Lovely large bedroom with decent sized bathroom, both immaculate. Hotel was back from the high street so was quite quiet, although one morning was awoken by bins being removed, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed my stay and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Although rooms are small but everything you need is ready, and there are lots of shops and supermarket nearby that you can have all sort of things you want, restaurant down stairs provides very good food. But if there are parties, it is a bit noisy.

The staff were friendly and helpful at the Savoro. And the food at The restaurant was nice. Onto our family room, it was clean and tidy and the Furniture was a little dated. Unfortunately this was not the worst thing about the room. The mattresses on all the beds are of a low quality and are very soft. You can feal each individual spring and its location within the mattress. This led to myself and my family not having a very good night's sleep. There is not a fan in the bathroom as a result of this there is mold growing above the shower. I would go back for food. But I wouldn't stay there again.

Just changed their menu. I was a little put out but actually not a problem as the food was excellent. As always.

Food was not hot. My sister ordererd steak. It wasn't cooked as requested, when it was sent back it was burnt and chewy. Portion size was tiny. I ordered ravioli and only had 3 pieces in my dish. I left hungry.

This visit was really disappointing. We'd been looking forward to it, because it has been difficult to get in to. But what a let down this time. It started poor and then went downhill. The requested olive oil never arrived (I don't eat much butter anymore) The food was full of problems and the service wasn't great. The liver parfait tasted mostly of peppercorns, and the accompanying pickled mushrooms tasted of pickle, not mushroom. I am suspicious that these items are bought in,. They didn't seem like the restaurant produced items I've had at other good restaurants. The duck salad had soggy croutons, they'd soaked up the dressing, so had not been fried properly. The cod had a soggy batter, with a pool of grease coming out at the first cut. The lamb had to be sent back because of a hair on it. They said it was from the basting brush, but it should not have got out of the kitchen whatever it was. The apology was muted at best. More of an excuse. I ate my fish while my wife watched and waited for her replacement. That came with hard undercooked fondant potato: Which was inedible. By then I'd finished my fish (the chips were nice), so then my wife ate while I had my turn to sit and watch. No one inquired whether we'd enjoyed our meal. No one seemed to care. No one offered to take the lamb off the bill, or even offer a free drink while we were waiting. This is so much poorer than any of our previous visits. It will almost certainly be our last.

I have today enjoyed what I can only say was the best Roast Beef lunch. The beef was excellent as were Yorkshire pudding and accompanying vegetables. It was a family celebration Lunch and the service couldn't be faulted.

Lovely place. Excellent service. Stayed two nights and we were looked after. Breakfast is lovely and we ate in the restaurant on the first night the food is lovely. Will definitely book again.

Room v small, very bland although has all necessary things. Breakfast ok and included in price, difficult to complain as budget price.

We arrived at 2:40pm and they were closing at 3pm but he staff was very nice and accommodating. Food was good value for money! The goats cheese appetizer and the ravioli was great.

Very positively surprised. Great breakfast. Very friendly service. Room clean and contemporary with all necessary items. Friendly staff and a good location round up the picture. Only small complaint is the bathroom… no hooks or possibility to place your clothes while taking a shower or bath.

Bedroom comfortable and clean. Bathroom warm and bright. Cooked breakfast on the first day was expectional. Because the restaurant was full standard slipped. But on the whole I would recommend staying again. As the customer service was excellent.

Stayed in room 14. Floors obviously hadn't been swept as they were very dusty and having other people's hair stuck to your feet is pretty gross. Cobwebs and dust over some of the windows, furniture that had definitely seen better days and a very grey looking shower tray that probably needs replacing. On the plus side the bed linen was clean. If all the rooms are like no. 14 then I suggest they refurbish or maybe just leave it to Premier Inn.

Best food I've had in ages. The meat is absolutely delicious, vegetables are cooked to an ideal state and the service is amazing. Highly recommend!

Stayed here as I was on business in high Barnet. I cannot fault this place. The staff were friendly and very helpful right through my stay. The roast cod was simply amazing, all fish and meat is purchased fresh every morning. Everything is freshly made. There is no frozen food in the kitchen apart from the home made ice cream!
I never felt uncomfortable sitting in the restaurant alone. The service was second to none.
Room was very clean with very white fluffy towels and excellent shower.
Will definitely be my place to stay in future in high Barnet.

Had booking on 6th January at 8.00pm for 6 people
We had to wait for an hour before receiving our 1st course, another hour before receiving the main course. We asked for an explanation on numerous occasions but nothing was chased up. I would have left but as we had invited out of town guests I did not want to embarrass anyone.
During the hour wait for the 1st course I was told that the mussels that I ordered were not available. The waiter should have known before taking my order.
Upon paying the bill we deducted service, this was handled with complete indifference and no acknowledgement or apologies about our wait.
When leaving my husband spotted the owner, repeating our experience and complaining about the wait, the owner had the cheek to doubt that it was that long and said that he will check the CTV camera, and get back to us (had he been in the front of the restaurant he would have known) Yes you have guessed it! There has been no response and no telephone call.
This restaurant is one of our locals and we often see friends here, Business is built on reputation.
On this occasion they should have at least deducted drinks and offered us something complimentary as is usual practice if customers are dissatisfied.
This is not the first time I have felt that the customer service in this restaurant is lacking and the arrogance towards the customers needs addressing. The whole experience was distasteful.

Best food in uk. A must go restaurant. You won't be disappointed. Trust me.
