Great hotel. Nice rooms. Lovely indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Super little gym. Comprehensive breakfast buffet.

Too many negative signs on approach of hotel. NO FOOD To BE BROUGHT INTO HOTEL! — well we havnt even stepped in yet. DO NOT EMPTY ASHTRAYS INTO BUSHES — we found out later why some people might have done this because they were overflowing & were not emptied on a regular basis. Not very welcoming when we booked in at reception desk. Need more training on customer service. First impressions very poor. The hotel itself was lovelyThe room was spacious &very clean. Breakfast was great. Would return for those reasons only.

Stopped in an executive room, huge room with lots of wasted space but a tiny bathroom? Bed very hard and sloping towards the middle. Food was ok, not the best but was only £20 for 3 coarse buffet. Cannot grumble too much. Drinks prices are very expensive. 2 drinks for over £9? There is a huge garden seating/drinking area linked to the main bar. No smoking outside in this area? Felt like we had to sit in the car park to smoke and drink The staff are nice though. I won't be stopping in this chain of hotels again.

So many new hotel experiences!. £10 to park at a hotel and buffet food that is wholey inedible. It's shameful. Made to feel disgusted to ask for a cork screw. "You better bring that back". Do they not send staff on customer training? Rule 1. Make the customer enjoy their experience. Not here. London prices, poorly trained staff and totally dull decor. This sort of stuff was barely acceptable 30 years ago. It's faulty towers at best. Charmless corporate box from 40 years ago. Stay somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Not what it says on the tin. This place is not a spa. The pool and gym is the local place to go so not private. The gym is old and rusty. There's a lovely old man telling us how lovely we are,, a lot,,,, Mould in the steam room, surely this is not good for your lungs? Grumpy male staff member, not very friendly as he knew we hadn't been there before. Food was nice tho, and restaurant staff lovely. Did think about here for my wedding but did not look into this any further after looking around.

The hotel itself is fine, the decoration in the rooms is a bit tired but perfectly OK. I was a bit nervous going in as it had been slated on the reviews but the gym, steam room and parking were all in the price of the room. Just check when you go as ours was a wedding party so may have been part of the package. The breakfast in the morning was a standard hotel breakfast which was refilled when empty and was nice. We had a pizza, chips and onion rings at the bar which was lovely. The beer was reasonably priced.

The rooms are large (we had 2 double beds) and quiet — easy check in experience. It's a bit dated but provides excellent value for money.

Dog friendly with mall area to rear for walks. Overnight parking is chargeable but at £5 per night. Well kept hotel with good facilities.

Good value for money, but you have to pay for parking at a daily rate. Also spa is extra too, but great if you not using it as won't cost you. Breakfast was included in my package this was excellent and lots of choice. Bar was good although the week day specials only cover Monday to Thursday.

Very tired 80s decor, my room has broken tiles, damp damage paint work. The door to the room doesn’t close properly. Internet and parking have to be paid separately. Definitely not worth the money they charge.

Had a meeting in the conference call a good environment. Lunch was good as well as refreshments. Different size rooms available for all types off meetings a good venue with good access from M42 with ample amount of parking.

Enjoyed our stay. Bar stayed open late which enabled meeting up with other people attending a wedding planned for next day. We arrived late so were glad to find the bar open. Good beds. Good breakfast. Staff helpful.

I can only agree with other reviews. The rooms are very dated and the place is in desperate need of a facelift. Although the rooms are a great size, we found the rooms, even with the heater on full, to be very cold. I woke up feeling like I'd done 12 rounds with Mike Tyson due to the bed being very hard. And my partner said she hardly slept due to the noise other guests were making when coming past our room. Don't get me wrong for £55 I wasn't expecting standards to be the same as The Radisson or a Hilton but I expected better. The positives were the staff being very friendly and professional… other than that we didn't have a very good stay and won't be returning again. It a shame, this place has got huge potential and in a great location in my opinion it's just been let go and standards dropped massively.

Prices not as the seem. Beware of extra charges. Booked and paid for room advertised with free parking and online and pool via Trivago. For to the hotel, they wanted extra £5 for parking, then extra £4 to use the pool. Wasn't so much of a good price Bunche time you add up all the 'extras'. Other than that, pleasant enough and OK rooms.

Served my purpose very well. Food, room, amenities all pleasant enough. Staff lovely. Fabulous foyer. Extra for parking.

Very impressed with this hotel in the Britannia chain. This is the 2nd time we've been in 5 weeks. It's a nice weekend treat with the pool, steam room and jacuzzi. It's reasonably priced and the restaurant food is great but the most important thing is the service. The staff on reception, the restaurant and the night staff are all very good and can't do enough to help. That's why we'll keep coming back.

Nice and clean. Customers service was excellent. Good place to visit and stay.

