Fantastic service, friendly & helpful staff. The upgrade to penthouse was a once in a lifetime experience for us.

While quarantine is never going to be fun the staff here have made such a huge effort to make me feel at home. Regular calls to check up on me, the best cappuccinos, the best meals and just lovely. Thank you. While I cannot wait to have some freedom the stay here has been so lovely that we will be back 🤗💕

Just completed my 11 day hotel quarantine in the hotel. The food has been great and the staff have been lovely and accommodating.

I've just finished my 10day quarantine. The staff are absolutely amazing! Kitty welcomed us on day 1 and she was just a superstar over and above what u expect her to do. Barbara from reception made my days with little things that just got me thru the tough time alone. You 2 ladies are absolutely amazing! Food was great and definitely more than enough to eat. Security were fantastic. Francess always greets you with an amazing smile and Mudassir knows everyone by name. All in all you are super lucky if u get booked here. Already feels like I've had to leave friends behind while I go north but I hope we keep in touch as they are all just amazing people. Can't thank them enough. Don't think I would've made it if it wasnt for these staff members honestly.

The fact that the bar staff take a tip from your card without telling you and it’s only for drinks and they cost enough as it is, absolutely disgusting!

Nice Roms but very noisy conference rooms. Hotel located off typical tourist attractions. Hard to get to/from by foot.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel 9th Feb beautiful hotel lovely young man called lukka that greeted us when we checked in very helpful lovely manner and polite.
our room was beautiful lovely cosy bed and bed linen lovely bathroom.
breakfast was nice plenty on offer service I feel could have been better as when we arrived we were seated asked what drink we wanted one asked for coffee both got tea.
was not told about breakfast ie if we wanted a ommlet we had to order just felt that the young ladies could have made more contact with the customers and not the customer having to go to the staff and ask for some items that were not on the table.
these are minor moans but could make a difference just to ask if the breakfast was ok if more drinks were required the chef did come out and asked if we required any more food and if the food was satisfactory which was very nice.
overhaul it was a lovely stay and I would recommend thus hotel to family and friends well done.

I was at the hotel for an event. Its decor is highly ostentatious but I really can't fault a thing, from the staff to the toilets. The only downside is its location.

Fab hotel and we were upgraded to a suite! Really helpful guy on reception — three rooms, three T. Vs (one in the bathroom! ), a coffee machine, mini bar, steamer for clothes, fab decor and really close to the O2. Also a lovely lunch in the restaurant.

Fantastic and beautiful location. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel itself is exquisite. The rooms are stunningly decorated with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Edward, the virtual host, is a fantastic addition to the hotel’s services and has been incredibly helpful during our stay.

My daughter, son-in-law, husband & myself have just returned from a one night stay at this hotel. We were very pleased with the room & bathroom, very clean & comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location for attending a concert at the O2, costing around £20 in a taxi. Drinks from the bar are fairly expensive, but obviously London prices. We enjoyed a buffet style breakfast this morning, the food was good but not hot enough, perhaps because the plates are not heated, one of my pet hates. We had to ask for HP sauce also, a full English breakfast necessity, which possibly should be on display alongside the buffet. The staff were pleasant & courteous also, would definitely re-visit.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Friendly staff, great shuttle service that runs every 15 mins on weekdays to Canary Wharf (drops you outside HSBC). Rooms are massive. Views are spectacular as it overlooks the river. Breakfasts are the best part as the range of options is quite large and it is always prepared and brought with a smile.

Very clean modern and comfortable hotel. We loved our stay and used it as a base for a gig at the o2. If you're thinking of doing the same you should know that while it is close, like most hotels it's the other side of the river so you can't walk it. £20 taxi ride each way or 3 stops and a change on the underground.

Great hotel with very good facilities, especially for business travellers but also for tourists. Good afternoon tea as well. Quiet location compared to some other London hotels if you prefer that sort of thing. Service is top notch.

From the moment you enter the Hotel, you see a greater, who guides you to right desk. We sat down at Guest services and were greeted and checked in by a lovely guy called Adam. He was very friendly, very professional and explained the ins and outs clearly and precisely. We were offered a beverage but declined. The lobby is large, modern, fresh and clean. To the right of the entrance is the bar and restaurant, humorously named Scoff and Banter. The room itself was a business class room, large, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, maintained and had all the relevant amenities including a bath tub and separate shower. The room had a very nice TV, a large bed, robes, slippers, mini bar, nice view of the O2 and temperature controls, easy to operate. Breakfast both mornings, was a delight, I have included a picture from the terrace in the restaurant of the O2, which is a nice view in the mornings if you don't often see the O2 or are seeing it for the first-time. The staff were very helpful, very pleasant, always smiling, happy to have a chat, the food was hot, fresh, tasty and of a wide variety. You have to try the croissants as they are without a doubt some of the best I've ever eaten. Our experience at this hotel was tremendous and would recommend and return!

