Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff are the best part of this hotel, they're great, from reception who smile at you every time you walk past, the bar and restaurant staff who looked after us and found the footy match we wanted to watch on TV to the breakfast team who were attentive and chatty and even arranged for chef to make me some freshly baked vanilla Danish pastries that were gorgeous! the lovely girl serving brekkie humming a tune while she worked, so nice to hear someone happy and cheerful in a morning, it brightened mine and thankyou for making our overnight stay to watch our son play footy a great one. The rooms are comfy and adequate but very hot and a bit tight on space, but OK for a one night stay. Very noisy with sirens etc due to the location near the city centre, which was to be expected… but the staff more than compensated for that! overall a great stay!

Tv was a problem. To change channels you have to unplug the TV then turn it on again. Never ever had that problem before. Staff good.

Hurts a little to recommend this hotel as the staff are genuinely lovely, the rooms are small but comfortable, clean and stylish. The bathrooms at any DoubleTree do the extra things to make it functional and well lit in small spaces. The hotel bar and restaurant are stylish and front of house staff are helpf but that is where it ends.
Travelling with my parents, I was horrified that a hotel bar and restaurant offered nothing for her to eat. They have made the menu easy to navigate by noting all allergens present with picture legend. The only offering was steak.
My mother was almost made to feel as if she were not normal by having this issue. It isn't just the allergy but the lack of ability for a Vegan to eat here. The unhelpful approach of the Chef and the general attitude of well sorry but thats all we can do.
Result we had to eat out both nights. As much as I love this little hotel I don't think I will be back.

Bit smelly the drains when you walked through hotel and air con. Didnt work im reviewing for a relative that stayed there but they managed to sort it.

Spent two nights here using my Etihad points. Receptionist friendly & helpful. Paid extra for breakfast. Which was very good staff again friendly. Great position for visiting friends. Room compact not much space but clean.

I really like this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had some issues with my reservation but they were more than happy to help out. Nice location which is close to an underground station (Ealing Common) as well as a small walk away from the Ealing Broadway Mall.

It is a nice hotel near Ealing Broadway. I can see this hotel would have appeal for people travelling to Heathrow or nearby areas. The downside of the hotel is that the room is very small. There is only shower cubicles and no space for a bathtub. The bed is double rather than king. I have stayed in 2 different layouts. I prefer rooms on the side of 01 to 16 numbers. To compensate the room size, there are coffee machines in the room. Which I think is a nice touch. Another good point is the the check-in time is 1400 (2pm) instead of most common 1500 (3pm). When I stayed there were several groups. So they are definitely busy.

Had business meetings here for two days. Staff very friendly and helpful. They were also flexible with timings and tried to bring out coffee whenever they could even if an impromptu break. Food is great and plenty of it. Cheap parking rates for conference package. Overall very satisfied.

Without doubt one of the best hotels I stayed during my time in London! A very comfortable place. Nice staff, near train access. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Double tree at Ealing is perched at the edge of central London while coming in from the airport. As is usual with all European hotels, there are no bell boys and one has to shift your own luggage. A big surprise specially for Asian visitors. The rooms are decent and small sized. The wash rooms are nice and clean as expected from a chain hotel. Alarms exist in the room as well as wash room. Staff are warm and I would stay here again if I was on a business trip.

Went here for Ramadan Iftar buffet today. The place is excellent and the ambience of the place is also great. The food selection was decent — about 20 dishes and tasted nice. Service from the staff is also good. Loved everything else. One thing to think about if you are vegetarian to just check if whatever you are taking is veg or non-veg because there are no name cards for the items placed.

Spotless Hotel! Cleanliness: Perfect. Welcome and check In: Perfect (fast, cordial and with a gift cookie for each visitor). Breakfast: Delicious! (All kinds of bread, muffins, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, jams, honey, butter, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, natural juices, etc. ) Location: good. I do not put 5 stars because it is located in Zone 3 of London (it is 50 minutes from Zone 1, although sometimes it took an hour and 20 minutes, and sometimes took less). Also the area is a very nice and safe residential neighborhood. The center of Ealing Broadway has everything, it is attractive and very quiet. I loved this hotel!

Would of been a 5 star if the food was a bit better and the conference room had a useful sized projector board. Saying that the parking was convenient and available, I slept well and the seating arrangements in the conference room (circular tables) were perfect for our event.