Food was a bit bland and for a Christmas menu, offered nothing of the sort. No turkey, pigs in blankets, not even a whiff of stuffing. Drinks were overpriced and not even a good selection. Ended up drinking Jack Daniels (in my opinion the bottom of the pile with regards to whisky and bourbon) they ran out of this and southern comfort leaving only the most basic of house whisky (at our bar) for prices you'd be mad to pay! Music and DJ however were superb and the atmosphere excellent. That's down to the people on the night however! 3 stars.

Following a recommendation from a friend I booked two rooms with yourselves this past weekend. The first room was of an acceptable standard, however the second room, Room 169, well where to begin… I have attached some photographs. I travel a lot due to my business commitments and by no stretch of the imagination did I expect the Ritz; however I do expect cleanliness on a level higher than a public campsite. The first image shows the black spot mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, the second and third photo show hair around the bath, this to me was totally unacceptable and I think you may need to review your cleaning processes and standards. The fourth photograph show a dressing gown hook which isn't a major issue however with all of these issues combined it really doesn't present your hotel very well at all. To me first impressions are everything and seeing the condition of the bath made me really question your spa facility. I'm sure the rest of the hotel is lovely however I don't think I will be booking with yourselves in the future Best thing is you have had this complaint on email for 3 days now and still no response.

Beautiful hotel. Very cozy lounge for a drink which had a piano and open fire place. The room was comfortable and warm. Great spa facilities with a large pool which we took advantage of. The lady who check me in was very polite and friendly she made me feel very welcome and recommended the pizza which my partner had and very much enjoyed 10 out of 10 for customer service. I cannot say the same for the lady checking us out. Her first words to us as we arrived at reception was room number! And she didnt even look up from her monitor. I found her very rude and uninviting 0 out of ten for customer service and my reason for four stars but, will stay here again loved the hotel. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Had a good night here. Nice large pleasnant room which had a comfortable clean bed as was the room. Entrance foyer/bar area is well presented & welcoming. We had a nice buffet breakfast varied &plentiful. Altogether a nice experience. Very reasonably priced. Don't understand the negative reviews at all. You may find better at two or three times the price.

It's a standard hotel, no frills, decor is a tad dated but nothing I can't live with. Staff are friendly, food was actually not too bad for standard stuff. There is a gym and a sauna.

The first hotel with it's own car park that charges guests for parking, particularly one outside a town centre. Admittedly it's subsided, I think but it was a bit off putting for me staying there in the future. Aside from that, rooms were pretty clean and spacious and staff were friendly.

An ex-Hilton hotel run by Britannia for cheap accommodation with reasonable rooms for rock bottom prices. With absolutely no frills, basic food and all amenities as an extra (even parking), it's no surprise the hotel is populated with the cost conscious crowd that aren't looking for anything extra.

The rooms are lovely and clean. Service from staff exceptional, they were very pleasant and accommodative of our requests. They did not complain even though we were late. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and we are already planning our Christmas dinner.

To avoid! Dated hotel, very cold rooms with extremely poor heating and there's a lot of dust smell. There's nothing close so you need transport. Expensive food and a lot of extra charges. Wi-Fi in the room is £7 a day, parking is £5, room service £5, £10 for gym and swimming pool. The cleaning stuff is rude and they open the door without asking. Totally unprofessional, they lie in order to make you pay extra charges at checkout and they could charge you another night instead of a normal £10 checkout. The parking will send you penalties even if it's been already paid.

Lovely Rooms and Fantastic Food. Staff looked after our party of 15 very well. We were all impressed by the service.

The Hotel is very dated. The room we stayed in was big but had a dusty feel about it. The bathroom really is small and very out dated. Please be aware that their car park is run by Smart Parking. Even if you stay at the Hotel and park overnight they will pursue you even if the system at fault is the Hotels! They turned what was meant to be an enjoyable experience into a nightmare.

Hotel great, rooms clean and spaceous. Resteraunt offering a la carte menu but very expensive. Breakfast cost £15 per head, if you can get a voucher from check in desk and only pay £10, or alternative there is a Toby carvery some 100 yards away where you can get all you can eat breakfast for £5.99

Good sized room at an affordable price. Welcoming reception staff. Food and drink prices are good. Large breakfast.

The main reception area is very nicely decorated, yet the rooms are dated and a new mattress is required.

Three day visit and everything was exceptional. The room was very spacious and spotless, the staff very attentive and more than willing to go that extra mile. I'd be more than happy to stay here again. Absolutely brilliant hotel.

Bit of a mix-up on check-in but the staff were helpful and sorted it out quite quickly with minimum fuss. The room was very clean, spacious with opulent towels. Didn't try the restaurant, bar or breakfast but the facilities looked nice.

Room was spacious, roomy, clean yet slightly musty. Wifi was good, £4.80 for a pint of Stella? drinks was too expensive! Breakfast was nice.

Location: We stayed here before going to Cadbury world and for that purpose it is well located, it took about fifteen minutes. Room: We booked a suite and the room was great; spacious, comfortable bed, two TVs, and a good shower. Service: The staff were very friendly both on arrival and at breakfast.