Stayed here to support daughter running marathon. Had her son with us on spare bed in our room. His mattress was so uncomfortable we had to call housekeeping which delayed his bedtime. Very nice lady came with large piece of foam which worked well. No hot water in shower in morning. Breakfast ok but to be honest prefer the ones we have had at Premier Inn! Very helpful with cooking something different for the runners previous evening. Would not rush back.

Restaurant really not good but superb hotel.

Lovely hotel central location to canary wharf and the o2. We stayed in a lovely room and visited the gym. There was a spa which will definitely use in the future. Staff were really attentive. Only downside was shower wasn't as powerful as my partner would have liked. But well worth a visit … yummy breakfast.

This was the second time at The Rasisson Blu Edwardian New Providence. A great location close enough to the city for the 2 nights we spent celebrating our friends 50th birthday. The special touch of a birthday cake and card in her room was a lovely surprise.
The staff at all levels were very polite and attentive to our needs, engaging in conversation on our day and what we had been up to.
The restaurant menu is to a classic choices of home comfort food — highly recommend the Mini Yorkshire pudding with horseradish mash potatoes & beef starters, shepherds pie and cheeseboard.
We are already planning our next visit later this year.

Lovely hotel though you must book in advance to get the best price. Always stay here when in Canary Wharf due to the fast shuttle and quick walk if you prefer the fresh air. Couldn't work out how to adjust the aircon in the room so was a little too warm for my liking but the food was excellent and staff were extremely courteous and polite.

Radisson Blu has always been a good stay for me whenever I visit any new country. The one in Edwardian New Province was no less. The staff was helpful as always and the ambience and decor were truly inviting. The rooms were better than a lot of other Radisson blus I've been to.

I been to the spa they have, and had a Mediterranean mud bath. Skin felt amazing at the end and they let me relax in the steam and sauna area at the end. I was well relaxed when I came out. Loved every bit of it!

Stayed at this fantastic hotel with my family and we all thought it was great! The highlight has to be the great service — all staff were friendly and very helpful at all times. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfasts are amazing. Was greeted at the door by friendly staff, check-in was quick, easy and painless. While I was checking in my 3 kids were given an apple each, then the concierge disappeared and appears a few minutes later with bags of sweets for the kids! Our room was fantastic — we did splash out for a 1 bedroom suite to give us a little more room, but it was even better than we thought it would be. And the breakfast was amazing — anything you could want, great quality, plenty available. All in all a great hotel.

Close to City Airport, nice, clean, friendly hotel, 25 minutes to the city but only 7 minutes to the cable car. The breakfast can be taken outside with a window behind glass. The menu choices at dinner are rather modest, but close by-6 mins drive — Steak — and grill restaurants (Good Man and BBQ grill at the Marriott). With a walk of 3 minutes you can reach an Italian pizzeria. I left the food. From the hotel room you have a view of the connected glass tower, 30 meters distant, which almost crushes you. The hotel rooms are large and pleasant. You can adjust the room temperature to the half degree and in all rooms there is a TV (also in the bathroom/WC) with bidet. Great hotel, we will be back.

Very good and well maintained hotel. Service 1a! Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast perfect, small but very good selection. The subway is 10min Walk, 15min to the city, the train ends at the tower. Nice view of the river from the rooms and the restaurant. We'll come back.

Came here for a boxing day drinks and was impressed by the cocktails in this place. Very helpful and attentive staff. The Espresso Martinis are excellent in here made by Zsolt. Very chilled atmosphere in this chic hotel.

I had the best time here on Saturday night with my Man and his Work friends celebrating a little bit of Christmas. The Staff were all fabulous & very friendly. The atmosphere was cheerful and festive decoration really made it feel like Christmas … our room was really big and I loved the Decore … Especially the Bathroon which was really up market in comparison to a few hotels I won’t mention. Tower hotel … I highly recommend the Staff here for being helpful and really going out of their way to make sure our stay was fabulous. However a small criticism, sorry. I do feel the Breakfast area could have been run more smoothly as tables were not ready, the breakfast pastries were minimal and the toasters were slow. The Frantic Waitress who welcomed us was clearly in a blind panic and needed to be more organised with setting tables up ready rather than sitting people at dirty tables with no Waitress or waiters ready. Other than this tiny issue I really loved staying here and definitely would again. 4Stars +

Stayed her last night before going to See Steps across the water at the O2, We wasn’t able to see the O2 arena from our room but when having a beautiful breakfast this morning we had a wonderful view from the hotels restaurant. Thankyou for a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day, would highly recommend, also have a free shuttle service to and from Canary Wharf station.

