Two excellent nights in room 6. Great sea views. Good breakfasts with a range of menus. Very satisfactory stay. Shame about the climbs to get back from anywhere. Thanks to Dave and Sara.

Old decor, highly overpriced however was clean. The host seemed quite jittery as if something was wrong with me and my colleague staying at thier guest house, left before brekfast as we didnt want to be acquainted with the hosts in the morning. I had paid for a tripple room and was under the impresion I had booked for 2 guests as me and my colleague were working in the area, when I arrived it appeared I had booked a tripple room at £110 but only for one person, I was then charged £50 extra for my collueage even though I made it clear we wouldnt be staying for breakfast. When I asked why I have to pay another £50 the woman's husband came swaning into hall and was quite confrontational even though I had my card in my hand ready to pay as all expenses were on the company. The guest house has a very strange ora to it and is somewhat awkward to stay in. I also did not appreciate geting spoken to in such an abrupt tone by the husband over asking what I was paying £50 extra for. do not stay here.

We visited for a (long overdue! ) night away without the children, in January 2018. The location in Lyme Regis is perfect — walking distance from the seafront, shops, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet with an amazing sea view from our room. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable. We had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom had a lovely hot shower, a bath and lots of big fluffy towels. Breakfast was really delicious, generous portions, lots of choice and good coffee. Our hosts were really welcoming and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more. We’d love to visit again soon, thankyou!

A very comfortable B & B, with fine views down across the town to the sea and Golden Cap. Excellent breakfast. I would recommend and re-book.

If you don't want just an ordinary b & b but would like something a little bit special then Devonia Guest House in Lyme Regis is almost certainly just what you are looking for. Breakfast really is is something special and will not be a dehydrate offering left in a box outside your door. The rooms! With memory foam mattresses, good quality pillows a really good nights sleep is a certainty Showers ever ran around just trying to get wet? Forget it, lovely showers just like you wished you had at home with quality gell Could have gone on for ages but if you ran a b & b you would like to do it just like this.
