This depressing pandemic makes me really miss the week my wife and I spent at WhiteCliffs guest house. Ian and Julia are the most friendly and hospitable people I met in the Great Britain. Weymouth is quaint and such a serene place to live in.

Stayed here on the 2nd and 3rd of October absolutely lovely place very tidy and very welcoming food was very delicious will definitely be booking again.

We had a lovely weekend at the white cliff, great hosts Ian and Julia and the best breakfast. The house is Covid secure and very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a seaview sadly but a comfortable room with all amenities. Would definitely stay again absolutely loved Weymouth.

We stayed at Whitecliff Guest House recently and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We had the family room which had a gorgeous sea view. The hosts were fantastic! Very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. We throughly recommend it and we look forward to returning at some point.

Just spent a lovely weekend in the whitecliff guest house, Julia was a very good host and Ian cooked a lovely breakfast the room we stayed in was very clean and had a beautiful view I would highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed, 10 / 10 from us.

Just got home after an absolutely amazing stay at the Whitecliff. Easily the best Guest House we've stayed in. Julia and Ian are fantastic people and I'm so grateful for how they looked after us during our stay. a very Ironman friendly place! Can't wait to come back.

Superb location, lovely and helpful hosts. Rooms have everything you need. Exceptionally clean. The views from the room are astounding. Would come here again and again.

Breakfast is lovely and plenty, Ian and Julie are very friendly and make you very welcome.

Great place to stay, spend a little extra on a sea view room best sea view ever. Ian Julia and the cats will make you very welcome. It's a real home from home, where you arrive as guests and leave as friends no matter the length of stay.

Phil and Mary and Snowy the dog. Found it a lovely place to stay very pet friendly, the staff excellent. Found a dog friendly pub for a good meal. The Black Dog.

The whitecliff guesthouse was excellent the owners was very nice and a lovely couple what they did not have with your breakfast they will make sure you got it the next day the rooms was nice you can fault that the beds was nice to sleep on I love to stay there again.

Very comfortable and affordable accommodation, rooms with great views, friendly staff and the food was excellent.

The hosts Ian and Julia are so nice and friendly nothing is too much trouble.
Our room was very clean and tidy with an amazing sea view.
Also our dog Wilson enjoyed his stay too.
Dietary requirements were catered for with no problem.

This was a last minute booking for me. We stayed 2 nights. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and tidy. It also included our own bathroom. We stayed in Room 7… As it was a last minute booking I believe this was the only room that was available. Me and my girlfriend are two very tall people… Room 7 was small and had low ceilings — so we were fumbling around eachother. The bathroom is also tiny! But we survived :-) Just be aware that if you are staying in room 7, the double glazed window doesn't close properly… therefore you might get a little draft, but you'll definitely hear the loud traffic and loud birds outside. Luckily for me I had earplugs.

Must say that this place is great, owners very friendly and accommodating, beautiful breakfast and a room with a view. Will definitely be returning.

Doug and I have stayed at the Whitecliff twice now first visit was for a week and second for 10 days we both rate this business highly.
The owners Ian and Julia are fantastic hosts, would advise you to book Seaview room as Ian and Julia have done their upmost to maximise the views.

What can be more perfect than waking up to the sound of the sea. Cosy room, spectacular views and delicious breakfast. Would recommend to anyone looking for a seaside retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of city living.

What an absolutely lovely place, the sea view was gorgeous, the rooms very clean and the breakfast is amazing. The location is perfect right on the beach front with out the busy main road and only a very short walk along the beach to get to the main attractions. The owners Julie and Ian are absolutely lovely them selves, very welcoming, very polite kind people who do a wonderful job of making your stay the best it could be. I look forward to coming back soon.

The Whitecliff guest house is situated in a perfect location, just a few metres from the beach in a lovely part of Weymouth. My room was very comfortable and had a sea view. The new hosts Ian and Julia were very welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here, and I will be back for sure.

Under New Management. We decided to have a night away in Weymouth and chose to stay here as it's position is perfect for all amenities. The Whitecliff is situated just a few steps from the beach and offer (in my opinion) the best views of the beach and sea. The propiererters have recently taken over the running of the Whitecliff and are a lovely welcoming couple who go out of there way to make you feel welcome. We stayed in the large family room with en suite it was very clean, the bed was comfy, tea and coffee making facilities were provided and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding definitely worthy of five stars we chose a full English and it was delicious all locally sourced products too. All in all we had a great stay and can't wait to return.

We stayed here for one night and were made to feel very welcome by the new owners, who had recently taken over. The location is right on the beach and perfect for enjoying the sea side with only a short but pleasant walk into town. We were lucky to have a cracking sea view and a very comfortable room. In the morning we chose the full English breakfast (other options were available but I'd sunk a few pints the night before! ) and I'm glad I did, it was better than a recent one at a London 5 star. Recommended.

We just got back from an amazing few days from a lovely guest house. The owners was very polite, kind and friendly. Thank you for making a special birthday feel amazing. Kelly and Andy.

It's quite simply the weirdest place I've ever been to, Dennis just walks around the house naked. Never stay here unless you like old saggy crusty balls in your walkway. I did see him doing class A illegal drugs on his kitchen side which was also disturbing as my 8 year old son was with me. I will never stay here again, and fear for others who haven't seen Denis the menace and his dark side.

Although Dennis made us very welcome we could have done without the 'pep talk' on arrival regarding rules etc. We were only staying one night with our Yorkshire terrier. I booked Whitecliff because it was pet friendly. However after saying we would like breakfast, the owner said we cannot leave our dog in the room unattended at all including 15 mins to go down to breakfast, we obviously could not take her into the dining room so Dennis suggested we TIE HER UP OUTSIDE or PUT HER IN THE CAR which was parked a distance away. We opted to skip breakfast on principle, I really could not see the harm in leaving a dog in the room while you are downstairs for 15 mins. Overall our stay was good and room relatively clean apart from lots of dirty marks on the doors which could easily have been wiped off.
