Nice and clean Staff very good Food Just Great. Did have to wait for food. Was Told School Holidays. When Passing again will stop for a meal Thanks to everyone.

Very nice, clean room and new bathroom. However, the breakfast needs improving. In All the other Premier Inns, a coffee machine is available for freshly ground coffee. Here, coffee comes in a flask. We had to complain as it was awful. It was very weak and lukewarm.

Nice and quiet only down side was on a busy dual carriageway just passed a bend so we missed it and had to go round again.

Standard premier Inn, clean and tidy room, but no air conditioning. A desk fan was available though. Set price breakfast in the adjacent pub which we declined, as we weren't paying £7.50 for a bowl of cereal and a slice of toast.

Great, friendly, helpful front desk staff, comfortable clean room but hard to sleep as it was very hot, windows only open 10cm and no air con, had desk fan on all night but still uncomfortably hot. Staff in the Beefeater also great, very accommodating as I arrived back at the hotel late Saturday night and they still got me a meal even though they were closing.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

A very good Premier Inn with excellent customer service given by Chris and Lee on Saturday 2nd June. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is quite and nice. The only disadvantage is the location. There is nothing around. But hotel has a nice steak restaurant. Very good for one night visits.

The hotel is clean and basic but has all you need for a comfortable stay for a short period. There is a Beefeater right next door for meals and drinks which was pleasant.

Had a lovely night stay in Premier inn Hagley. Booked an accessible room which made the experience much easier for my fiance. Staff were friendly and, overall a great experience.

Not the best premier Inn I've stayed in but well kept, polite staff, decent location. Only downside is the Wi-Fi is very hit and miss. Some rooms can get it some struggle.

Visited the beefeater restaurant for Christmas dinner with the family. Food was excellent. Service friendly and a great time was had by all.

Clean, tidy room. Visited while the weather was poor, car park was covered in ice and snow, staff were helpful in clearing the car in the morning.

Extremely attentive but not obsequious staff. Excellent sleep which is exactly what premier inn pride themselves on. Large car park and a nice beefeater in attendance. Down sides fast rush hour busy dual carriage way, so that you approach at speed, and may have to wait a while to get back out on to the road. (The Inn is set back away from the road such that it is unheard, and has no effect on a good night's sleep). The rooms are clean modern and large enough. Led TV and free Wi-Fi completes the package.

Room was a good size though the bathroom is on the small side. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We arrived after a long Journey from south wales. We were greeted by a very polite receptionist Chris. She was a very pleasant woman and went out of her way to help. After complaining that the room was too hot after our first night stay she supplied us with a bigger fan and bed sheets instead of the quilt. The food at the beefeater next door was absolutley delicious and the breakfast was good too. Would highly recommend this Premier Inn at Hagley.

Great hotel really nice room and bathroom. Very modern and up to date. Immaculate condition. Bed was very comfy and Massive shower! Staff were nice and helpful. Had breakfast in the beefeater opposite the hotel which had loads of bits to eat and at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again!

Didn't actually stay there so couldn't comment on the rooms. However I found the staff to be extremely helpful.

Had a great stay at the inn. Christina the receptionist was so friendly, the room was clean & tidy and had everything you need. I recommend the inn as a great place to stay!

The hotel itself is a little dated — though the rooms are clean and have the usual premier inn standard facilities & equipment, as you'd expect.
What does stand out here though is the kind, friendly and polite Receptionist — she couldnt have been more helpful and is always very friendly and chatty without being intrusive — in fact she's the real reason I am writing a review and why I gave a 4 star rating, because first impressions count and she clearly goes out of her way to ensure guests are welcomed & offered everything they need — which is so often lacking in hotel receptionists!
I wouldn't recommend the adjoining Beefeater restaurant unless you face no other options!

I am fuming, I had had untold amount of issues booking, be shouted at, hung up on received wrong confirmation, called up had it amended received confirmation for a smaller room than I paid for again called again was reassured it had been changed to quad room, get here to be told it is a quad room get key, get to room to find it's a triple, come back downstairs to be told that it's now fully booked and nothing they can do. What an earth am I to do with 2 kids at 8:30 at night?

Stayed here for a week in February. Staff at reception were great, especially Chris who went out of her way to be helpful. Room the same as usual so as expected. Breakfast on the other hand was just abysmal. Staff clearly couldn't be bothered and the 'chef' was wearing his fur hooded parka in the kitchen whilst preparing food! Environmental health would have a field day. Cooking would be a misrepresentation of what he was dong: omelette that tasted of nothing, black pudding that was microwaved till hard, floppy, wet bacon and more tasteless offerings purporting to be bubble and squeak! I stuck to cereals after that at least they tasted of something. The pastries were ok when they were put out but most days they were the last thing sett out when really they should have been ready when customers walked in. Fresh fruit consisted of bananas with split skins and tired apples and then not every day. Poor.

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was fine fora night stay but not enough plug sockets in the room. Went down for breakfast the following morning totally over priced I ordered the full cooked breakfast I received 2 soggy hash browns, 4 mushrooms not even fresh mushrooms! Half a tomato and I ordered a poached egg this is certainly not what was on my plate it was so hard it could properly bounce there was only a hard yolk no white at all. Absolutely appalling, had to wait 10 mins for it… I'm feeling relieved we had been stuck in traffic for 7 hours and missed the supper reservation we had for the night before.

The rooms are great, staff are friendly and helpful and the site is quiet. I took one star away as breakfast is too expensive if you only want something small. I've never had a bad stay in a Premier Inn and the Hagley branch is a good example.

Why can't I contact anyone at Premier Inn Hagley? I've been trying for about 5 hours to get thru on the phone, but no answer, tried fax, but I get a transmit error message, there is no email address available. All I want to do is to confirm that as per the TV advertisements, all beds in the double rooms are king size. Once this is confirmed I can decide whether or not to book a room for my stay in December. Not much to ask for I'd have thought, but contact is made just so difficult, when it should be so easy! Not happy.

Friendly attentive staff, clean rooms and good local facilities. Only problem we encountered was lack of plugs next to the bed to charge phones etc.

I should say food was ok. Not top dog thou. Bottomless chips really bottomless.

Food was great, staff were friendly. Bit expensive for pub food though.
