This hotel is dated could do with a update. Been here nearly 3 months still can't put me on the regular list. Talked to them many times about what rooms I would like never happens. Always falls on deaf ears. Should be here till Xmas but no chance. Cancelling all my Brookings. Do get me wrong Ihavent come across a Premiere Inn like this for years.

Always know you will received the highest quality of service and friendly, helpful staff at these and they did not disappoint us, Thanks.

The room I'd clean and tidy and ample space. Very good would use Premier Inn's again.

Comfortable beds, good location. Slightly dated could do with a facelift, ample parking.

A nice Hotel with free parking & with the Cold Harbour Restaurant next door that I unfortunately cannot recommend for food & drink, which is a great base for exploring Wiltshire & Gloucestershire/ Cotswolds, plus due to its location I did expect constant traffic noise, which I'm pleased to say I heard none. I was given a top floor room as requested & had a friendly check-in with Matt who dealt with my request, the room was old design, but very comfortable, limited TV channels & not great shower pressure but good value, unfortunately my 3 night break was totally ruined by constant evening noise & banging doors, on my last night, 2 ladies in the room next to me were so drunk, they kept laughing & shouting until 3am banging on the wall & running up & down the corridor, no fault of the Hotel staff, but when I mentioned it to the lady who checked me out (the Manager I think), she immediately got on the defensive & made me feel awkward for mentioning it, the carpark has a barrier where you must get a code from reception to input into the keypad upon exit.

Not one of the best Premier Inn's. It's a bit tired and ragged around the edges. My room was a decent size and I slept well. You can hear the movements of other guests in the rooms above. The TV is tiny, the toilet paper is as thin as you can possibly get, the kettle pours nearly as much water on the floor as in your cup and the hot water in the shower comes and goes as it pleases. The staff I've spoken to have been really pleasant and helpful.

Premier Inn and overall stay was very good. Staff were amazing.

Bed and room as standard and well presented. Food well… Coffee was cold and probably the worst tasting costa u have ever tasted. The croissants are wrapped in packaging and not fresh. After paying for a continental breakfast I expect a fresh breakfast. Over all food was very poor and presentation was poor.

Free Wi-Fi is pants, hotel feels a bit dated and not been modernised as many of the Premier Inns have been. Comfy though as you would expect from Premier Inn.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The bath tub looks dirty, but it could just be really old. The toilet flush handle was broken, so we asked on check out for it to be fixed. However, in true Premier Inn style, the bed was very comfortable for a good night sleep!

Excellent service, clean and comfortable room, good nights sleep. Always great food at Cold Harbour.

Tatty around the edges. Decor in rooms dated. Ready for a refresh. Restaurant not up the other PI standards, it's not a Whitbread owned place, just a pub next door. The one bright spot as ever is the PI receptionist/duty managers who try hard to polish this pigs ear.

Once again, an excellent weekend hotel break. Clean and very comfortable. We had an issue with our hotel room, sorted immediately. Many thanks to William and Sandy on reception.

Polite staff and perfect location for overnight stay after a trip to the greyhound track opposite. Could do with some modernisation in the rooms.

A lot of premier inns have been getting upgrades over the past year, unfortunately, Swindon North isn't one of them. The staff are friendly but the rooms are basic, TV is small. There are better premier inns.

Nice staff find the parking a bit frustrating and the bed was not as big as in other locations.

Basic but clean as you would expect from this chain. Nice pub/restaurant next door.

This place is convenient, but very out of date! Having stayed in many Premier Inn hotels around the country, the standard is set fairly high so it was a shock to have to sleep on a hard worn mattress and as a wheelchair user, the disabled rooms don't have a shower in them only a bath! Not very good in my opinion and I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel…

Rooms are great corridors and public spaces need a tidy up.

In serious need of some refurbishment. Tired bathrooms. Rooms are warm and stuffy despite fans placed in rooms to try and keep them cool. Linens were very clean and fresh. Breakfast was very poor, the selection of fresh fruit was minimal, lack of croissants etc and there was still 30minutes until end of service.

Room 102. Was dingy and poorly maintained. The bathroom floor definitely needs replacing! Probably the worst room I've ever had at premier Inn.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean, but could do with updating like some other Premier Inns we have stayed in. Breakfast good, but would prefer the buffet style with the Costs coffee machine.

An olde worlde Premier Inn. Very comfortable. TV a little too old for Chromecast. If you are composing, beware the fire alarm at noon on Fridays. Don't hesitate to come here ere it is modernised.

Nice hotel, slightly older than most of the Premier Inns I have stayed in, but very clean and comfortable. Always have a great night sleep in these hotels. Staff here were very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant hotel. Comfortable, great location for the Cotswolds and very friendly and helpful staff.

Usual remit for premier Inn which is quite acceptable except this particular venue is dated, looking dowdy and in need of modernisation as other premier inns are far better quality but cost the same money.

Location is pretty good but rooms are worst I've seen at Premier Inn. Complete refurbishment required, plus the bathroom wasn't clean. So noisy, sounds like elephants above your head!

Car park facilities could be better.

Great stay! Great food! Great service.

Great value for money food in the restaurant, excellent service and comfortable with children of all abilities. We will come again.
