An exquisite lunch today — everything about Le Manoir is excellent. Out of a party of 6, 3 of us couldn’t eat shellfish but this was absolutely no problem at all and was easily swapped for an equally exquisite dish from the vegetarian menu. It’s a small thing but most impressive was the non-alcoholic drinks flight. Instead of just making do with water or lemonade etc, they have actually come up with some delicious soft drinks to complement the dishes — the nicest one was the apple and cinnamon drink — my mother was delighted with the options and is already planning her return visit!

Cookery Classes run by Becky are fabulous. She’s extremely engaging and knowledgable about the ingredients and recipes. Imogen was the assistant who worked really hard to ensure everything was prepped ready and cleared everything away. Had a half day session with a lovely menu, came away with some new skills to try and also a full tummy having sampled all of the dishes. Highly recommend for a treat for someone who loves food and cooking or just for yourself.

The staff are very sweet, they prepare my room every night when I was having my dinner. The food are yummy, their spa was nice too! Room and place are clean. Room Styling is chiq, maybe need to change the carpet and floor? chauffeur service were superb! Cookery school were amazing! Becca was my instructor, and she is good! I definitely gonna be back! If you like romantic paradise, this is the place!

Absolutely first class experience. From the moment I made the reservation to stay here to my actual stay, tour round the garden, courtyard room and the tasting menu dinner, it was all extremely relaxed, friendly (without being pretentious) and made me feel at home. I ❤️ loved it all and will be telling all my friends and family about Raymond's ethos and Le Manoir xx.

Stunning lunch — very relaxed atmosphere, great food, amazing combinations and fabulous drinks offers (even for those driving! ). Will return when we can stay overnight and enjoy all the hotel has to offer x.

We went for lunch, arrived early and did a garden tour, from getting out of the taxi our visit was very special… all the staff were incredible, knowledgeable, polite & exceeded expectations! especially our young Italian waiter Antonio, he did a smashing job👌as for the food & wines, we opted for the wine flight… Champagne in the lounge to start with, also the cheese & port! (the biggest bottle of port I've ever seen! ) The food was almost too good to eat, an amazing experience, we felt very lucky!

You are paying for the whole experience. We will remember this forever. We were there hours with six course’s. We couldn’t possibly fit in any more food. Beautiful food, beautiful wine. Great service, extremely polite and each dish explained. Highly recommend for the experience.

I could quite easily write an essay regarding our recent stay but I won’t. It was amazing from start to finish. I enjoyed the whole experience. I felt we’d escaped to a secret magical place. All the staff we met (and didn’t meet) are a credit to the hotel. The hard-work and attention to detail in all areas shows. Obviously, there is the food which is incredible. I honestly cannot imagine the work that goes into creating it (or the washing up). I appreciated the whole experience, and I appreciate my husband for taking me too. Thank you all for making my birthday so magical 🧙‍♀️

From start to finish it was amazing. The staff were fantastic, the food and wine are out of this world and the setting beautiful. Our room was like something out of the Secret Garden! We had a wonderful weekend! Clive and the Birds of Prey experience is something that I hands down recommend, he is a lovely man and has nothing but love for his birds ❤️

Lucky to have dined at some of Londons top 3* restaurants but this place is my favorite by far. Exquisite dining experiance and not in the least pretentious… can't wait to come back.

The whole package! This is an amazing venue everything from the warm welcome friendly staff, fabulous food and wine. Excellent cocktails. gorgeous stylish interiors and the gardens are such a delight to walk in and weather permitting to sit in with a glass or two of champagne. highly recommended especially for a special occasion.

We came for a special birthday and were not disappointed. The food and service were next to none. The hotel was luxurious without being pretentious and the staff were helpful and friendly. It's rather expensive but worth every penny.

We had a lovely day and evening at Le Manoir to celebrate my husbands belated 50th birthday. It’s a very magical place the garden are beautiful and the suite we stayed in was just beautiful. Staff were very attentive and attention to detail is spot on. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

From the moment you park up, the service is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The setting is magical and the grounds worth exploring. Our suite had everything you could wish for to make a very comfortable stay. The meal was extraordinary, again delivered with fabulous service and delicious. We had the wine flight, which matched the food beautifully.

