Friendly and helpful staff.

I stopped at the Malvern Premier Inn last night, and having stopped in several Premier Inns dotted around the country, this was by far the best.
This Premier Inn has its own restaurant situated inside the Hotel unlike others with Pubs attached, this made for a more peaceful experience and felt more bang for your buck compared to others. The food was what I would expect in a proper restaurant, not a Premier Inn, it was well presented and I couldn't fault the meal.
The rooms were modern, clean and really quiet. Compared to other Premier Inns where I am woken in the night and the rooms just don't feel as nice. The staff made a big impression on myself also, from the manager to the new guy in the restaurant, all lovely, honest friendly people. This has definitely raised my expectations of other Premier Inns and I wouldn't think twice about stopping there again.

Nice place. Very frustrating that, upon arrival, a second room had to be booked for our 18 year old son. Desk clerk said it was company policy. Still don’t really understand the why of it. We had booked a room several weeks in advance and were not told of this policy until we checked in. However, both rooms were immaculate, the food and staff in restaurant were excellent. Except for having to purchase a couple hundred £ more room than I really needed, it was a good stay.

Rotten food the chef waste washing is hands after wiping his face and touching other peoples foods.

The staff both the reception and restaurant staff were fantastic and extremely polite and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel was perfect only 5 mins away from my children’s hockey tournament. I would definitely go back and stay with them and it was brilliant value for money.

Free Wi-Fi and rooms clean and comfortable. Windows don't open but there's air con. Lift access to all floors. Lots of free parking. Found other guests' noises came through the walls and ceilings quite a bit but a 10pm silent policy seemed pretty well observed. Restaurant food in the evening was not great, perhaps 3.5 out of 10 so we didn't try it for breakfast, and its over £4 for a small bottle of beer, nothing is on tap as they don't have a bar.

Staff very helpful. We had a family room and it had 3 mugs in it without having to ask which isn't always the case. The hot breakfast was done to order and was very hot. As always a good experience.

Friendly staff, rooms and restaurant area clean and comfortable. Good location, adequate car park. Represents excellent value.

As hotels go for convenience, comfort and peace and quiet. Prem inns are second to none. Unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. Very expensive for nothing better than roadside greasy spoon food. The breakfast are awful. Do not waste your money on them. Asked for bacon very well done. Still had gelatinous fat and white scum where the water had boiled off which indicates it was only cooked on one side. The sausages must be 90% fat, 9% grizzle and 1%meat? Asked for beans and they were as cold as if they had come straight from the can. They actually warmed slightly from the plate! The upshot is. If you want a great nights sleep, very good clean amenities and very helpful staff then stay in a premier inn. But make sure you bring your omen food or plan carefully where you can go to get a decent feed nearby before you book.

New style Premier Inn. The team were outstanding, so helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much for your help. I arrived late evening after a long drive and lots of traffic, just as restaurant was closing — but they took my simple food order and brought it up to my room. Fantastic. So appreciative.

The service was awful, waited to be seated for breakfast for 15 minutes while 2 staff members sat in the office behind me and another walked by several times totally ignoring me, finally sat down and then waited 15 minutes then had to ask if somebody could take my food order, waited another 10 minutes before finally ordering my food.

Decent place nice breakfast beware room 108 and 208 do not have showets. Dusting could have been done better but it all reflects in the price.

Wonderful staff. Speedy service for dinner with good quality food. Room was cleaned to a high standard and was spacious and comfortable.

A brilliant place, great service, great food and a good room. We were there because of a death in the family and the care and support from the staff was excellent. Plenty of parking spaces and disable spaces.

Clean and comfy hotel, very good value. A short drive from Great Malvern which is lovely to explore. The hotel is opposite a retail park, including a Morrison's with a cafe if you need to eat on a budget.

Hotel staff very helpful especially Margie Lloyd and Kally! Booking centre appalling, I had changed a booking, that they confirmed, to disabled accessible room plus early check in! No accessible room free and hotel could not check us in early. The staff were great and did their best but the room was very uncomfortable as my partner uses a wheelchair and using the rooms facilities were very difficult, very little sleep the first night. The second night we had an accessible room and much much better. So many thanks to the hotel staff as they did their best but awful service from the booking centre as I was lied to shamefully. Well done Malvern.

The hotels in the chain look a lot like each other, very simple and nice rooms.
This hotel also has a restaurant with quite varied menu at an average price.

