Small but cozy and. Isolated from the crowds and has all the normal comforts. Water faucets and shower pipes vibrate the whole wall in some rooms!

Staff are very friendly & helpful — especially Elaine! The rooms are small. The breakfast/lounge is so relaxing & zen. Great location — walking distance from South Kensington station. Close to sloan square & duke of wellington. Great restaurants & shopping. All the museums walking nearby. However, it is definitely very pricey. I would say over priced.

They are doing a bunch of construction in the building! I had no idea when I booked my room. This hotel wasn't a relaxing place due to the noise. Highly suggest you stay at a different hotel for a more enjoyable stay in Chelsea! The rooms are clean but construction will destroy your sleep and stay. I told the mangers about it and asked for a refund for one of the nights because It got so bad the noise. They offered me 20% for the next time I visit Chelsea. That is not good customer service. They should have been upfront and stated that construction is going on before I spent 600-800 pounds to stay at a noisy hotel on my birthday weekend. I left a day earlier then check out. Also, the food is awful. I stayed at other hotels and the food was high quality and 24/7 especially when your jetlag and there is a huge difference in time zones. Overall, this was not a chic hotel. Its just decent rooms and clean beds.

All right hotel with a good location. Friendly desk staff. We got a free upgrade, which was nice, though we had a terrible leak that was apparently difficult to repair. Breakfast staff were a bit cold.

Really expensive. The room was nothing good. The funicher was taty & not good quality. They a not wheelchair friendly. Would not go back.

Very well located and fairly priced hotel in the heart of Chelsea between Kings Road and Harrods. The double beds are very small.

We booked a "superior" double room at My Chelsea which we paid £179 for including breakfast. The room turned out to be tiny with a 1.2 meter wide bed. The bathroom looked nice but the huge shower head was pointless as there was no water pressure. The kettle was dirty and when I tried to ask for another one I found that the phone didn't work. After complaining about this and returning to our room I then found out that the TV didn't work either. The hotel didn't have another room for us and refused any kind of compensation. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive at £15 per head for a very basic continental breakfast. Everyone who came down that morning to breakfast seemed to have a complaint about something. Very disappointing, overpriced hotel.

Walking distance, about 7 minutes, from the South Kensington station. Pleasant & professional staffs. Very clean room with full size bed, amenities, safe, mini bar & fridge. Bath robe & slippers were a plus. Would definitely stay again.

A darling hotel, comfortable and warm. The staff must have superb management because every hotel member that we encountered was kind and gracious. Surprised at how much we loved it.

We didn't have a good start and it didn't get really much better. We arrived in the middle of construction works at the entrance and the restaurant and had to enter at the side, where we were ignored fir a while, possibly because we dressed in "Berlin-casual" which must have raised the impression we were homeless people when compared to the other guests who wore only the finest garments. The receptionist then had trouble finding the booked position in the system and confirming that the stay was already been paid for. I was asked to sign a receipt later since the printer was broken. The next day we were told, breakfast was not included and my card would be charged with it. I had to present the receipt by my travel agency to prove that the booking clearly said "bed & breakfast. " For the rest of the visit I asked myself, what else went wring with the booking. On the positive side: The room was clean, tidy, tasteful and simple. Shades or a curtain in the restroom would have provided some privacy, but maybe the British like to be watched while on the toilet, who knows? Lightbulb of the left bedside lamp was broken, and subtitles of the TV could not be switched off. Didn't bother to call the front desk due to the unpleasant experience earlier. When checking out, we were not asked if their were any issues, if we enjoyed our stay or even thanked for our visit. That's why I voice my opinion here, and not at the front desk of the hotel.

The room was a little small, but very clean and updated. The staff was so friendly, this is the best part of the hotel. Great location, it was close to the best tourist attractions.

Great location. So eco and healthy in everything they do from toiletries to food choices. Nice breakfast and delicious coffee. Great hotel and room design. Very helpful and friendly staff. They're currently renovating so I expect that it will become even better.

This room was a suprise for my because my boyfriend proposed during our stay. The room is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is great only a small walk away from Chelsea restaurants. The only small down side is the items on the standard provided tray are chargeable and we assumed only items in the mini fridge would be charged. This could be made clearer. Other than that fantastic stay and the best sleep ever.

The My Chelsea hotel experience for us was a little bit like Jekyll & Hyde, either really good, or really bad. We arrived at the hotel at around 3.30, checked in and were told our room was not ready. While we waited a number of other people checked in and were given their rooms. As we booked through Priceline (which we generally do when we have not been to an area before) we were perhaps predisposed to 'expect' to be treated as a second class guest, but this has no happened before the MyChelsea and we have gone back to many hotels at regular rack rate on subsequent visits to the area so it is not something we had come to expect any more. Anyway, we got a room eventually. Their description was cosy, I can honestly say I have never seen such a small room. We could not stay in this room and would have moved to another hotel and treated this as a priceline experience, but my wife called reception and they agreed an upgrade for a reasonable sum to a suite. It was chalk and cheese, you could fit thee first room in the bathroom of the suite, which also had a sauna, jacuzzi, rainfall shower. There was a kitchen, huge bed, large flat screen TV with sky (genuine sky with a sky box), an Apple Mac computer, Bose stereo, the list goes on. Call room service for some ice and it was really quick and as we came and left the hotel it seemed like there was a staff member at every door to open it for us. I could be picky about a few small things but I'm not going to, it was fabulous.

Cosy little room, comfortable bed, strong shower and very friendly staff. They managed to accommodate us even though we arrived very early in the morning.

MyHotel Chelsea was a complete disappointment. My wife and I stayed here during our long layover in London because of the high reviews. When we arrived at the hotel at around 430 we were told the room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait another hour because of a late check out. Upon finally getting to the room it was tiny, even by European standards, there was barely enough room for us and our luggage. Upon entering the room the A/C didn't work and the TV wouldn't turn on, so I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone cord came out of the handset. After finally talking to the front desk they came up and got the TV to work, but the AC remained broken for our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody as there are a ton of similarly priced options in London.

Excellent hotel in a very good location for those wishing to spend a few days in a typical London suburb. Remarkable the proximity to the station of had. Comfortable hotel with good service.