This is a very good place if you want to stay near Canary Wharf. But do remember, If you are for travelling depending on public transportation you should have a second thought as nearest DLR or underground is 12 minutes walk. And also this does not give the best amenities in the price, there are more good hotels in the city. But overall experience is good.

We went last month and didn't have the best of times, and were offered a complimentary Moroccan spa treatment on a subsequent day. Jandi the customer service advisor on the day at reception was very well mannered and accommodating. I had a nice, relaxing time with my girlfriend and will definitely be coming back.

Pretty classy looking hotel by the river. Our room didn't have a view of the river even at £160 for one night without breakfast. Online booking gave us a double instead of the requested twin. Quickly and efficiently sorted. Staff in lobby very helpful. Ordered a taxi which was very quick and surprisingly inexpensive. Room spotlessly clean and really comfy bed. Lovely rainshower and full-size bath. Weird having the wardrobe in the bathroom. Iron and trouser press in room. No mini toiletries but a very nice range of large bottles secured to wall. Can't open the window but efficient air con. Tchibo coffee. My personal favourite. Was a welcome surprise. Overall very pleasant experience.

Great hotel! We had a great stay there last night. We ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, with a good view of the O2 before heading off there in the evening to see Micky Flanagan. The hotel arranged a taxi for us via their in house virtual butler, Edward. The room was really lovely, bed was amazingly comfortable and even the pillows (which I normally struggle with in hotels) were really comfy. The bathroom was spotless and had the bonus of a full size bath and walk in shower. Lots of thoughtful extras in the bathroom too. Breakfast this morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had! The choice was really good and varied. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely hotel. Great, friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant for both evening meal and breakfast was really nice and reasonably priced and the view over the Thames and O2 was really nice while dining. Rooms were nicely decorated and with good facilities. The spa was a lovely addition as was the free shuttle service too and from Canary Wharf. Would definitely stay again.

Reasonable location in relation to ExCeL bring only 2 DLR stood away. Hotel was as expected with a particularly good breakfast but the rooms were very warm even with air con on and I didn't sleep well. A collage mentioned the fitness centre hadn't been cleaned when he visited it first thing in the morning.

This review is for the restaurant only not the hotel. The food was very unimpressive and the staff seemed seriously clueless. The views are great at least.

Amazing location and wonderful view. I had a impressive experience with my friend to have dinner at the ground floor.

Went only for lunch using a voucher I had received as a gift. Well welcomed, was allowed to park my car literally by the door. The food was good quality and the service very good as well. Would give 5 stars if the menu they have for the vouchers was a bit bigger, it only had 3 options.

Great service, I was here whilst working in canary wharf and they have a shuttle bus which was useful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Will stay here again definitely.

It's a nice place with a good view but the service is lacking. When moving in the room wasn't cleaned properly and we had to clean the room ourselves. Also we were misled with regards to the pool and gym. We were led to believe that the pool and gym would be accessible to us however it is only available to full time residents.

Nicely appointed rooms, great beds, enough outlets, bathroom has heated towels. Room service food is good although they'll only cook a burger to well done. Spa is a great place to relax after flying in (a pool is lacking though).

This truly is a 5 star hotel. Nice room. Nice view to Thames from my room (room no. X26) and the breakfast area. DLR station nearby. Close to ExCeL.

Enjoyed Queen of Hearts afternoon tea today for my daughters 12th Birthday, the service was outstanding, view stunning, restaurant excellent. Will return.

The venue was on the small side catering for about a 100 guests, but did look great! Professional mic system to speak to your audience/guests and well kept bathrooms and on site security. The hotel itself looks amazing and the guest rooms are 5*. The entrance is grand and spacious and easy to access for wheelchair users. My only concern was parking is restricted and the side streets get super packed.

Stayed in a superior room, the room wasn't perfectly clean, small marks on the leather at the sides of the bed. Could only see the river and O2 if you stuck your head out the window so I assume the more expensive rooms are at the waterfront. Was woken early by room service which was a nuisance, might be worth leaving the do not disturb light on. Overall the staff we very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The rooms are great. I'd have liked a better view though. I could only see the building next door, but I know that they do have rooms overlooking the Thames, which would be great! Service was exceptional, as expected. Food and drink prices were reasonable, although I didn't eat so can't comment on quality.