Have stayed here many time staff are fantastic and very accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Best premier to date and I have stayed on many.

Can't fault anything or anyone. Lovely welcoming staff, couldn't do enough for their guests. Food excellent. Rooms spotlessly clean. Maybe a few more tea/coffee, but that's only because I like my hot beverages. Well done staff.

Comfortable, clean room. Very helpful staff, who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Stayed overnight, the staff were excellent and friendly. It was just a little too hot so I didn't sleep very well. Probably my own fault because I didn't want to put the Aircon on. Otherwise, fantastic.

Very good room comfy bed and clean bathroom. Staff had been very helpful providing guidance to near by attractions.

The friendliest Premier Inn Team I know. Great standards, it is far from Malvern itself though.

What you expect from premier inn, apart from service in the restaurant. Waiting too long and after two mornings of breakfast they didn't serve the breakfast I ordered. Also when you are a guest and the restaurant is only half full they turn you away because we didn't book a table. Had to go to McDonald's. On return 30min later the same tables were still empty. Hence the three stars.

The TVs are cleverly installed with all the connections cabled up leading to a wall plate below allowing our to connect a laptop via HDMI, or a USB stick. Weirdly there was no shaving socket in the bathroom though. Restaurant is great with a small but well considered menu. The hotel is tucked away behind a spa and it's easy to miss the car park turn off. Will definitely use again. Additional. Due to work commitments, I had to cancel my booking early. It has taken 2 weeks to get the remainder of my upfront payment refunded by Premier Inn. Not impressed with the customer service in this respect at all.

The room was fine, but there seemed to be a shortage of staff; the receptionist was waiting at table and the waitress was helping in Kitchen. Not good dining.

Fairly newish Premier inn just outside Malvern, bit difficult to find but is behind Malvern Spa hotel, good breakfast snd reasonable evening meal, rooms comfortable and modern.

Stayed here last night after visiting the Malvern spa during the day as we entered the receptionist dealt with us straight away Giving us our key cards. We went to our room with was very clean and had everything we needed. We decided to eat there instead of traveling to find somewhere to eat. We booked for 8pm and decided to go for the 3 course meal with breakfast in the morning. We didn’t wait long for our food and have to say it was lovely really pleased with our starters and my mixed grill and my husband sea bass was excellent the puddings the same. The staff was very pleasant and was always on hand if you needed any drinks etc. The next morning we had our breakfast, again the staff was very pleasant and always on hand. It only has a small area to eat in but there was plenty of room. We have never stayed at a premier inn before but we would definitely stay again in one. The value we think was excellent.

We arrived and had to wait for staff we got our room key went to room and it had not been cleaned from previous occupation
So had to go back to reception and was allocated another room this was ok but had not been hoovered also all staff were sat in a corner talking while customers were waiting then my brother in law arrived 2hours after us and had the same problem issued room key went to room and it was not cleaned or beds made up from pervious occupant
Also we had to wait a while before we could get a drink
We had no apologies and would have thought they would at least have given us a free drink
We stayed two nights the evening staff were very pleasant. On the Saturday night
I Think the cleaning staff and the supervisiers and management need a good talking to
On a good note breakfast was good but the tables were left uncleared for long periods
On the Saturday morning I had a coffee at 11 30 and the cup was still on the table at evening time.

Stayed here two weeks ago for three nights and one night this week. The dinner menu looks ok on paper but the food is abysmal. How you can muck up fish and chips is beyond me but the chef here does it with flying colours. A luke warm, grey lump of "fish" in a soggy batter that stinks of oil well past its fry by date and soggy, undercooked chips. Awful. The breakfast isn't much better. Ten quid for cold, glutinous fried eggs, totally overcooked bacon, sausages that taste like they're made with floor sweepings, tasteless mushrooms and so on. The beds are comfy but honestly, I've never stayed anywhere that provides bulk pack toilet paper in the bathrooms. A thermostat is provided in the rooms but you can't turn it lower than 19c which is too hot considering you can't open the windows. All this cost me over £80 a night. Terrible.

Stayed here for a wedding along with my 18month old Staff were very helpful, room clean and adequate and breakfast was really nice. Can't fault it really.

Service was great, food was nice and room was comfortable and clean.

Walls and ceilings are paper thin, you can feel and hear every thud and vibration from the room above. Uncomfortable and dirty, not coming back to this dump.