Score mainly for convenience and practicality. The parking is right outside and when booked there is always a space (unlike some other local hotels). The conference rooms have circular tables which suits us perfectly un like others locally that just provide basic chairs in rows without any tables. If I was to pick holes the food is bang on average.

Good location, close to the tube station. Nice lobby and staff. Good, big room for the conference. Did not stay overnight.

Excellent choice in London, although this little removed from the center there is a subway station 2 blocks away, the area very quiet around.

Stayed in a junior suite as an upgrade due to previous issue there on another stay. Nice room with super king bed and sofa. Breakfast good with ample choice of hot/cold items. Awesome automatic pancake maker! Parking isn't cheap at around £20/day. Ealing Common Underground station is only 400yds walk away.

Comfortable bed and sheets felt luxurious. Located away from the city and was a bit of a train ride everyday. Overall, was pleasant.

Brilliant service, good amneties and staff were very polite and helpful. We were offered a late checkout when staff saw me rushing around to get my bills and breakfast sorted which showed concern for customer well being. I would 100% book this place again. Gym was nice and clean and had good machines and car park was safe and secure but a little expensive.

I went there for a pom event and they had nice food and a great dj. Me and my friends had lots of fun and enjoyed ourselves as the night came to an end.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to this hotel for making our stay extra special. I booked this hotel for a getaway for my wife's birthday in late December (28th to 30th December 2017). I emailed the hotel ahead of our stay explaining it was my wife's birthday. They kindly acknowledged the email and there was a cake with a special birthday card waiting for us in our room, along with a few drinks vouchers for the bar downstairs. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were all kind and courteous and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. To make this stay extra special, the parking fee was waived which was a nice little surprise for us. All in all would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We booked our Christmas Day lunch there this week. It was absolutely fantastic. We were given a very warm welcome from the staff on arrival. The tables were beautifully decorated. There was a fancy hat, a cracker and a little party box. There was soup to start followed by cold meat or fish salad. This was all set out buffet style. The man in front of my husband, removed every prawn on the dish and all the smoked salmon had gone too by the time we had soup. It's the greedy human nature to assume that there will never be any more food ever, so prevalent on cruise ships too. The turkey was hot, served by a chef but sadly by 1.15 the vegetables set in hot serving dishes with roll top lids, were not that hot. The roast potatoes were not crisp and the Yorkshire puddings lukewarm and tough. However, we ploughed through as find this a common problem at carveries. The desserts were scrumptious and the husband found the cheeseboard excellent. Our adult daughter can't eat nuts and had eyes for the chocolate gateau. The maitre d went into the kitchen to check out the ingredients. Mince pies and coffee or tea followed. Prosecco and soft drinks were served on arrival, I forgot to mention. My husband enjoyed a very fine Rioja from the bar. We were very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff at all times. There were quite a few disabled people in the restaurant and the staff helped out in any way they could to help make it easier for these people, even bringing their servings to them.

Location was great. We had a work party. However the space allocates to us was very seperated. The bar never seemed to be running smoothly. Great venue. Food was not the best. Overall some things could of been better.

Food in the restaurant is VERY good! The staff are friendly and helpful! The rooms… very, very small. I couldn't even open the bathroom door all the way as it hit a wall. The bed is comfortable, and it has AC! I'd stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Room was a bit small but more than adequate for what we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but when a lot of guests in replenishment was on the slow side. Would stay there again.

I attended a professional event at the hotel. It could have been organized much better. There was no indication where exactly the event would take place and the receptionist didn't seem to have much clue about it. The building and the cafeteria was nice and clean though.

I enjoyed a lot my stay. I will definitely come back. Rooms are ok with a very comfortable bed. What is definitely a plus is the breakfast. Quite better than any other hotel in the area and I go to a few as I travel for business to Ealing. Will definitely return. I do hope they fix the Wi-Fi issue. It would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for that!

Handy location for a weekend in London. The room, whilst smaller than we have had here before, was comfortable and did the job we needed it for. A weekend in London for us is not about staying in the hotel but having somewhere clean, comfortable offering a nice breakfast where we can get into The city easily. Whilst this hotel pales when compared to the facilities etc at the Hilton Wembley the value for money cannot be sniffed at, especially as we got both nights covered by our Hilton Honours points and used the money saved to have dinner at the Savoy grill. A small issue with charging the breakfast twice to our room was swiftly sorted. One criticism, the warm cookies are always chic chip with nuts, please can you introduce a choice eg cinnamon and raisen for those who dislike, or have an allergy, to nuts in cookies!

