter. Loose holders in both bathrooms.
On top of this The management was rude and blamed us for the bed bugs. Will never, ever, recommend this apartment. They stay in business only because it is in Chelsea! Same problems we had are apparently going back as far as 2008 according to reviews. Which we unfortunately did not see until afterwards.

We travel a lot, seen a few fab apartments this time stayed in penthouse wow x beautiful, spacious, clean! Lovely views from bedrooms/dining/ loungeareas. Train station nearby, well serviced bus routes overall very ideal place if visiting cetral london and other attractions will be back.

The staff watch you like a bunch of 5 year olds. You cant book it for your bday… Has you can only have 3 extra visitors until 11. Any extra you will be charged and the police will be called. Neighbours complain of noise. So u can only whispher. The rooms are much smaller than they look. There are no balconies. You are better off booking an hotel room for the price they charge. Great if youre a couple that just need a posh space for the night. But very misleading. Not for a fun weekend with kids or20 olds.