The room was your standard Premier Inn experience and was fine. The restaurant had some shortcomings. The hotel wasn't full and neither was the restaurant the night we stayed. They couldn't immediately seat us, a table of five, despite the fact we could see tables of five laid out (with no reservations) and we had to wait 30 minutes. They said this was because the kitchen was too small to serve the numbers in. Obviously I'm going to say, build a bigger kitchen to meet the size of the restaurant you've built?!?! We sat down and ordered drinks, they didn't have draught beers at all, only bottles. Ordered two Doom Bars, they've ran out. Two of the five ordered pizza from our group, they had ran out of dough, so only enough for one to have a pizza. I ordered BBQ cheesy bacon and chicken, which was fine but the salad that came with it was hot after being sat under the heatlamp during service. The speed or service was actually fine overall just a few disappointments. Breakfast was fine and didn't have the same issue seating five.

Clean, modern and has air conditioning. Staff are very helpful. However, the Premium Wifi kept disconnecting intermittently, interrupting viewing of films via the Apple TV that we took with us.

The rooms are clean, quiet and well maintained and have the current standard Premier Inn room fit. Plenty of power sockets around the desk area, although the Wi-Fi was slightly spotty. The room windows could not be opened, but the rooms did have air conditioning. The Thyme restaurant has limited seating, so booking is necessary if the hotel is busy. At breakfast, there was the normal selection but only a single domestic toaster in constant use. Certain seats near the kitchen area suffered from flickering of the lights overhead. A lot of onsite parking. The signage to the hotel could be improved as it was not immediately obvious. The sign to the hotel is under a more prominent sign for the Malvern Spa and the Premier Inn itself is behind the Malvern Spa.

Pros. Clean and presentable. Comfy bed. Cons. Couldn't open window for fresh air, air con only goes down to 19°c so couldn't cool room down to my liking. No razor charging socket, at least not one that I could see.

Signage heading towards the hotel was poor and it was difficult to find. Had to navigate through in industrial estate and turn around on several occasions. Hotel itself was excellent and staff very friendly. Manager coped very well when confronted with an irrate customer who got stuck in a lift for an hour with a new born baby. Top tip, have a look at StreetView before you go!

We stayed here for one night & were really impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms & the friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend for a couple of nights stay.

Conveniently situated on the edge of the retail estate, the Premier Inn offers low cost accommodation, a cut above its pricing level. Easy check-in and check-out, clean, fairly spacious rooms, and a surprisingly comfortable bed — much better than you'll find in any Travelodge.

Very clean and fresh, happy friendly staff would go back anytime.

Stayed here 27/01/17 and 28/01/17 clean rooms, quiet place to stay. The cleaners are friendly and helpful. I didn't eat here during my stay. Rooms are a good size and the parking is good. Also the Malvern spa is good. :-) I would stay here again and recommend it.

Clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff who moved our rooms when we arrived so our family would be closer together, and helped carry our bags to the room. Breakfast was very nice, and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a new building. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large flat-screen HD TV. Also free Wi-Fi. Bed was very comfortable. This is about as good as it gets in budget motels, and I've stayed in quite a few!

Disappointed no bar bottled beer very expensive.

This Premier Inn is in a very convenient location, a few minutes away from the centre. Even though our room was close to the lobby it was pleasantly quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. We've had better at other Premier Inns.

Nice rooms and service, restaurant downstairs is nice.

I left an item behind and had to call 3 times before anyone looked in the room. Then I was told it wasn't there. I know for a fact it was. Apparently left items are staff bounces.

Very modern, lovely rooms, good food, would recommend, however may need bit more management of staff and better signage, struggled to find the place.

The one star is for the staff who did try to help — no one attempted to put our TV right when we complained it was switched to subtitles and had no sound — the bedside lamps were useless for reading — retrograde step to put fixed shades on them — reception check in machine wasn't working — by the time it had been done manually customers waiting to book in were waiting outside as the reception was so close to the door. Breakfast was a fiasco-despite being old hands in Premiers, we thought the counter with coffee was way too high — hot containers and jugs of juice should, for safety be on a table waist high — and on our sitting at breakfast we all went without toasted anything as the toaster was in orbit somewhere and refused to do any setting other than burn black. — so half a breakfast. Hardly good value. But-clean, More for business visits than couple or family friendly,
