Decent cost/quality/location. The room was tiny though.

We stayed in a family room, it was very pleasant, decor looked fairly new and bright along with the bedding. There wasn't a great deal of floor space, but then I was only looking to sleep in the room and spend the rest of the time in Oxford itself. The bathroom was also small, but fine for a what we needed. Parking on driveway was perfect, but also noticed they had parking permits to allow other Guests to park in the street. Would go back again for a one or two night stay.

The environment is very bad 11 o'clock prepare to take a shower but the water heater is broken and cannot be used room space small doorway can stop two cars people have no place to walk. Very bad experience.

Bad experience: only two-small car parking space, unbelievably small and leaking bathroom (no bath, only shower)

Clean, cute, shopping, bars, restaurants all nearby. All polite here. Accommodating. You have to walk a bit to the center or you drive bus. Just like everyone likes themselves. Bus service and also runs regularly. Yes bathroom is bit small but totally adequate. I am totally satisfied and therefore 5 stars. I would like to recommend further. :)

Full englisch breakfast ist really good.

Good for a night — max two — stay, not particularly clean and rooms are small. Breakfast is good. The area has shops and supermarkets and the place has a car park. The town centre is not near so you need to hop on a bus. The bus stop is not far — tickets on the bus ~3£.

Worst guess house ever! Loose headboard. Unable to open skylight so was stuffy double bed squeak Wi-Fi didnt work mattresses uncomfortable toilet chain extremly loud toilet door not fixed on properly not enough sockets loose shelving shower drain stunk rat tray under bed dust everywhere breakfast was ok if u like it cold definatly wont be staying there again!

Worst guest house I have ever stayed in! On arrival there is only 2 spaces to park cars outside it without a dropped curb for access on entering had a really horrible smell walls look nicotine stained and just generally run down we where in the attic room which had 3 beds squeezed into the room the bathroom had a sh***y smell which was coming from the drain in the shower found some sort of powder under 2 of the bed looks like some kind of rat poison breakfast was appaling with everything cold so overall wasn't a pleasant stay!

Avoid at all costs, you've been warned!

Insufficient parking for a place with 9 rooms, (two spaces outside the building) and no drop curb from these spaces to the main road, so when entering onto the road there is a risk of bursting a tyre. On arrival we were left waiting outside for an extended period of time, in the cold. When we were finally let in we were given a key to a family room (not the double room that we had booked), which turned out to be a small, cramped attic room. On first impressions it was dusty, nicotine stained and had a musty aroma. Upon further inspection we found mold in the closet space of an ensuite and a burnt out electrical wire, disconnected from the bedside lamp (fixed to the wall). The T. V in the room used a two pronged ariel and had had one snapped off, causing a number of channels to become unrecievable (including terrestrial channels). The breakfast consisted of one sausage, one slice of bacon, a small lump of scrambled eggs and a tiny pile of cold beans. It was disappointing to say the least. I don't see why anybody would pay £60 per night to stay here when you can stay in comfort at a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge for a fraction of the price!