The room was fantastic. Staff were amazing and the food was outstanding. Service was of a high quality. Staff were presentable and attentative.

I had my wedding here in April 2015 and it was amazing the wedding planner could not have done any more honestly the staff where brilliant the place was grand and looked so pretty the room was spotless and the breakfast in the morning hit the spot loads to choose from. The swimming pool is heated and after the wedding day it was nice to chill. The food for the wedding has to be the best food iv had at a wedding breakfast I'm not just saying that cause it was our wedding.

Went to the Hilton in Bromgrove for a business meeting. The hotel was clean and the room was of a good standard. It was however very hot and so we had to leave our meeting room door open for ventilation. Thankfully the meeting was not of a secretive nature and so we were OK with this. Food was expensive but tasty. Costa coffee was available on site and this helped keep me awake! Overall a decent experience.

All very nice, until you find out they changed the room rates during my stay as it was "busy". So the fees I expected to pay when booked and the fees I had to pay during checkout were very different due to this "busy" spell. The excuse? "we increase our rates if we are busy". Be careful.

Stayed over for work. Pleasant experience, nice bar food. Good Wi-Fi.

Comfortable rooms, good leisure facilities, fantastic staff.

Booked a room for Boxing day night 26th only to be told that no leisure facilities were available after 6pm. Bad start as the venue was meant as a treat for my partners birthday. Reported to reception that cups saucers and bottles were outside my room and required removal. At 11 o'clock guests children were running constantly up and down the corridor a fact I reported to reception at 12 o'clock and asked for the crockery to be removed also. I was given 25% discount but I would have much preferred a silent night and full use of the facilities! NOT happy.

Ideal location for traveling around the area. Staff are mostly very good and will do anything to help. As with any hotel functions and party guests returning to their rooms are rather noisey but here its been every night. Food is very high quality and varied. Rooms are always of a high standard but often smell of the cleaning chemical used, which isn't pleasant but opening the window cures this.

I recently brought my daughters for afternoon tea, it was a special occasion as my daughter is about to get married so it was a treat for her. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with both food and service. There was a poor selection of cakes and the scones were stale. The tea was lukewarm and weak. Frankly I have eaten better in a supermarket cafe. The staff were surly and not at all friendly. Also the restaurant where we were seated was cold. I had hoped for a better experience at the Hilton.

I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years and almost always stay at Hilton properties. Arrived on a Sunday at 1:30pm, after an overnight flight into LHR and making the hour and a half drive. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was ready, but that if I would like to check in any time prior to 3:00pm, it would be an additional charge of 16GBP. I can understand if I were inconveniencing the hotel, if they were fully booked (it was a ghost town), or if I were attempting to check in at a ridiculous hour. The girl at the front desk went to speak with a manager to see if they would waive it for a Diamond member. She came back and said no, sorry, it is hotel policy. **Edit — after posting original review, I was promptly contacted by email from Helen at the hotel and was informed that there was a miscommunication with the front office staff, and that the early check-in fee is 1) Supposed to only be charged for check-in prior to 12pm and, 2) Waived for Diamond members. She also apologized, and told me that she has ensured that all of the staff would be informed of the policy so that it does not happen with another guest in the future. I also found an handwritten note under my door, with a drinks voucher, which was a nice touch as well. I've updated my review accordingly.

Nice hotel, great lobby/seating area and great breakfast. Over priced but you get quality so it accommodates the cleanest travellers :) no free Wi-Fi! No free parking, unless you check the booking details. State no newspapers upon check in or you wlll find one attached to your room door in the morning, and a bill under the door.

I was with my best friend to visit my cousin because he did christening of his youngest son. We stayed in this hotel as it is a very convenient location, and my cousin recommended it because of the wonderful service and atmosphere. He was right, what impressed me most was the beautiful restaurant in the hotel. My friend commented on the excellence of his steak both in cut and taste. My meal was something off the menu which the staff brought without any fuss or complaint and was also tasty. The stay was great, so we extended it with two more days.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, it's a good place for a long weekend with its convenience in the access of Warwick Castle. Although Bar and Food prices are highly overpriced, the hotel itself is lovely. The public areas are kept well clean. Staff are polite and helpful, treat people with respect and u get same back.

This hotel is in an ideal location for access to the M42 and M5. I stayed for a business trip to the NEC which is approximately 20-25 minutes drive away. The car parking at the hotel was extra. Rooms were well appointed and spotlessly clean. I used the pool and sauna facilities and although the pool was a bit small and the water cool I enjoyed it and gave me a proper appetite for breakfast.

I love my Hilton's I will admit. This one didn't disappoint. The main reception area is inviting and the staff are happy to attend to your needs. The room was very nice although the bathroom could do with a little upgrade. The breakfast was tasty with enough choice for my liking. Unfortunately I never had time to try the pool. It was ideally located for our trips to West Midlands Safari and Leisure Park, and also Cadbury World I wouldn't hesitate to return.