I liked it so much because I felt like I'm inside a family especially of Valentina and Tommaso and David and Jiulio are really ragezzi full of will to work and hospitality.

I attended Double Tree as I had a family wedding. The staff were rally polite and helpful. The decor and food was great.

Room was nice and clean, but did smell a bit musty. Luckily I had a nice spray to help make it smell a bit nicer and opened the windows up. Had pizza for room service and was delicious, no complaints! If you're a light sleeper though, maybe bring ear plugs as people slamming their doors at night was quite loud. But can't really help that, more of a heads up than a complaint. Staff were very friendly, very helpful and the free cookie was a really nice touch.

Average quality ' continental ' rooms very small.

Booked a top secret last minute dot com 'Luxury 4 star hotel' breakfast included as a special treat for my daughter and I for 20th May — less luxury and more stress. In summary: Five stars to the staff at the restaurant and bar pm and am breakfast, as well as for an exceptionally clean room (albeit minuscule), zero stars for pm reception, however. This was the most stressful hotel visit for me ever, and I have travelled a lot all over the world. Reception could not find my booking (done 3days prior), however although I forwarded my email confirmation, we were not given a room until 40 mins and repeated requests later. This even though I had explained we only have an hour before setting off to see a play, and with my daughter in crutches running was not an option. Technical glitches are understandable, but I have no tolerance for unimaginative, rigid and not-that-friendly reception staff. We should have been given a room there and then, as I had given proof of payment, and sort out the details later. We could have had our drinks and sandwiches in the comfort of our room whilst getting changed. (Missed the first five mins of the play) Further upset at breakfast time when after giving our room number the staff come back saying it isn't included. But the girl seeing my upset, quickly sorted it out herself with the reception, which was fantastic as I probably would have burst into tears having to go through it all again!

Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. Nice interiors rather overlooked instead of the outside. It has a beautiful inner palestrina consisting of space weights and machines. Unfortunately, although it is a good solution for a stay in London given the proximity to the stop of Ealing you have to keep in mind that it is not really comfortable to reach the center (about 30 minutes by subway). Good service recommended.

A really good structure like every comfort worthy of a four star. The room is found to conform to what is present in the site, not very large but still very comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful, immediately ready to solve every need of the customer. The professionalism and friendliness was noticed immediately on our arrival that we were immediately pampered by offering treats and two bottles of water; I have shot many hotels but never did anyone cuddle us so well. I thank all the staff but in particular Sonia that with his kindness and helpfulness helped us to solve the problem of the taxi, thank you Sara that, also with his friendliness, served us a great breakfast and both Italian language made us Feel like at home. I conclude by saying that I will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to London.

Good standard Doubletree in Ealing. Location is around 20-30 mins taxi ride to central London but very conveniently located only 5 minutes from the last M4 junction which makes it very easily accessible by car. The standard rooms are quite small but for a break in London for a bed to sleep in is fine. Also used the hotel for work trips and has 2 underground stops within a few minutes walking distance. Also a good choice of restaurants in Ealing within a 10/15 minute walking.

Room was small but adequate, liked the fact it had proper coffee in the room. Breakfast was manic though and they couldn't cope. We had gone to see Coldplay at Wembley stadium. Good thing is the 24 hour bus (no 83), that runs opposite hotel to Wembley.

I usually stay at Holiday Inn, but Double Tree is my new favourite — great room, good good and a lovely welcome cookie. Staff know what they're doing and are very professional.

A standard example of the Hilton group's corporate/budget level chain. This Doubletree looks much nicer on the inside than it does from the street. The rooms are average with good firm beds. The corridors can be a bit hot, especially in the summer, and the air conditioning can be quite loud, but otherwise it's fine. The breakfast is typically overpriced for this type of hotel but slightly better than the average in terms of food options and quality.

The room the conference was located in was superb! Excellent faculties with plenty of space for 150+ people. Staff were very friendly and always available to help.

This is a very nice hotel, very close to a subway station. The room specifications are very small. Armed, shampoo, the plastic bottle was smashed in half. Allow me to put the clothes of the space is also a very narrow region. I know in London to this area, I can't have the luxury of a big house, but I'm not sure this price with this configuration.

