Nice spot stopped for a few drinks and a bite to eat very nice, friendly welcoming staff!

All round — GOOD — hotel and staff — highly recommended!

Stayed here this week, it’s not my ‘normal’ choice but it’s probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed, super comfy bed, extremely clean venue, great views, breakfast was tasty, good coffee, bedding was crisp & like sleeping under a cloud — towels that actually fitted me rather than feeling like I was drying myself with a hand towel 🙌🏼😂 Staff are so friendly and helpful. Because of decor I Felt like I was in IKEA having a sleepover 😂 I was little shocked that room / bathroom was small but it was all we actually needed. No hair dryer or TV but I’d definitely come back.

Every booking pays for a child in Guatemala go to school for a week. Convenient for Excel London and the cable car. View of the dock from my window with swans and geese flying overhead. No TV but you can borrow an iPad and the Wi-Fi is good if you can’t bear the quiet😉 I had a large room this time — most are smaller but quiet adequate en suites.

Had he pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, the atmosphere was super chilled, the decor beautiful & the staff (especially the night manager! ) were amazing, so helpful! I will be back soon to book the penthouse! 🙏

Great location to the Excel Expo centre, on the water. Amazing views with water sports outside. Roof Top Bar. Modular rooms a tad on the small size. The Hotel gives back to locals. Great ethos!

The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. I took my partner here for his birthday & whilst we was out a member of the team put balloons in our room & left a lovely birthday message. The view was amazing & the bed was so comfortable. The decor around the hotel was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This hotel was so nice, the rooms weren’t that spacious though! Ideal for a one nice stay! Got rather warm and had air con on, which seemed to go off! Would have been nice to have opened the window a little to let some fresh air in, considering current situations! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the swing at the entrance. Felt like I was on a boat looking out on the morning. Overall I loved my stay and the bed was comfy.

We had a lovely stay here at the Good Hotel on Friday night. We went to the O2 to a concert and the location was just fantastic. The staff were very lovely, especially the night staff that night, who couldnt do enough for us. We thought the hotel was very modern with a real nice communal feel. We had a small issue with the hot water the following morning — but the staff have more than made up for that. The breakfast was more than enough too :) we will definitely be staying again. Thanks guys.

Quirky but nice. Small room but very comfortable bed duvet and pillows. Great view from our side of the barge.

A great ambience. Different areas to sit with a choice of squashy sofas or at a table. I liked the big swing. Good house wine and friendly staff.

Great business ethos. Check in was quick, very friendly staff. Room was immaculate, the only "criticism" is that there are no sockets at desktop level so boiling a kettle requires you you scramble underneath for a floor level socket. A minor issue. Enjoyable rooftop bar and terrace. Close to DLR and Emirates Airline so convenient for O2.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to, dirty, unhelpful staff, rooms tiny, 2 single beds… meant to be a double room, full bed of spiders, air con doesn’t work and can’t open windows, very hot and stuffy, less than 1 star from me!

I thought the concept was great — such a hip space, ideal for a short stay. The staff were great, bed very comfortable, everything was clean, it was brilliantly priced and breakfast (overlooking the water) was lovely. I was extremely pleased to have chosen such a quirky, creative space! There were a couple of small niggles (the loo didn’t flush very well and next doors plumbing was quite noisy, quite late) but for the price, it was superb. I’m recommending it to everyone and would very happily stay again.

Wait for food is ridiculous and they never pick up while your waiting! Waited hour and half for food.

Wow! That was my reaction when the taxi dropped us off! Fabulous service; loved being able to leave our luggage and enjoy the rooftop bar while waiting for our room, as we arrived a little early. Wonderful compact, but well-designed room, with the sweetest little welcome gift of a worry doll on each pillow (this little guy got to hear all about the Queen and Adam Lambert gig we went to, rather than our worries! ). Made an exceptionally pleasant change to have air con in the room, that a) worked, and b) was easy to use — don't often get that. Which meant we had a very comfortable stay and slept well, despite the crazy hot weather. 100% recommend to everyone.

Great food for take away, but some times on big orders may forget an item other wise verg good.

I loved it with special chow mien plus spicy chicken.

Stayed there for one night for work and it was perfect in every way, quite apart from being exactly where I needed to be and the cheapest option to boot.
The room was compact but had everything I needed — comfortable bed, desk to work at and a great view straight out onto the docks, with all the lights twinkling the other side — beautiful! The lounge bar area is a great place to be — lots of sofas and tables — sociable but also cosy — and a lovely atmosphere with the same great views over to the cable car and the O2. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, there are local craft beers. The staff are all extremely friendly, and the service spot on.
I love the ethos and story behind this place, and what it is doing for the local community.
Can’t wait to come back with the rest of the family.

What amazing food. Best chinese take away ever. Excellent customer service. Best friend prawns. All my friends that order from here end up ordering again and again. Will highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had a very nice triple room overlooking the dock and the staff were incredibly pleasant. The only reason I've knocked off a star is because our room wasn't ready even after 3pm, when we did get into it, it wasn't prepared for three guests (only 2 cups, not enough pillows) the bathroom floor was a little dirty and there wasn't any loo roll. Oh — the light fittings are super low, at one point I was wearing it like a hat. Aside from that it's a lovely spot on the water, the decor is chic and it's good value for money for London. Thank you.

Great restaurant loved by my whole family. I love the duck fried rice. My husband says the Singapore fried rice is good. The sweet and sour sauce isn't as amazing as oriental in hackney but it gets a 7/10! The kids love the frackers! Oh and the staff are cool.

I wanted to give this 0 stars it was discusting I never ate it this is the 3rd bad experience with good friends Chinese.

Terrible, ordered food and was told the wait for the delivery would be 30 — 45 mins. You know what. It never came. I understand it was a Saturday but how you leave a customer waiting for food. To make matters worse, phone line was engaged. Seriously people I've bought from these twice, food is good but delivery service is poor!

I always come back there time and time again.

Best chinese in east London! Roast Duck chow main in bbq sauce just smashing.

Jus received my order and the food seemed like it was half cooked and it felt like the chicken was still alive had to chase the chicken to eat it and for sauce was lumpy and cold food not very happy.
