Nice rooms of a reasonable size. No parking available which made it tricky. We parked at a local shopping centre for our three day stay…

A nice clean hotel room. Not huge but everything you could ask for. Didn't have breakfast as I was out early so can't comment on that. Everything else spot on.

A great find stayed 3 night. Good location, room had everything we needed. Very comfortable and quiet even through it was on the main thoroughfare. A few minutes walk from Stratford bus and rail station. Fabulous buffet breakfast Good value hotel.

Very nice and clean Hotel. The staff is nice and helpful and there is also someone who knows the Italian. The only flaw is the weather, which in my room did not work very well. We can't get him to do cold air.

The staff were very nice and willing to help, but the conditions of the rooms are terrible, there is constant noise of some kind of engine at the courtyard side, the air conditioning and heating is centralized and it was incredibly hot in the room, with no chance to modify the temperature, the duvet was very thick and they didn't have any other type of sheets, the matress was very hard, as well as the pillows. The curtains block quite well the sunlight, but I do not recommend this place if you need a place to get good rest and sleep well.

At arriving at the hotel, I experienced instant suffacation due to the heat of the place. I literally thought I landed in Dubai airport. In addition, the walls are very thin, and whilst trying to sleep, I hear constant moaning and screaming from both sides of the room. I assume there was serious orgies taking place. And most important of all. The petite Bengali looking girl at the reception has the hots for me. Which was a serious sin. I tried shaking her hand but due to the tenderness of the hand I nearly snapped it. Anyway this place is great one night stands. But anything above one night go to four seasons hotel. Park Lane.

If you need a cheap hotel, then ibis London Stratford is perfect. Very easy to get to so close to Westfield and stations.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, well connected, a great breakfast buffet and a very attentive staff. Recommended.

I was there for the second time after a year. In 20 minutes you will arrive in central London. Room not immense as greatness but with all the facilities in its place and staff very cordial. Good breakfast with a large assortment of food.

Much cheaper hotel given very short time to get into Liverpool Street or into central London via the central line. Generally seems to be in a slight state of disrepair (nothing too bad but noticeable). Breakfast is limited.

We just had drinks at the bar. The chair were too hard and not comfortable to be relaxing enough so we moved to the sofa next the reception / free guest computer available / entrance which was great. Allowing us to relax and stay overtime and consumming more drinks. The sofa would not have been there we would have just drink 1 glass. Employees were bored. Drinks were ok and price as standard. We didn't visit rooms or stay overnight so cannot described the check-in/out process; rooms aspect and breakfast.

Competitive price, clean and modern rooms. Comfortable and, everything works. Even an automatic shoe polisher! Breakfast, top drawer!

Always a great place for a low key meeting. Ambience was great. Definitely well worth it too.

Simple, clean, two shopping malls nearby; You can reach the center of London via the Metro, close to the hotel, here I experienced a nice experience.

If you are looking for a decent hotel for a first stay, a place 20 minutes from central London, then this hotel is not bad. The Morrison store just next door for shopping, the Stratford Metro is 10 minutes walk (cut by the Perit shopping centre right in front of the train station to reach the hotel). Comfortable bedding.
For a more comfortable experience for a short time (3 days), avoid: Bathroom too small, the 20 minites can make you waste time, the reception that does not speak French, for a Ibis is still a pity…
For backpacker It is enough, for comfort on a few days put 70 euros more.

Rooms are small but clean. The breakfast is great — definitely didn't feel like a budget breakfast. In all, very good for the price (business trip)

One of the best hotel in Stratford area of london. Very nearly to theatre and stadium. Stratford station is on walking distance. Here is complimentary breakfast available for all guests. Food quality is the best. Rooms are specious and cleanly maintain. But Rates are high.

Very modern, smart rooms. Decent sized bathroom, extremely comfortable bed. Location was OK, easily accessed by walking through Stratford centre from the station. Few pubs around. Overall very good experience.

Good location. Clean room. Good customers service. If you book in advance you can get a good rate. Be aware that if your room is facing the road, could be quite noisy.

I am a hotel consultant and while I am a proponent of revenue management I was absolutely disgusted to find out that a standard room during the World Travel Mart would be quoted as over 200 Euros a night for a three star hotel at best. I have been to the hotel and it is anything but luxurious, to be true, it seems more like a youth hostel and to ask for a rate of over 200 Euros night is plane and simple rate gouging. Shame on you and your management IBIS.

