Very noisy and In my experience not at all deluxe or value for money at 145.00per night you should at least expect a good nights sleep. The staff in the morning could not have been anymore disinterested in my complaint about noise levels or in intrusive outlook of the room. If your booking avoid room 21.

Extremely helpful staff, very clean and has a pretty sun trap beer garden. Beautiful hotel.

My husband and I came for a weekend away and had a fabulous time from beginning to end. Such a friendly welcome by all staff especially Chris who made the most lovely cocktails for me. Such a stunning building with original features and the most beautiful copper ceiling lights adding a touch of glamour to the bar and dining room.
Our room was very spacious with beautiful decor, really comfortable extra large bed and a modern stylish bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious especially the smashed avocado and poached eggs.
We will definitely be returning as the location was perfect for walking into the town.
Highly recommend loved our stay.

A fantastic location and a beautiful house wonderful revamped but lots of its original features breakfast was fantastic tasted and the service 2 nd 2 none and friendly staff x.

Recently stayed with a group of friends for a 40th birthday. Staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating, rooms were lovely, breakfast was amazing and hotel beautiful, will definitely stay again. Thank you Cotswold Grange Hotel.

Lovely staff, very beautiful hotel in a very nice part of Cheltenham. You can walk to Pitville park, the racecourse and the town centre easily from here, excellent location.

Arrived on the train from London at 9PM to be told that there was absolutely no food available — not even a snack. Supposed 4 star hotel! Rooms are very cramped and not Ideal for business customers as the"desk" is tiny. Beautiful place though.

This is a really good hotel, not overly expensive, in a quiet georgian street, 10-15 min stroll to the city centre. It has parking for about 20 cars & it is a lovely building in a good state of decoration & repair and is maintained to a very clean standard. There is a really nice dining room with excellent cooked breakfasts included in the room price. We had a comfortable bedroom, and got good sleep, as the hotel is very quiet at night. There is a hard landscaped rear garden with a water feature & espaliered trees, which is relaxing to sit in with a glass of wine or two — there is a good choice of drinks at the bar. The staff are helpful & friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Cotswold Grange… lovely rooms, good food, close to Cheltenham centre and most importantly staff are fantastic — great to talk to and you can ask them anything — nothing is too much trouble. They will go out of their way for you! Definitely worth a stay!

Only stayed for one night. Did not have breakfast so I can not comment on food. Room was very clean with full range of beverages available in room. Ideal location for Cheltenham.

Lovely polite girl at reception. Young lad helping with breakfast also very nice. Room was fab. Only reason I didn't give it 5* is my room was 3rd floor no lift!

This small and cozy hotel offers small but clean rooms with a great and modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. There’s also free parking. There are no common areas where you can relax reading a book and the speed of the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. It’s definitely overpriced for what it’s offered.

With a Central Cheltenham location the hotel has lot going for it already, it was very well decorated and styled throughout. Room wasn't the largest double but well fitted and with thoughtful touches. Breakfast was of a high quality too, we would definitely stay again.

Great location, mix of new and old, beautifully renovated Georgian style with big bath. Parking is great, larger TV would be better.

What a lovely B&B! Our room was perfect — very impressed with the finishes and modern bathroom fixtures as well. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — I was not expecting the amount of choices available, and very much appreciated the gluten-free alternatives. Highly recommended!

Nice Room. Good Value. Unfortnately waited for breakfast for 30 miutes to arrive. On arrival back to my room the cleaner had it half cleaned.

My two sons bought me a gift voucher for two to spend the night in a hotel with dinner and breakfast included. And we chose to stay at The Cotswold Grange. What a great choice. The hotel is centrally located so it was only about a 10 minute walk into the main part of Cheltenham, but the location was in a quiet residential street so it was peaceful. The hotel its of is lovely, beautiful decor and ambiance. The room was not massive but had everything you'd need — the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was state of the art, a walk in waterfall shower. Absolutely lovely. Really really clean accommodation and all the communal areas were spotless. Dinner was delicious and service was relaxed but not slow. Breakfast this morning was wonderful and lots of it! The staff are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable. Full marks! We had a wonderful time, definitely recommended. Thank you x.

We had a very pleasant welcome from the staff for our small family gathering. Drinks and food were good quality and the building and rooms were charming.

Great hotel ideally placed for a visit to the town and the football ground. Lovely room and bathroom, great meal in restaurant Saturday evening and excellent breakfast.

Told we had to pay for a superior double as we had a dog and a double wasn't big enough… rubbish Superior double was cold, in the basement with a below ground level view of cars in the car park Above us was the bar where people and staff banging about above our heads and every footstep reverberated and shook the ceiling, so no sleep till that stopped Shower and bath taps were impossible to figure out No bath robes Bath water not hot enough Serious faced non smiling staff were helpful but dead pan and looked as if they were bored out their minds. Good hearty breakfast, nice coffee and juice. Extra toast etc.

I won a voucher at work for a stay in a B&B so I wasn't expecting much, but when we got there the receptionist was genuinely friendly (but not overbearingly so! ), gave us a map of the surrounding area and advice on what to do. The room itself was spotlessly clean and bright and the bathroom was lovely. The bath wasn't too small and I was able to have a relaxing soak despite being 6ft tall. At breakfast the next day there was good buffet selection and I helped myself to some fresh fruit, the service was friendly and quick and me and my sister both ordered items that weren't on the menu (she's vegetarian and I'm doing Slimming World) with no fuss and it was also very tasty. I'd definitely stay there again if I was ever in the area.

I stayed here a number of times on business, my girlfriend also joined me as she was local. We always enjoyed our stay — everyone seemed very pleasant and more than happy to help. The food was also great, both breakfast and dinner. The only somewhat negative comment that I would make was that the hotel was going through renovation at the time so the room style varied meaning I requested a change back to a smaller yet more modern room. Room facilities were better tHan expected for the money — lovely flat screen tv, nice complimentary items and a decent wet room. I would undoubtedly stay again.

Stayed in July. Wrote a review on Trip Advisor, which the owner didn't like — if you post an unfavourable review you get a telling off. My partner and I wrote separate reviews, not knowing the other had — the owner called it 'petty', so if you stay here you better damn-well like it and write a good review! This hotel is fine if you like throwbacks to the 70's but I found it a strange experience.

Have been staying at this hotel 3 times a year for the last 6 years and its great. Good location for the racecourse and town. Friendly staff. Great food and a warm welcome every time.