I was completely blown away by this incredible place. The main house, interior, restaurant and grounds are absolutely stunning. The food as you would expect is exceptional but what really stood this place above the rest, were the amazing staff and the meticulous attention to detail. Hands down, the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Just an amazing dining experience. Its not cheap, £110 each for lunch plus 12.5% service, but for a special occasion the memories are fantastic. We’d saved up for my wife’s birthday treat. The food is exquisite and the staff so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the food and the wine. Would we go again? Yes! Starting saving already.

We visited for the first time today and I've got to say the food was absolutely incredible. The attention to detail, service and venue were all amazing — it was a real birthday treat for us (me and husband share a birthday). Just a shame we didn't get to meet Raymond and have a photo — I even asked if there was a look-a-likie in the kitchen but alas no.

I had a special birthday lunch and it was the most amazing dining experience, from start to finish. Excellent food, very polite and helpful staff. The complimenting wines suggested were just right. Not to mention during the food order, I mentioned "no tomato essence" dish. To my surprise we were treated to the most wonderfully prepared tomatoes essence starter.

Absolutely superb food and service. Had a five course vegetarian lunch with wonderful flavours and textures. The Combination of flavours of each dish was fantastic. Then to meet Raymond, Anne-Marie and Tom in the garden was a very unexpected pleasure. In 5 visits over the last 9 years this exceeded all.

Spectacular room to go with the stunning food in an equally impressive garden setting. Delighted to say that the service also matched the expectations. Not at all stuffy, just the perfect place to relax and be looked after.

This is a fantastic restaurant; what can I say that hasn’t already been said? For my starter, I ordered Le Canard (duck) followed by La Bœf (beef) for the main; both were extremely tasty and cooked to perfection. So was the desert, Le Cafe (coffee), a coffee flavoured mousse in a chocolate mug with other coffee-chocolate things as well. The highlight of the day was the carving of “Monsoir Pigeon” (Mr. Pigeon) ; one of the guests had ordered pigeon, and so it was wheeled out, encased in salt pastry, to be carved in front of the guest; a truly remarkable pigeon! We were also invited to sit outside for tea, which we gladly accepted. If you are a fan of tea, trust me, come to Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons; they had an entire menu dedicated to tea, ranging from green teas, white teas, even blue teas! Note that small sweet bites are served with the tea. All-in-all, if you have the money to spare, come here for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Also, do make sure to visit the gardens; they’re great to walk in!

Was lucky enough to be the recipient of a visit to the Manor as a gift. It is worth a visit just to visit the house and grounds, the gardens were stunning and there are some beautiful water features. The food lived up to high expectations and the staff were discreetly attentive, helpful and friendly. Would recommend a visit if you have the opportunity.

I cannot rate this place, staff & overall experience high enough. Only to say I keep coming back over 10+ years, having been for lunch, dinner & cookery school to special events. A must visit for those wanting a memorable special occasion.

Raymond Blanc Masterpiece I booked this venue for my wife's birthday. From the moment of arrival we were treated as special guests. Our luggage was collected from the car and delivered to our room. The booking in procedure was friendly, concise and very professional. Once in our room we were offered hot drinks which we accepted and were treated to a delicious selection of pastries. Prior to our evening meal we walked around the gardens. It was the 23rd, March so not much in the way of vegetables. A visit to the poly tunnels revealed lots of seedlings tended by gardeners. No part of the gardens are out of bounds for the visitor and anything asked about was explained. The feeling in the whole of the establishment was one of "We are proud to be here and love to work". It felt special. An airy restaurant, comfortably furnished was our evening venue. We opted for the taster menu with wine pairing. An absolutely inspired choice. Although not an everyday occasion, I shall definitely return to this venue on another special event.

