Lots of activitys put on by the park and great shows but the caravans are a bit dirty inside and we need to clean ares before using it. We had to complain and showed are pictures of how we found are caravan. This complaint was sorted out straight away.

Been here twice. Good place to be and quiet at night. Great for families with young ones.

Comparing with a pointins the accommodation is far above that of pointins but the children's play area is really below that of even a free park. Potential to build something far better in the space needs to be considered (they have some space). A sealed off soft play area alone would make a huge difference for the younger children and this parents sanity. Staff very friendly though and layout easy to navigate. Other entertainments are as expected level but another down is the whole space here feels like an advert to buy one of their caravans rather than the experience of a holiday. That alone loses it one star.

I am local so didn't stay here though visited a friend. Appeared to have good facilities and everybody was having a good time. The location is close to a Tesco and Morrisons superstore there is a good 15 minute drive from the seafront and may be difficult to get to without a car.

3rd August 2018. Just arrived. Caravan is nothing like the pictures in the brochures. The windows do not stay open. The bedrooms are despicable. The patio outside the caravan is enough to break your ankle on Very disappointed after a 3 hour drive down.

Large kids playground (for bigger kids though, nothing for toddles). Swimming pool 1.2 m deep, good for kids. There is deep 1.8m deep outdoor pool and a big slide. Caravans good size, comfortable beds and large sofa in living room, good for 2 people to sleep in. Caravans would benefit from few more sockets (there is just 1 in each room, 2 in the kitchen and 1 in living room which has TV plugged in). Just 1 roll of toilet paper, no bedside lamps. No washing up liquid /sponges/ spare bin bags/ towels at all. Overall we liked it, it's comfortable and cheap Clacton seaside 10mins away, with pier, kids and adults rides, restaurants and nice beach.

We come here all the time as we have family owners. You can't go wrong. Nice staff, great shows and only a 4 minute drive to the beach. Tesco is down the road too, easy walk to get snacks and food to cook on site.