Scoff and Banter for a large group dinner. Food quality good. Service was OK but if they had been quicker off the mark with a bread order, we would have ordered more. However, if the pre-ordered courses hadn't arrived so quickly, they would have made a killing on the associated. As it was we had over an hour to kill before pre-booked taxis arrived so we walked to the Gun…

Wonderful beautiful hotel. I can see why it's rated one of the best hotels in London. The service was top notch. Food was amazing. There isn't the biggest range of food in the breakfast buffet but what there is is very very nice. The free shuttle service to and from canary wharf is extremely handy. The rooms are of the highest quality. The beds are extremely comfortable. This is something most hotels get wrong. The TV service is also very good. Huge range of channels including sports. On demand services are also there such as BBC Iplayer, itv player. It also allows you to connect your USB stick if you have your own media. The bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower too. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either East India station or blackwall. I don't have a single complaint and I really look forward to staying here again and making use of the spa facilities.

Expensive breakfast, cold coffee, we asked for a pitcher, their response was lukewarm or cold room. If you change a room, can be comfortable on it. Is building across from 7 in the morning wake workers. Never want to stay this hotel again. After check in, staff was very kind, but also to charge an additional £ 14 m for the parking fee. Without the bag into the room. Outside the hotel without showing the internal service is like.

Couldn't have been better looked after at this hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the tube stations but once you're there its a beautiful and smart looking building with a pristine and modernised foyer. The staff are friendly but professional upon arrival offering water whilst you check in. Once checked in we learnt that they had given us a complimentary upgrade because it was my birthday which was a very pleasant surprise. Just shows how much effort the staff of the hotel put in to customer satisfaction. The room was beautiful andbwhukst we only had partial river views we were told that views from other rooms were fantastic. The staff had left us a birthday cake in the room along with access to all your information about the stay via the large television in the room. Facilities here were perfect and the bar and restaurant were superb. We will definitely be returning to other Radisson Blu hotels simply based on how much we enjoyed staying at this one.

Got a room on advanced booking for 80GBP and well impressed with the room, nice welcome from the staff and good proximity to transport. Would book here again.

We booked a twin room. However, they lost our reservation and then gave us the smallest single room. They did not refund our pre-paid reservation. They brought a small extra bed 4 hours later since I arrived. Terrible experience, ever. While wait for this, We arrived at the hotel before 9pm; Bed arrived 1am Cannot still understand. London has tons of hotels, I will never pick this one again.

Great hotel. The staff really make it special — we have been looked after very well and I really recommend staying here. It's slightly off the radar as it's not quite close to DLR etc but the nearest station is a few minutes walk away. However, that aside lovely location by the river overlooking the O2.

Great location for working at wharf with reasonable prices to match. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and patient, and bar prices not utterly crazy. Didn't eat here but food menu looked good.

A wonderful hotel all the staff team were so helpful they made us feel welcome nothing was to much trouble. We would recommend this hotel highly it was good value for money the rooms had everything you would need. The conservatory area where we had breakfast was super with great views of the Thames the breakfast menu had everything u would want to all the staff from the reception to the spa a big big thank you and we will be back.

Beautifully designed and next to open water, this is a quick cab drive away from Canary wharf. The rooms look good, and I mean good, with lovely large bed, a huge desk for working and a double ended bath and rainforest shower. But looks aren't everything as we found. This is being a bit picky, but we found the room lacked some basics. Like somewhere to store your clothes (there were hangers, but in the bathroom! ), a DVD player (it was advertised as in room entertainment, surely they don't just mean the TV), and biscuits with the teaand coffee. And for such a lovely bath, there was no accompanying bath foam. Just one large pot of not so great shower gel. And once you're here, you're here, in the middle of nowhere. You can't just pop out to Lush and get a bath bomb! The reception is gorgeous though, and on a sunny day the whole place looks, well, beautiful.

This experience was the most amazing stay at a hotel in London. The surroundings were so fantastic the we forgot that we were situated in London. As we stayed at the hotel as a family the surrounding were ideal for us to take memorable family pictures, the ones which we shall cherish for life. The facilities left us speechless, as we normally don't pay attention to them, but this time we did. Thanks go to Raheem Tibba who took his time to show us around and showed everything. His service showed his attention to detail about the hotel, helping us to recognise and appreciate the true quality of the hotel. The food was absolutely perfect with the surrounding view and helpful staff, we look forward to dining there again. We have already pencilled in another visit but this time much longer so we can maximise the package, which we thoroughly look forward to. Raheem and the rest of the staff we thank you for making this stay such a memorable one, well done.
