Noisey at night. Rude Staff. But Cheap so I gave it one star.

Parking is very misleading — lucky it was the weekend so we could park on the road outside the front of the hotel.

No parking car provided. I get there late… and I park my car in a private parking car… so… i. M really dissappointed. I. Ve been their client for ever and … i. M not anymore!

Clean and pleasant. But in need of a refresh. Room was a bit tired. Shower kept fluctuating from scolding hot to stone cold.

Terrible service, over priced and bad Wi-Fi. Do not stay here! When I arrived at the address I was given, it was a building site. A man in a hard hat told me 'They do this all the time, you need to go to the hotel down the street to check in and they'll place you somewhere else' After I walked to the hotel with all my luggage, I was told the room I booked wasn't actually my room at all And I would be in a different building with a shared bathroom. I complained that they had faulsly advertised a property, to which I was told it was booking. Coms' fault and not theirs, as the website picked the photos. I upgraded to a room at the hotel for an extra £200. The room was small, stained and had rust in the bathroom. On the first night there we people smoking in the hallway outside my room which quickly filtered in. After complaining to the help line, I was told it would be sorted. I overheard someone telling them to stop but it continued. Throughout my two week stay, my bed sheets were changed once. Not acceptable for a hotel. Towels were changed but twice I came back to my room in the evening and found that it had been partially serviced but not fully. on one occasion a bin bag full of rubbish had been left in the middle of the floor by the maid. The Wi-Fi was shockingly slow and likely a home router which was not equipped to handle the needs of a full hotel. Very dissapointed and would not recommend.

Apartment/suite was on another site 5 mins walk away and parking is virtually non-existent. Limited parking at back of hotel in Albion Place. Accomodation in Trinity Place was well used and needed light bulbs replacing in hallway and bedroom lamps, toilet seat repairing and towel rail properly attaching to the wall. Bathroom floor was worn and some carpet torn. Gas flu check sellotaped on boiler was dated Feb. Some TLC and proper housekeeping definitely needed. There is a new, modern Holiday Inn just down the road which would probably have been a better bet.

My son and I have just returned home after spending a night at this hotel. I can honestly say that our room was awful! The decor was shabby, one window had a sign on saying "awaiting maintenance" and couldn't be opened and the second window had a broken pain of glass. The bathroom had a terrible stench… drains? Sewerage? I dread to think what it was. The hotel is also located in a VERY noisy area. We were kept awake by drunken blokes out on the streets until 6:30am. The only plus side would be the bed linen and towels, these were beautifully clean. And the girls on reception seemed lovely.