  Wow, I don't know where to start. The hotels location is perfect, not in the busy centre but only 20 minutes away from it, so perfect to discover the city. Tube is only 2 mins away and there are a lot of shops, restaurants, cinemas, … just down the road. Right from the beginning we were treated so well, every single staff member was extremely friendly and everyone made big effort to ensure our wellbeing. Delicious cookies on arrival (and anytime you ask for one), smiles from every receptionist and waiter and the newly refurbished hotel itself made our stay perfect. The doublerooms were not the biggest, but decorated very beautiful and equipped with everything you could think of (Apple docking station, endlessly refilled Nespresso machine, BIG TV screen with Sky …). Restaurant and room service was delicious, great breakfast buffet with lovely DIY pancakes and the possibility to order your own fresh omelette. Dinner menu was awesome as well.   Special thanks to Jorge and Lucia at reception, who made check in and out very easy and helped us with every question we had, and to Gabi, Kishore, Miroslava and Sali in the restaurant, they served us with an extraordinary friendliness and brought us everything we asked for at once.   I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who wants to stay in London and will always come back!

This hotel is located I a business trip to the area. Staff quite helpful, Breakfast was also high standard. The bed was very comfortable. Because target didn't have it, I was assigned to live in a disabled room, whether physically fit or mobility impaired persons, this room is not okay. Take the stairs (Elevator) going a long way to go to reach the room, past several doors, the bathroom facilities are almost not enough beds around the space too small. I've put my comments communicated to the DoubleTree, and they said they would be communicated to the senior management. I love staying at the DoubleTree, it won't let me leave!

The my experience was staff are very friendly and go out of there way to accommodate and ensure one's stay is comfortable. The hotel is clean the food is four star rating although there could be a little me on the plate. the bedroom are small and comfortable a little tight in the bathroom yet manageable. Overall my stay was top class and I would recommend staying at the Hilton if you can get a good deal on the price. Regards Laurence.

Friendly staff, very clean throughout. Rooms small but very nicely decorated so size didn't matter as such. Ordered room service at dinner and the food was nice albeit a little expensive. Car parking is £13.50 although the sign at the entrance to the car park states £25… Something that almost made us park elsewhere. Very pleased overall.

Attended company meeting buffey meal there. Venue's location and facilities were very good. Staff helpfully and polite. Overall very good experience.

Standard Doubletree conveniently located between Heathrow AP and downtown London. Take the Piccadilly line from Ealing Common to get to downtown. To get to the airport change at Acton Town.

Stayed for one night when spending a weekend in London with my partner. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The en suite room was perfect. Very comfy bed with lovely Egyptian cotton bedding. Absolutely loved the fact there was a Nespresso machine! Would definitely stay again.

If you don't mind a little bit of walk, another nice option in west London on the District and Piccadilly lines. Breakfast nice and in a spacious area.

Only thing in this hotel you can't find is a management and customer service, similar hotels with the same reputation is a problem for Ealing, problem for London, and of course DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Ealing is a problem for the United Kingdom, similar bad hotel management demonstrate the worst business model of The British Businesses and it effect the tourism industry and it gives negative image for the country. I Hope that you will change your Customer service to start with, and focus not only how to make money, but focus how to create strong Branding image and make your customers happy as you must understand that once again we pay your BILL$, that is the minimum you need to have to operate as Hotel. "Customer Service".

Stayed here for 3 nights in 2012, the room was an adequate size but felt a bit dark. Bedding was ok and very convenient with a local Sainsburys, Nando's and tube station a two minute walk away. Staff were polite from what I can remember.

This hotel has been refurbished quite recently and it shows in everything about its interior. Friendly and courteous staff who were always helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient, yet not in the busy London areas. The room was perfect, clean, well equipped and the climate control system was efficient and easy to operate with. I am very impressed with what the Hilton brand have done to this hotel. I would recommend it to everyone.

We had been to this hotel before because its location is ideal for visiting our daughter nearby. We were happily surprised to find that they have made some improvements. The renovated interior decor was smart, modern and stylish. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The restaurant surroundings and the food was of the highest standard both for dinner and breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful stay we had.

I spent a few days here on the edge of 2012. Although the stuff was friendly and polite, rooms quality was at the average level. It was quite cold in the room, and the air conditioner didn't solve the issue. You won't find anything exceptional in the room as well. The breakfast is too expensive (15 pounds per person if you haven't prepaid it while booking the room) but still substantial. Anyway, the total price/quality rate is good enough for a hotel situated not so far away from the city centre.

Held a recent Social Media Training event here for a group of 10 people as the location was easy to get to by car and public transport. Throughout the day we were extremely impressed with the service. Everything was set up when we arrived and teas and coffees plus Lunch delivered on time. Really enjoyed the lunch! We will be booking again, thank you.
