Everyone is lovely, such friendly and helpful staff nothing is too much trouble, beautiful premises, very comfortable beds, great food thank you everyone x.

A wonderful birthday treat. Great bathroom, roll top bath, big walk in drench shower and lovely toiletries. Huge very comfy bed and plenty of space in the room.

Refused cash for drinks… with no signage saying you could not pay with the queens legal tender … very very unhappy.

My husband and I booked a suite for our wedding night followed by a private breakfast for our immediate family the following day. We cannot thank and recommend the staff team enough. They went above and beyond at every stage to make sure our stay and celebrations were perfect. We can't wait to revisit in the future.

Wonderful hotel we really enjoyed anniversary afternoon tea, staff v friendly & attentive with lovely decor a must visit as are all the Hotel du Vin we have stayed at.

Great rooms and public areas. Dinner food and service poor. Good 'happy hour' in the bar. Breakfast service OK, rubbish coffee and food nothing special. Stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere.

Not a good experience to be honest. The food was pretty bland and was £100 for two of us for 2 courses with a moderately priced bottle of wine. Interestingly Jay Rayner reviewed a restaurant for the same price this weekend in Mayfair with 3 courses per couple and rated it as outstanding. If they're going to charge London prices they need to seriously up their game.

Popped in for dinner. The service was great although they made a show of being able to fit us in when it really wasnt busy. Food was very nice. Expensive but enjoyable. I would eat here again.

Great refurbished hotel, apart from better lighting in the bathroom, couldn't find fault. Great, imaginative mini bar!

As still new to being open, there are still a few teething problems regarding the service from the staff. However overall our experience as a family was great during our 2 night staff. Rooms And bathrooms were beautiful and breakfast was delicious! I'd like the breakfast everyday at home. If you struggle to sleep I'd bring your own pillows from home as the ones we had were horrendous.

Fantastic experience. Upgraded our room. The interiors are wonderful. The food is fantastic, and the staff very friendly. The seafood lunch is well worth trying and the sunday roast lived up to expectations. Loved it.

Beautiful new hotel. Amazing decor. But the bar service is atrocious so far. We’d arrived 90 minutes ago and out of this waited 60 minutes to get served and still no sign of our drinks order. After speaking to 2 different (bar) managers we’d waited for another 20 mins and still no drink. In the end, after complaining again, it transpires they had run out of limes for the Mojito. Shame that was never communicated to us, so we could order an alternative. So unfortunately first impression is that the bar service is total amateur. Let’s hope the evening meal and service is better!

Fabulous hotel! Brand new Hotel du Vin in Stratford — this is amazing! I love visiting this town, and now there is one more reason to visit it. Overall, location is good (city centre), it looks very presentable and elegant. Everything is new there, everything is clean. I had standard double room, which was amazingly clean, with beautiful design and comfy bed. Room has shower, radio, TV, wardrobe with mini bar in it and some more extra things. Also, room has cosy cabinet for work. Staff who served was lovely, reception, restaurant and bar, thanks! To add, garden is gorgeous! It was so nice to sit there during dinner and after, luckily weather was good and night was quiet. Inside of the hotel you can find many details, I was curiously looking at them every time I've seen them. I had a lovely stay there!

Sublime food and lovely setting. Superb staff and the food was fabulous I can’t recommend this place enough.

Hotel du vin Stratford has just opened. Parking was just outside in the public carpark. Check in was seamless, we were shown to our room. The room was a double on the second floor. It was spacious and clean with the usual TV, radio and fridge. The bathroom had a roll top bath and a separate shower cubicle all of a high standard. The evening meal and breakfast were all delicious served in a a well laid out pleasant restaurant. I would recommend this hotel.