If I could push this to 6 stars I would — purely because the staff are frankly the best in the world. You can tell they all Love their job, or at least they can act it! It seems a strong hierarchy or manager has sewn seeds of excellence in this yard. The environment you walk into, not quite a stately home, but it’s got to be close — gardens to mooch around in after your 4 (or was it 5) courses. I want to say that everything on our plate was reared in the area or grown on their land. The wine chosen was fantastic, I wish I’d chosen it myself — my memory fails me who did, or whether the chicken we ate was born within spitting distance — but what I can say is that we all left smiling, albeit blushed & bloated from food (or was it the walk?! )

This was booked by my husband as a surprise for me as I have wanted to go for 30 years — and it lived up to expectations!
We had a wonderful five course lunch, starting with Canapes and drinks in the lounge. We were then taken through to the restaurant where we were looked after by a lovely waiter (I wish I had taken his name, a well spoken young man with blonde hair. ) who was very attentive without being intrusive.
After we had finished eating we were escorted back to the comfort of the lounge for coffee and petit fours.
The food was beautiful, even my relatively fussy daughter enjoyed everything.
The ambiance was comfortable and welcoming.

After coffee we had a pleasant walk around the gardens before reluctantly leaving.
The only disappointment was that I was unable to meet Raymond himself as he was on holiday.
Make no mistake — this was a treat and not something we could afford to do regulally — but should the opportunity arise we would definatly return.

Amazing experience with world class food. We also had a walk around the kitchen garden (which is allowed) which was fascinating. One of the gardeners have us a very interesting and brief tour of what was growing in the greenhouse. A wonderful day!

I am lost for words in how to describe this most exquisite gem of a sanctuary, because that is what it is! The stresses and strains of everyday life ebb away as you enter the immaculate grounds of Le Manoir. The setting is truly tranquil, the environment superbly relaxed yet with a formal edge to know you are somewhere special. All the staff are accommodating and inviting and you know, whether you are there for that special once in a lifetime treat or an age old friend that pops in on a more regular basis, you are valued and welcomed without prejudice. It goes without saying, the food is out of this world, whether you are sampling the taster menu or the a la carte, the wines and cocktails are a delight and the accommodation is second to none in the world! If you were going to go that extra mile for a once in a lifetime experience you really couldn't go wrong with Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons! I have just returned from a surprise visit to celebrate my 50th birthday. My husband and I had the most fabulous time and this trip will be documented in my most treasured memories! A big thank you to all of the staff at Le Manoir for making this a birthday to remember!

I covered a 40th Birthday at Le manor aux Quat'Saisons in Autumn 2016. The building itself is fabulous. We had the use of a lovely glass roofed room amongst others which was perfect. The food was to a very high standard however, not the least expensive place you could eat. There are many places in the grounds ideal for photo opportunities and a lovely river. In short a perfect setting for any event or a dinner date. Vanessa J White.

I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights which is probably too long. One night would have been better. It is opulent and everything has been thought of. The food is excellent but they fill you up with bread. Very good cheese board and puddings. Rooms are beautiful. BUT it is eye-wateringly expensive for what it is. We paid £2, 500 for the 2 nights without even trying, in a standard room! Full English breakfast is £35 for a cup of coffee half a tomato, a spoonful of chopped mushrooms, one sausage and two eggs (albeit free range). £85 for a bottle of English Chardonnay which you can buy from the vineyard for £30! I know they have to make a living but… Won't go again. There are better places much more reasonably priced.

There's only one rating I can give to Le Manoir and that's a 5. From arrival to departure and everything in between there is nothing to fault. We came for my 40th birthday yesterday and it was one of the best experiences of my life. The attention to detail is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. The food and wine is to die for and exquisitely presented. We had the 6 course lunch and there were a few ingredients I would ordinarily avoid such as cauliflower and mushrooms but I wanted to experience the menu as a whole with no changes and I can honestly say it was the best food I've ever eaten and absolutely worth every penny. I can see now why they have retained 2 Michelin stars for over 30 years.