Noisy on both sides, either due to proximity to Morrison's or due to road traffic. Rooms don't have a proper wardrobe. Beds decent, breakfast buffet very good. Close to the consumerist hellhole that is Stratford/Westfield. No on site parking! Westfield car park is cheapest.

Absolutely fantastic! Clean, modern, excellent staff, Internet was very reliable and would happily visit again. I found we were within a 15 minute walk of the well equipped Westfield site too. Great weekend!

Stayed for 2 nights, during the World Para Athletics Championships. Hotel was within 15 mins walk of the Stadium. On arrival the Staff were friendly and helpful checking us in. The room was clean and adequate for our visit. Tea coffee and bottled water was all provided, although it was a little light on replenishment for the second day and no further bottled water. Breakfast was a mixture of hot and continental, certainly plenty availability. Overall ideal for a short term stop where you don't plan on spending too much time in your room.

We arrived quite late and just wanted to get to the room and sleep. The receptionist made this very easy and we had our room within 2 minutes! The beds were comfy and warm, And best of all with a kettle in the room you cabwake up to a nice cup of coffee or tea depending on your tastes.

Very comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and the shower is really big. The staff are lovely and really attentive. Only negative: The fire alarm that sounds every night! For nothing but sound, and several times more, the 5 nights we stayed. This is really disturbing!

Been here three times for work related stuff. Staff are friendly and the rooms are always clean and tidy.

Not a fancy hotel, but nice staff, clean & functional rooms, near several stores and some bars. If you are exigent an want elegance and style, ibis is not for you. But if you want to sleep well, have a safe and helpful place, Lot of people on the neighborhood, so take care walking late.

The service was great, rooms pretty spacious and well maintained, good quality of food. Had a small problem, as we warent told breakfast is not included in hotels price. Otherwise a very neat place. Big minus is no smoking areas.

It was ok. Bigger room than the last ibis we slept in. Be aware NO Parking — you have to use public carpark down the road.

Ottimo hotel, personale gentile e disponibile, camere senza nessuna pretesa ma pulite e confortevoli. La stazione della metro si trova a 5 minuti a piedi e da li si raggiunge il centro in 15/20 minuti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono due centri commerciali per ogni evenienza.

Roooms are neat and clean. But it just like an travel lodge. No food service. There is a bar downstairs and very few snaks items. If you want full course meal then you need to go out.

Cheaper than the average city, but the service was pretty poor for the cost: standard room with plastic baths, staff not particularly friendly. Though good and convenient location.

Decent option for the area. Buffet breakfast and relax lounge. Comfy beds. Could do better on whisky selection.

Nice hotel for the price. Clean and basic stuff you need. It is in area 3, so around 40 minutes from city center but really convenient to take the bus to Stansted airport if you are flying with Ryanair.

Clean rooms helpful staff, large shower. Advisable. At 5 minutes from Stratford, very convenient arriving Stansted airport bus x 40 minutes and stops at a few minutes from the HOTEL.

I booked two rooms, one for my disabled daughter, who is an adult, somefolk have complaind this hotel is noisey, but this is London, what do they expect, we had no trouble in sleeping, it was clean, the beds were briliant, the food down stairs was good but most of all " The Staff " were so nice, nothing was too much trouble for them. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed for one night and payed 99 euros the next day we would like to stay another night but suddenly they asked 150, — euro's that's a total ripoff. They are criminals they take advantage of there guests that want to spend a extra night in the same hotel. IBIS In Stratford is not Oke.

We stopped here for a single night to see a theatre show. It was ok, the service was pleasant enough and checking in was efficient. It was quite easy to find and was convenient to Stratford Shopping Centres. The room was quite tired looking, the paint was chipping and bubbling in places. The bathroom wasn't super clean either. The bed was comfortable and despite being on the main road, it was quiet at night. We didn't eat any food during the stay. This hotel is ok for a night, but probably not anymore.

Customer service could be a bit better, because when I called I was told early check-in is available. When I arrived, they said it isn't (but gave me a room after like 15 minutes, so no big deal). Hallways are a bit rubbish. It smells and ventilation is poor but the rooms. Rooms are sweet and cosy. If you're planning a stay here for a night or two, it's perfect.

Although the bathroom wasn't big it was still comfortable and clean. The bedroom was lovely and spacious and well lit if you needed the lights. The TV entertainment was standard and the little refreshments where nice although I do with there was more. The staff were amazing when I was locked out they were more than welcome to aid me and also when my phone ran out they were more than happy to provide me with a charger and FREE refreshments while I waited. Breakfast was lovely and healthy I highly recommend this place it's just lovely.
