Completely deceiving and unreliable! We went to the address given on the website and booking, only to find out there was no hotel there. After walking around aimlessly and asking several strangers, we came to realise we were supposed to call to arrange pick up (this was never communicated to us). After calling the number and after many attempts someone finally picked up, said they would send someone over right away, but then called again and said they would get to us in 30 mins to let us in. We had reservations for a show which we had to miss due to this and ended up losing the money for 4 tickets. They said we were to get an email to let them know when we arrived, but we only got it 10 mins after we spoke with them and complained about the lack of communication. Coincidence? The man who finally brought us to the apartment provided us with a Wi-Fi code, and said we could call him should we need anything. We were never able to connect to the Wi-Fi, and after texting and calling the man we were never able to get a hold of him or anyone else. I picked this hotel because we were all meant to be working remotely these days. We we're not able to do this and no one answered our calls to request this to be fixed. The guy that let us in said we could reach them for anything we needed, however throughout the whole trip, they didn't answer calls or text messages. We had many requests for them (including need of toiletries, toilet paper, trashcan, Wi-Fi, fitted sheet for the bed). Neither him nor the "hotel" offices picked up ALL Trip long. We didn't have enough toilet paper, towels or sheets. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. One creaked at any move and the other was so thin and wiry. It was also overused and tilted which couldn't be fixed. There were no blackout curtains on the windows, like hotels usually have. The elevator broke down and we had to take the stairs, which were a lot and a great inconvenience for one of our party members who is pregnant. Our calls to request a lower floor room were not answered. If I had wanted an apartment, I would've done Airbnb, which I can trust more than this service and provides basic utilities. This is definitely not worth the asking price!
